Description
The cognitive structure of the copular verbs is discussed. The cognitive structure is presented by connection of relative and nominative conceptual content. The main process of the copularity formation is desemantization, which represents, on a cognitive level, as the substitution of nominative concept by existence concept. This cognitive procedure results the deactualization of lexical semantics of the verb in certain syntax models and certain discourse situations
