OVERREGULATION OF OVERFLOWS OF PLAIN KRASNODAR TERRITORY
DescriptionSurface sewer depends on vegetable cover. Deleting the vegetable cover (due to cutting, overindulgent fall out live-stock, fires), wrong plowing up of surfaces (along declivity) and processing of ground without observance agronomic rules bring reinforcement of erosions, local soil washout, origin gully erosions and to increase the turbidities of the rivers

REGULARITIES OF THE SEASONAL DEVELOPMENT OF WOODY PLANTS AT INTRODUCTION IN ROSTOV-ON-DON
DescriptionThe article presents the average and optimal calendar dates of the main phenological phases exotic woody angiosperms in Rostov-on-Don. We assess the level of variability timing of individual phenological phases. The data obtained can be used to diagnose the prospects of exotic woody plants for the regional culture

Description
We investigated the basic soil types (brown, brown wood) of foothill zone of Dagestan. We revealed that the distribution of nickel, chromium and lead in the soils depends on several factors: soil-forming rock, physical clay, humus and pH. We defined the background content of heavy metals in the studied soils of the region

Description
The article is concerned with the features of Lavandula’s angustifolia vegetative propagation with methods of the propagation by herbaceous cuttings and of the annual woody cutting. The dependence of Lavandula’s varieties Sineva and Vdala rooting of cutting and the cutting grafting period and the age of the mother plantation was established. In the fixed years, the rooting rate of cuttings is 58-67%. The maximum annual hardwood cuttings rooting was observed from the fifth to the seventh year of the cuttings’ workpiece (75-77%). The highest rooting rate of green cuttings belonging to Vdala sort (80%) is observed in the 3-4th years of use the mother plantation. The best result for rooting rate by the annual woody cutting showed Lavandula’s mother plantation, which belongs to Vdala sort and was being cultivated from 3rd to 6th year. The rooting of Lavandula’s angustifolia cuttings depends on weather conditions; during drought years the rooting of green cuttings is considerably reduced. During Lavandula’s rooting cuttings it is necessary to take into account the biological characteristics of each variety

DEPENDENCE OF VEGETATION STATE ON FAIRWAYS LAWN OF THE GOLF COURSES FROM ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS
DescriptionThe dependence of the grass cover state of the golf courses from the soil properties was observed. The soils named “replantozem” are the basic soil of gaming zone of "fairway". It is shown, that the heavy particle size structure with a predominance of clay particles is unfavorable to the lawn. During the golf course construction, natural soils were ameliorated with high sand content. This new made soils ensure the formation of better grass coverage despite the low humus content

Description
The article presents the results of studies of vitality and of the correlation variability of morphological traits cenopopulations Lilium pensylvanicum Ker.- Gawl. on the natural territory of the Yakutsk Botanical Garden and in cultura. The study shows variability of their parts (variability) and the estimation coenopopulations vitality (vitality)

RELIABILITY OF ESTIMATION OF HEAVY METAL CONTAMINATION IN SOILS
DescriptionThere have been examined the methods for estimating the degree of heavy metal contamination in soils. There have been revealed some discrepancies that concern estimation of soil contamination degree and calculation of consolidated figures for chemical elements contamination in soils stated in effective normative documents. The formulas for estimation of summary soil contamination stated in normative documents reveals considerable discrepancies that do not let give an objective estimation of dangerous concentration of heavy metal. We offer estimation of concentration of several chemical elements not by summarizing their concentration but by estimating their excess in relation to rock or its concentration in soil taken as a background

DNA TECHNOLOGY OF PCR ANALYSIS OF CODLING MOTH POPULATIONS BY MICROSATELLITE LOCI
DescriptionThe DNA technology of the PCR analysis of codling moth populations by microsattelite loci is adduced in detail. It includes a list of the equipment, consumable materials and chemical agents, methods of DNA extraction, PCR analysis and electrophoresis of amplification products in polyacrilamid gel. The example of the PCR analysis of codling moth population from Krasnodar region with two microsattelite loci is adduced

ДНК-ПАСПОРТИЗАЦИЯ СОВРЕМЕННЫХ РОССИЙСКИХ СОРТОВ РИСА С ПРИМЕНЕНИЕМ SSR-МАРКЕРОВ
DescriptionIn the presented study, we have performed genotyping of modern Russian rice cultivars using microsatellite DNA-markers. The markers showed different level of allelic polymorphism: from 2 to 8 alleles per locus. For all studied cultivars, unique DNA-fingerprints were obtained
