The analysis of the variability dynamics of recombination frequency in the population of splitting F2 interspecific and intraspecific tomato hybrids has been carries out. It was discovered that recombination frequency depends on the components of cross breeding. It has been established that it is reasonable to use mutant forms of Мо 393, Мо 628 and interspecific hybrid F1 Мо 628 × L. esculentum var. racemigerum in selection process as an inductor of genotypic variability

GROWING DOMINANT SPECIES OF MICROALGAE IN NORTH EASTERN BLACK SEA
DescriptionIn this article we present data on the effect of addition of mineral nutrition elements in the structure of the phytoplankton community in the north-eastern part of the Black Sea in the different seasons. Experimental studies have shown that the increase in biomass of microalgae occurs at the simultaneous addition of nitrogen and phosphorus in the accumulative cultures. In the spring can get biomass Emiliania huxleyi, P.pseudodelicatissima, Chaetoceros curvisetus and Skeletonema costatum, in the summer – E. huxleyi, C. curvisetus, P.pseudodelicatissima, S.costatum, Thalassionema nitzschioides, Leptocylindrus danicus, Dactyliosolen fragilissimus, Proboscia alata, Pseudosolenia calcar-avis, in the autumn - C. curvisetus, S.costatum, Th. nitzschioides, L. danicus, D. fragilissimus

ISOLATION AND SELECTION OF THE NON TRANSDUCING E. COLI BACTERIOPHAGES FOR ANTI-COLIBACILLOSIS DRUGS
DescriptionThe isolation of E.coli phages from samples of natural and waste water obtained during expeditions in the different regions of Russian Federation was carried out. The obtained phages (286 isolates) were tested for their ability to lyse the pathogenic strains of E. coli – pathogenic agents of pig colibacteriosis in Krasnodar region. The study was conducted of their ability to phage transduction, the molecular-genetic characterization and biotechnological parameters of selected bacteriophages. For first experimental design of veterinary drugs was selected 5 coliphages having no ability of plasmids transduction. It has been shown that all the investigated phages are representatives of T4-type phages of family Myoviridae.
