Description
In order to obtain fortified feed additives and malt the use of activated water solutions was studied

Description
It is shown that under in vitro conditions, regenerated plants of Lilium caucasicum cultivated in the light of varying intensity and spectral composition didn’t have the same biometric parameters (length and width of leaves) or number of micro bulbs. There were established some specific effects of the two main areas of photosynthetically active radiation - blue and red on the growth and development of the plants as well as on the content of photosynthetic pigments

Description
In the model experiments we studied the effect of combined action of chemical pollutants (PbO 1,000 mg / kg oil 5% by weight of soil) and microwave radiation (SHF radiation) with a capacity of 450 and 800 W (duration 1 minute) on the enzymatic activity, the number of microorganisms and indicators of phytotoxicity of an ordinary black soil. We found that the combined effect is systemic, rather than a simple summation of the effects of individual pollutants, shown no direct proportion between the power of the microwave radiation and its biological effect in the combined pollution

Description
In the article we have investigated the influence of nickel oxide in the amount of 100, 1000 mg/kg of the soil (1, 10 MPC), combined with the influence of an alternating magnetic field of induction of 50, 100 and 650 µT power frequency of 50 Hz on the biological properties of alkalinity black soil

Description
We have investigated the influence of nickel oxide in the amount 100, 1000 mg/kg of the soil (1, 10 MPC), combined with the influence of variation magnetic field with induction of 50, 100 and 650 μT power frequency of 50 Hz on the enzyme activity and phytotoxity of the southern chernozem. We have established significant reduction of enzyme activity of catalase and length of roots after the influence of the variation of magnetic fields. Pollution by nickel as an independent factor caused stimulation of enzyme activity of a dehydrogenaze and length of roots of radish. The greatest inhibition of the activity of all indicators was observed at joint influence of magnetic fields and pollution by nickel of concentration of 1 maximum permissible concentration (1 MPC). Enzyme activity of dehydrogenaze was significantly stimulated (p

INFLUENCE OF COMPLEX COMPOST ON PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF SOIL
DescriptionComplicated compost is used for recultivation of soils and represents a new direction in practical husbandry and ecology defining the artificial creation of complex mixtures of different wastes of industrial and agricul-tural production, as well as household residues and natural materials for the enrichment of organic and mineral dispersed and colloidal systems with purpose to improving their physical, chemical, biological and ecological functions
-
Description
The optimum combination of quantitative and qualitative relationships between structures of organic and mineral wastes of various industries provides the formation of compound composts, which improves its physical, chemical and biological properties of the soil, helps conserve macro- and micronutrients, organic matter, enhance ecological niches system, to ensure the development of ecological trophic groups of microorganisms

INFLUENCE OF COMPLEX COMPOSTS ON DEVELOPMENT OF LIVING ORGANISMS IN TOP LAYERS OF ORDINARY CHERNOZEM
DescriptionComplex compost, which is formed in the process of unification of organic and mineral colloids, the formation of new cycles of nutrients, increasing the enzymatic activity of organic matter and respiration of living organisms, the formation of gaseous compounds, increase of ecological niches and land reclamation is a new direction in practical ecology, agriculture and soil science. This line determines of creation and use of complex mixtures of different wastes household, industrial and agricultural production for enrichment soil of organic and mineral dispersed and colloidal systems and improving their physical, chemical and biological and ecological functions. Formation of complex of compost is provided by the enrichment of substrate of organic matter, comprehensive set of mineral substances and their mixed colloidal composition. Microbial communities are determined by the level of transformation of organic matter and activity of life support system and the variety of living species. Entering into the top layer of soil of complex compost contributes to the development and expansion of ecological niches. At the complex compost it is very active increases the number of actinomycetes, especially representatives of the genus Streptomyces, the population of which are accumulated in the top layer of soil in the summer. Actinomycetes series of Cinereus were encountered most often in the soil after introduction of complex compost, Violaceus and Aureus were allocated less

EFFECTS OF GROWTH REGULATORS ON ROOTING CUTTINGS OF SYRINGA (PHILADELPHUS L.,PHILADELPHACEAE)
DescriptionIncreased range of Syringa in landscaping is a topical issue. They are very decorative shrubs, more and more widely used in landscape design. Study of vegetative propagation of plants, with the use of growth regulators, was conducted to identify the most perspective stimulator and to reduce the terms of the finished product. Syringa refers to bad rooting cultures. However, the methods of green propagation of cuttings with the use of growth stimulators not only propagate a culture, but also increase the yield of landing products. The article considers the technology propagation by cuttings of this promising shrub. It also shows the effect of growth stimulators: radifarma and HB-101, used for soaking of cuttings. According to the research, we have found an apparent benefits effect of the processing of cuttings with the stimulators on growth and development of root system. The analysis of the tables of rooting rate of cuttings shows the positive development of cuttings in the processing of the growth regulators. We have obtained the experimental data allowing to define which varieties distinguished by the greatest rooting and duration rooting among all the studied cultivars. Thus, the studies show that the use of growth stimulators with propagation of Syringa cuttings is an effective way of reproduction
