Description
The study of subject-object relations arising in the effective management of financial flows of commercial bank, conducted by the author, has predetermined the need of creation of informationanalytical case studies that reflect all aspects of ongoing business processes in the bank. In order to ensure effective realization of strategies for sustainable development of the banking institutions that require diverse and also interrelated information that puts the task of developing an information management system and complex analytical procedures, business processes of commercial bank. From the author's point of view the main target in the strategies of business processes credit and financial institution is to create and increase its value. The study allowed the author to suggest that as the effective index of the increment value of the bank, in terms of strategic approach to the management process, it is advisable to use the indicator of economic value added (EVA)

In this article application of a new method of an artificial intellect is examined: systemic-cognitive analysis and its toolkit - "Eidos" system are used for an estimation of level of nonspecific resistance of an organism of patient on the basis of the preoperative information about it received by a method of cardio respiratory synchronism (CRS) and forecasting of duration of the postoperative rehabilitation period on this basis. In the 1st part of the given article it is considered: entering in a problem, the generalized structure of "Eidos" system, cognitive structurization of a data domain, data domain formalization, preparation of training sample, semantic information model synthesis, a raise of performance and verification (reliability estimation) of the given model

In the article the intellectual consulting system providing revealing of technological knowledge by systemic-cognitive analysis of business processes, and also decision-making support on effective application of this knowledge for the purpose of achievement of the set indicators economic-economic efficiency is described. The detailed numerical example of application of system on the basis real data of one of the Kuban firms for revealing of technological knowledge on cultivation of a winter wheat and application of this knowledge for decision-making support for choice of the definite agrotechnology, providing desirable indicators of productivity of a winter wheat, its quality, and also profit and profitability is resulted. AGRO-INDUSTRIAL HOLDING INITIAL DATA AND THE PROGRAM INTERFACE OF DATA STANDARDIZATION

In this article the initial data for construction of two-level semantic information model of agro-industrial holding management is analyzed, the problem of their automated transformation to a state which is directly perceived by the AIDOS system by means of one of its standard interfaces is raised and solved. The algorithm and a source text of the program ensuring these functions, and also the results of its work and automatically generated directories of classes and factors by the AIDOS system on their basis, and also training sample for the particular models forming a part of the two-level semantic information model of agro-industrial holding management are resulted

In article the main problem of management of agro industrial holding is formulated and the basic results of its solution on the basis of application of the modern automated technology of management by knowledge, i.e. systemic-cognitive analysis (SC-analysis) are shown. The technology of cognitive functions of SC-analysis, providing both revealing of knowledge from empirical data, and use of this knowledge for decision-making support of management of holding as a whole, on the basis of management of characteristics of the sub-enterprises, is examined in details
