Description
The article presents a study on agro-biological and technological indicators of Don indigenous wine grapes in the conditions of the Anapa-Taman area of the viticulture of the Krasnodar region. It was found that the introduced varieties are consistent with the conditions of the area and can be recommended for growing in production plantations in southern Russia. On ripening, the varieties are as follows: the early ripening varieties are Sibirkovy; a group of middle-ripening - Aligote, Plechistik, Varyushkin; to the medium-late - Bessergenevsky 10 and Krasnostop Anapsky. Highest yield was proved to for such grape varieties as Bessergenevsky 10 (150 kg / ha) and Varyushkin (140 kg / ha). Test grapes of Aligoté and Krasnostop Anapsky showed an average yield of 120 and 130 kg / ha, respectively, red and Sibirkovy Plechistik - 140 and 135 kg / ha. Comparing the current literature with the results, we noted the following notable differences: all the studied indigenous wine grapes in the conditions of the Anapa-Taman area of the Krasnodar region matured earlier, had higher productivity indexes and gave higher yields, than in the conditions of their homeland Rostov region

Description
Studying the situation and the impact on mountain landscapes of Caucasus allows by means of measurements to establish the most important sources of pollution, to identify the main forms of pressure (emissions, solid wastes, etc.) on the natural landscapes and agricultural systems, to develop a monitoring program with allocation the main objectives and most important tasks of its implementation. The main purpose of monitoring – is to collection of basic information, which will be aimed at addressing specific environmental problems for improvement soil cover on northern slopes of Caucasus and protect it from water erosion. The monitoring program allows getting information, which is due specific problem and conditions of certain area. The main tasks of monitoring the soil cover of northern slopes include concrete achievements in solving problems. At the beginning of monitoring follows determine the range of issues under study. More than often limited resources strictly dictate the need to reduce of measurement program, but always save quality of received material. For solving this problem we have to define the polygons of monitoring and select the objects that are affected by anthropogenic and natural factors. Considering defined technique, it is possible to evaluate the direction of development of particular ecosystem under the influence of a specific mode of action

DETERMINATION OF HEAVY METALS IN THE PHYTOMASS AND THE METHOD OF ITS DISPOSAL
DescriptionThe need for constant monitoring of the environmental situation due to the fact that at the present time almost all the ecosystems of our planet suffer in one way or another degradation under the influence of the anthropogenic factor. In the present work we summarize the results of 6 years of monitoring to determine heavy metals in the air. Industries and domestic waste and, in particular, road transport is the main source of pollution. The share of vehicles to air pollution in cities reaches 70-90%. The greatest danger to public health is compounds of lead, cadmium and mercury relate to 1 class of danger. We have studied the dynamics of accumulation of heavy metals and carbon monoxide in the atmosphere of Krasnodar on the streets with different intensity of car traffic. The data obtained indicate a significant excess compared to the control of the content of such metals as lead, iron, cadmium, and copper in all samples; chromium and zinc at three positions of the four. We pay due attention to the increase in the concentration of cadmium compared with data from previous years. It is established that the dynamics of accumulation of heavy metals in the atmosphere of the city is well correlated with population, the intensity of traffic and has a steady tendency to increase the content of these toxic substances. We have proposed a way of disposal of the biomass of fallen leaves by the method of their biological degradation under anaerobic conditions

DETECTION OF SEROTYPE SPECIFICITY OF AFRICAN SWINE FEVER VIRUS NON-HAEMADSORBING STRAINS
DescriptionGamma irradiation-inactivated cultural preparations (-IP) of African swine fever (ASF) non-haemadsorbing strains acquire a potential for haemadsorption induction in porcine bone marrow culture (PBMC). We have obtained some experimental data indicating that a modification of haemadsorption inhibition assay (HIA) which is an assay aimed at “removal” of γ -IP-induced haemadsorption may be used in research works to determine serospecificity rates of ASF virus non-haemadsorbing isolates

DETERMINATION OF ACUTE TOXICITY OF BIO HUMATES
DescriptionIn the work, we present the results of the investigation of acute toxicity of bio humates obtained by the method vermicultivation on laboratory animals. In the diets of farm animals and Pets to fill in the missing nutrients in the past years, we had an extensive use of various feed additives. Among them, mineral (macro - and micronutrients), protein and fat supplements, vitamins, biostimulants, complex natural compounds (sapropel, peat), synthetic products (enzymes, hormones, antibiotics, adaptogens, antioxidants). The search for new ways of improvement and increase of efficiency of agricultural animals using feed additives with high demands on ecology of meat and dairy foods naturally led to increased studies on the use in livestock farming of water-soluble alkaline salts of natural humic acids - humates. Their environmental safety and the unique ability to improve metabolism and increase energy cells very positively manifested in living organisms. Numerous studies Russian and foreign scientists installed a high efficiency natural humates as biostimulators and immunomodulators in animal husbandry and veterinary medicine. Accumulated extensive experimental material, proving that the use of humates leads to faster growth of animals, reducing morbidity and mortality, increase the body's resistance to toxins in feed and resistance to adverse environmental conditions. Improving with the help of humates ecological purity of the ecosystems "water — soil — plant", as well as the health of birds, animals and fish will ultimately lead to strengthen health and to prolong human life as a consumer of agricultural products. Currently, the livestock market is intensively increasing the humates produced in Russia and abroad from brown coal, peat, sapropel. A special place among them has been occupied by the newest formulations because of a unique combination of safety, efficiency, and value, which, thanks to its amazing properties to increase energy cells, stimulate vital processes and to enhance the beneficial effects of other substances called energine. They are harmless to animals and humans; do not have allergologie, anaphylactogenic, teratogenic, embryotoxic and carcinogenic properties when used in recommended doses. This allows you to create on their basis organic natural feed additives and veterinary medicines for agricultural animals, birds, fish, fur animals and Pets, and preventive and therapeutic drugs for humans
