Description
In this article, we show the necessity of formation of a new concept "the sustainable development of qualitatively new economy of the pre-business structures", which emphasize human capital, knowledge economy and scientific and technological progress with access to new technological way. The author substantiates the necessity of using a systematic approach to quantitative and qualitative evaluation of sustainability of small and medium enterprises. The article describes three types of economic goals of small and medium enterprises, the achievement of which is aimed at sustainable development. The main emphasis in the sustainable development of small and medium enterprises is done on a new quality of economic growth. We have developed a methodology for assessing the sustainability of development of small and medium business organizations. The proposed method of multicriteria evaluation of the pace and quality of economic growth of small and medium-go business to identify the priority criteria and determining the factor indicators. Summarizing the conducted researches allowed the author to establish that when combining the categories of sustainability, quality of growth and efficiency of business activities in a single integrated system it is necessary to consider the whole set of conditions and factors of the business environment to achieve set goals in the individual subsystems

Under consideration is the international experience of NCFU in developing student mobility via French resource center. Today, in the era of globalization, student academic mobility is the integral part of the process of integrating higher education establishment into common European educational framework. Emphasis is made on the academic environment as an important factor of realizing international student mobility. Tendencies towards open academic environments set up new possibilities for academic exchanges both with foreign and Russian – based academic establishments. Thus, we can talk both about inner and outer student and teacher mobility, which is realized individually as well as on the institutional level. Conclusion is made that academic exchanges can be viewed upon as means of developing and renewing higher school educational programmers in Russia. This can eliminate exclusiveness of Russian educational system; pave the way for obtaining recognition of its educational programs; secure transparency and acknowledgment of competences and qualifications to raise student mobility and competition of Russian educational programs in the world market of educational services. The experience of NCFU in developing international activity discussed in the article illustrates the theoretical base of the research because empiric data well integrates into the framework of academic mobility

The article is devoted to consideration of the content of teaching a foreign language in the era of globalization. Basis of content formation of teaching are two main principles consisting in necessary sufficiency and availability of teaching material. The study examines the main components of content of teaching consisting of system of knowledge and system of skills and abilities, structural by realized through five subcomponents which determinate selection criteria of teaching material. This includes the study of such aspects of the problem as the identification of sociocultural changes in the context of globalization, based on the information character of society. The language changes are considered under the influence of the above factors, which must be taken into account in the content of teaching the language as a foreign language. It is concluded that these changes need to be taken into account, because they are critical and extend to all spheres of life. Language, being in indissoluble connection with society during all evolutionary development is also subject to changes. CORRELATION OF TERMS “WORD PICTURE OF A CHARACTER” AND “LINGUISTIC AND CULTURAL CHARACTER TYPE”

DescriptionThe basic terms important for the linguistic and cultural studies analysis such as "word picture of a character" and “linguistic and cultural character type” are described in the article altogether with the analysis of the relationship between these concepts as exemplified in the novel "The Godfather" by M. Puzo. The cultural component of literary texts focuses on the cross-cultural pragmatics, underlining the method of linguistic and cultural character type modelling as it is a personalized artistic concept with an intertextual character. The research highlighted that the given method draws excessive attention to common features of the considered characters, therefore, partially ignoring certain characteristics possessed by individual characters. There are good reasons to add the research of the word picture of the character as a part of the individual author world picture to the method. The article explains the rationale of a contaminated term "linguistic and cultural image" as the best one explains the individually expressed features of character, ethnoculturaly determined

DescriptionThe article describes the national education paradigm, which considers the process of learning-education as an important mechanism contributing to the formation of students’ personality according to their abilities and needs. The problem of a modern teacher consisting in optimization of educational process based on the student’s individual needs is considered. Etymological analysis of the term "optimization, which allows defining its understanding is produced. The basic criteria of optimality derived by different authors are described. The article also examines such psychology section as an educational psychology. It is said about the structure of modern Russian education system, which includes four interrelated and interdependent elements. The article draws conclusions about the necessity of designing individual educational trajectory to satisfy the specific individual educational needs. STRUCTURAL AND SEMANTIC FEATURES OF DEMONOLOGICAL VOCABULARY IN THE TEXTS OF FANTASTIC NOVELS

DescriptionThe article examines the structural and semantic specificity of demonological vocabulary on the material of fantastic novels in Russian, English and Spanish linguocultures. We have analyzed different classifications of scientists devoted their work to the systematization of demonological lexis together with the complex approach of its study such as systemic-functional, functional-pragmatic, onomasiological, cognitive, psycolinguistic, ethnolinguistic methods. The given classifications are mostly based on motivation and reflect onomasiological approach of demonological lexis. The great attention is given to “objective” and “subjective” methods of nominating. It is shown the definition of “demonology” from scientific points of view – philosophic, folkloristic, literal. We have also given the definition of “demonologeme” and the term of “demonological lexis”. We give classification of monolexems, doublelexems, word complexes and derivatives nominating characters of demonic sphere, and we also set stylistic authoring features of a literary text

The article is devoted to the evaluation means of formation of professional competence, provided by traditional and innovative methods of control. The main differences between competence, knowledge and skills are examined. It expands one of the major challenges of high school, which consists in bridging the gap between "Knowledge" paradigm of teaching content and professionally meaningful results. We describe the changes that have occurred after the transfer of knowledge and skills approach to competence, manifested in the shift from learning content to the results of the training activity. Also the differences between the Federal state educational standards of different generations are considered in detail. The article deals with the system-activity approach as the basis of Federal state educational standard of higher education and its effectiveness in the implementation of the goals established by the standard. Also the main components of the educational process which have their own characteristics in the system-activity approach are discussed in detail. It is about teaching methods that can be applied within the framework of the components described for the formation of various professional competences. Particular attention is paid to control, description of various innovative control methods that help evaluate the level of professional competence development. The analysis described training methods and control methods which allowed revealing which methods of control are able to assess the level of professional competence. The article presents the results of studying the growth-stimulating activity of the microorganisms of the genus Bacillus of leaf surface microflora arboreal plants in Stavropol. Isolated and identified strains of epiphytic microorganisms of the genus Bacillus with the leaf surface of plants: Quercus robur L., Carpinus caucasica Grossh., Fraxinus excelsior L., Acer campestre L.. Growth stimulating properties of 43 strains of aerobic spore-forming bacteria (Bacillus subtilis, Bac. megaterium, Bac. pumilis, Bac. cereus, Bac. Licheniformis) are researched. The article represents the author's view on the issue of formation of innovative environment in the oil and gas industry through clustering. The main task of the author is, on the one hand, clusters’ role justification in optimization of organizational structure of regional fuel and energy complex. On the other hand, it is a justification of the state's functions in ensuring the intensification of innovation. To solve this complex problem the author explores the approaches to the definition of "cluster", adapting existing theories to clustering of the regional to the oil and gas sector. There are the structural-logic "Competitive diamond" Russian oil cluster "and" Competitive diamond "oil cluster Russia." The author 'classification of innovations in the energy sector is developed. The question of revitalization of the state’s efforts to build a favorable innovation environment was considered based on several logical promises. The first, public policy objectives to stimulate investment in innovation are substantiated. Second, we studied directions of transformation of the global energy market and their impact on the economic security of Russia as oil exporters. Separately, the emphasis is placed on fiscal policy in the energy sector
