Description
The article describes a new approach to the assessment of the economic system. The authors propose to assume that the system grows, if its share in the world production increases. For the qualitative assessment, we have offered to analyze the dynamics of growth of exports of products with high benefit to the foreign countries, which include engineering goods, defense, manufacturing materials. On the world market of hightech products, we have the stiff competition and the growth of exports of domestic products with high benefit indicates high level of innovation. Based on the analysis of available statistical data, we revealed a correlation between exports of innovative products, the volumes of financing research and development and foreign direct investment in the national economy. It was determined foreign capital has a negative impact on exports of products with high benefit. The authors proposed a two-factor regression model, which allows you to make short-term forecasts and allocate resources. The study showed that despite the ongoing economic sanctions and unsuccessful economic reforms in the past, Russia has a high potential for innovation, which is activated when reducing the influence of foreign capital. Sensitivity of the share market to the information factor in a stable and crisis phase of development is investigated; comparison of reaction to the information of the Russian and American market to use of dynamics of indexes of RTS and Dow Jones is carried out. BTC: INNOVATIVE CURRENCY OR FINANCIAL CRIMES INSTRUMENT?
DescriptionThe article describes definition of a new type of crypto currency and innovative payment system. It outlines the relevance in connection with the fact that Bitcoin is gaining popularity. For the first time in history Bitcoin exchange rate reached $ 4000 per token. It is noted that despite the growing popularity of Bitcoin, Russia's opinion about Bitcoin's official status is ambiguous: Bitcoin is not officially recognized, as a means of payment, and, at the same time, as noted in the official report of the Central Bank of Russia, is not prohibited. The main types of fraud using of crypto currency are listed. The negative consequences of the introduction of crypto currency into circulation have been studied and analyzed. The main advantages of Bitcoin are described: it is easy to use, reliable; its system is open and not subject to counterfeiting. The possibilities of its use for the financial crimes was analyzed. It describes positions of the leading countries of the world in relation to the legal status of Bitcoin. The main principles of the Bitcoin system operation are summarized and systemized; the main vulnerabilities and "weak spots" of Bitcoin are described with examples of the most known crimes in the world using virtual money. The BTC vulnerabilities are described in the article. This data, as well as a description of the main aspects of the Bitcoin practical essence, can be applied in practice as the basis for analysis to identify and prevent financial crimes using crypto currency

ANALYSIS OF PRICE SERIES USING HOLT’S INDICATOR OF STOCK MARKET
DescriptionThe article is devoted to the development of an indicator to detect changes in the dynamics of stock price series that could lead to loss of optimality of the trading models parameters. Feature of the new tools of technical analysis is sensitive not only to the trend component securities prices, but also to the volatility of financial assets. In this work proposes the use of this indicator as part of risk management at the stock market, formulates practical advice on how to use and configure in conjunction with trading models.

Studying the problems of the development of Russian business education today seems urgent in view of the serious impact of globalization factors on world markets, as well as taking into account the factors of global economic recession and to the undeclared war sanctions restrictions against the Russian economy and not having under itself no justification other than political. The article presents the results of the analysis of positive and negative factors in the development of the Russian business education, because of which it was concluded, that for the further development of the Russian system of business education needs a new approach. It should be based on the formation of the conceptual model, taking into account the current realities in the Russian economy. The authors set out to become the key provisions of the new approach, namely to ensure the growth of professional and specialist competencies required functionality; the study of «effective practical techniques», a reasonable reduction of the duration of the MBA program of study; distribution of specialists trained in powers depending on their positions. The above provisions allowed forming a conceptual model of business education, which is based on four practical degree professional training laid. In addition, the article justified criteria for evaluating the quality and composition requirements for modern business education program. The proposed in the article new approach and the conceptual model of the development of Russian business education are targeted at practitioners who want to gain more knowledge in a limited period and very reasonable cost of education. The further development of the Russian business education system in the very near future will show the validity of this approach

ADAPTING THE METHODS MODULAR TESTING EXPERT ASSESSMENT QUALITY DESIGN INNOVATIVE SOFTWARE PRODUCTS
DescriptionInformation of the world and national economies significantly alter the role and importance of expertise in enterprise activity. Expert evaluation of the quality of modern innovative software products is playing an increasingly important role in the justification of management decisions with their use. That is why the expert function is one of the most important and recognized not only in science but also in the practical production and business operations of many businesses. The article shows the possibility of adapting method unit testing as a tool for peer evaluation of the quality level of the development of innovative software products. The article covers application of criteria for coverage decisions and conditions, as well as a criterion of combinatorial coverage for the most complete set of tests and accurate expert assessments. The substantiation of the existence and validity of the use of the method of unit testing capabilities for expert assessments of innovative software products was also given. We have described the sequence of process of peer review for incremental (step by step), and non-incremental approach to testing of modern innovative software products, as well as identifying their strengths and weaknesses. It is concluded that the incremental approach is preferable to use the method of unit testing for the expert assessments of projects and programs for the creation of innovative products, services and technologies

ADJUSTMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE’S IMITATION MODEL FOR THE ANALYSIS OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY OF SMALL FIRMS
DescriptionThe article presents a simulation modeling method which is applied to the development analysis of the microeconomic objects. Examination of the classical version of the simulation dynamic model E (Enterprise) intended for research of monoproduct enterprises with unchanged technology is conducted; the possibilities of its adaptation for small business objects and modifications to the imitation model of a small enterprise (IMSE) are proved. The dendrogram of the complex of possible IMSE modifications formed on the basis of the E model is presented, which allows describing the activity of small firms of different profiles and solving a wide range of tasks of their strategic planning and management.
