EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF ARTISTIC AND AESTHETIC NEEDS OF YOUNGER STUDENTS
DescriptionAt the beginning of the article, the author describes the current state of the problems of education of the younger generation. It emphasizes the importance of the formation higher needs, specifically artistic and aesthetic, in personal development. At the same time, theoretical analysis shows that the insufficiently developed methodology for the formation of artistic and aesthetic needs, which confirms the relevance of the chosen research topic. Further, the article is devoted to the experimental research on a concrete example. The author has created and tested a theoretical model of formation of artistic and aesthetic needs of junior schoolchildren at music lessons. The experimental work contained 3 stages: ascertaining (diagnostic), forming (basic) and control (final). The author singled in the structure of artistic and aesthetic needs out four components: motivational-value, emotional, cognitive-operational, and reflexive. The first stage had a diagnosis of according components. The second stage was devoted to experimental work, which contained developed and specially adapted methods that contribute to the formation of artistic and aesthetic needs in children of primary school age. At the third stage, repeated diagnostics and a comparative analysis of the results research were carried out, which confirmed the effectiveness of the developed model and methods for the formation of the artistic and aesthetic needs of younger students

FORMATION OF READINESS OF FUTURE POP SINGER'S CONCERT ACTIVITY: A PILOT STUDY
DescriptionThe article is devoted to the experimental study of the process of formation of readiness of the future pop singer to the concert activity. It presents a theoretical model of the phenomenon under study, developed by the author, including the following components: a conceptual and targeted, meaningful activity-related, organizational, technological, assessment and effective. The article describes the principles and methods of formation investigated readiness illustrates steps pedagogical experiment: diagnostic, search, aimed at forming pedagogical repertoire forming (main), which was carried out experimental work in the experimental group to verify the efficiency of the developed theoretical models and pedagogical formation conditions investigated readiness. The final (control) stage integrated in the artistic and creative level training pop singer. As indicators of readiness of the future pop singer to the concert activities were considered need-motivational, emotional and creative, reflective, artistic and operational components The results of the experimental study confirmed the effectiveness of the developed pedagogical conditions, including: ensuring the development of the artistic and creative potential of the student, mastering the vocal skill, the specificity of variety and jazz performance, acting skills, individual style of singing, developing general and musical abilities, creating a positive psychological attitude and mastering skills Selfcontrol, reflection, development of sound reinforcement equipment. Collectivism is defined as a moral quality that manifests itself in the sense of camaraderie, of community responsibilities before him, the ability to subordinate personal interests, if necessary by public. This indicates that the processes of development of the individual and the collective are inextricably linked to each other. The development of the individual depends on the development team, its level of development, the existing structure it business and interpersonal relationships. On the other hand, the activity of children and adolescents, their level of physical and mental development of their capabilities and the ability to determine the strength and impact of educational staff. Ultimately, the collective attitude expressed by the brighter, the more active team members, the more completely they use their individual abilities in the collective life. But their abilities and inclinations individual child may use and disclose in the sociocultural animation, where all activities and is aimed at this. Focus on individuality, free environment, the discovery and the development of personal qualities and skills, the formation of outlook implies a sociocultural animation. The article discusses the technology and the organization of socio-cultural animation, which has a specific purpose - education of collectivism in children and adolescents. Collectivism is a sense of solidarity with a group, self-awareness a part of it, the willingness to act in favor of the group and society. Fostering collectivism in childhood and adolescence teams achieved in various ways and means: the organization of cooperation and mutual aid in study, work, social work; joint participation of children and adolescents in cultural and sporting events; bringing perspectives of the guys in front of prospects (performance targets) and joint participation in their implementation; the revitalization of children's and youth public organizations. Some of these ways and means may be combined under one name, socio-cultural animation. Socio-cultural animation is an effective teaching method in the education of the younger generation, its focus on individuality, free environment , discovery and development of personal qualities and skills, the formation of worldview can be traced in pedagogy. The article discusses the pedagogical aspect of the impact of socio-cultural animation, organized in conditions of free communication, encourages meaningful exchange of cultural wealth, forming esthetic attitude towards reality, mastering wide range of special knowledge, expertise and skills. These activities contribute to the emotional development of children and adolescents, causing a feeling of collective empathy, compassion, sharing feelings of emotional and moral atmosphere and its cocreation

The article discusses socio-cultural animation, which allows you tо stimulate the intellectual, physical and emotional lives of children and adolescents to assist them in achieving a higher degree of self-realization, self-expression and participation of community. Today the word collectivism almost lost its meaning. Based on the works of Makarenko, we can say that the education of children and youth in the spirit of collectivism - it is much more difficult and problematic than nurture and "feed" selfish. However, the results of education in the community and across the team will be much more positive and productive for society as a whole. Thus, there is no losing personality of each individual, but on the contrary, there is an opening and development of the abilities of each individual. Therefore, socio-cultural animation may be one of the most effective methods of education of collectivism in children and teenagers
