FAMILY FORMS OF LABOR ORGANIZATION IN AGRICULTURE IN THE CONDITIONS OF MODERN RUSSIA

There was cited one of the variants of tension decrease in the given question – creation of multi children families in countryside. NETWORK GROUNDS OF DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL HEALTH PROTECTION
DescriptionThe article heads a series of the publications devoted to the solution of an actual problem of modern health care - a management problem at the regional level. The contradiction between expectations and needs of the population for high-quality medical services and quality of management of the medical organizations is shown in the Russian health system. This contradiction is shown at the micro and meso (regional) level in poor quality of not medical part of medical services and in total generates a dissatisfaction of patients with quality of medical services in general. At this stage of reforming of health system in Russia, economic and administrative problems are main issues. It is necessary to master and quickly to introduce in work practice modern economic methods and administrative technologies for their decision. Network creation of the companies belongs to a remarkable trend of development modern societies and economics. The cluster campaign was widely adopted. Studying of network forms of the organizations is based on interdisciplinary researches on ecological, economic, administrative and relational approaches. Application of network structures in health sector is based on the new organizational and administrative principles, from which are main: principle of systems; principle of a synergy of material and immaterial resources; principle of trust; principle of reciprocity; principle of formation of network culture and ideological coordination of actors of a network; principle of economy of the valid human capital; accession of the network management and its actors to business services in relation to the diagnostic and treatment process; professionalizing of activity of infrastructure service of a network and its participants

It is confirmed that the Internet is a source of information not only about the client, but also information about bank, about problem points of its growth. It is important that the bank was able to hear the client, to change and to be responsible for the mistakes. Important elements of feedback are considered. SIMPLEX METHOD WITH ARTIFICIAL BASIS
DescriptionThe presented article is devoted to solving problems using the simplex method with artificial basis. Simplex method with artificial basis is used when quite difficult to find initial support program of the initial problem of linear programming, written in canonical form. The presented method is used in the presence of solutions to the system of restrictions and conditions, equations, inequalities and conditions, as well as a transformation table method. The calculation of the system is carried out by introducing artificial variables Ri with the sign of which depends on the type of the optimum, to remove from the basis of these variables are introduced in the last objective function with negative coefficients M that are "mulct" for putting artificial variables. Simplex table, which is made in the process of decision, using the method of artificial basis, called extended. It differs from the conventional in that it comprises two lines of the objective function. In minimization problems - with positive M. Hence, from the original one we have already obtained the new M -problem. If in the optimal solution M-problem has no artificial variables, this decision will be the optimal solution of the original problem. But, if in the optimal solution M-tasks at least one dummy variable is different from zero, the system of constraints of this problem and have inconsistent problem is unsolvable

SINGULAR GROWTH IN AN INTEGRATED ASSESSMENT MODEL BASED ON A MODIFICATION OF THE SOLOW MODEL
DescriptionA modified version of the Solow model with endogenous technical progress is considered that exerts “explosive”, singular growth. A formula for the point of time of singularity is derived. The model is “upgraded” to a climate–economy model (an Integrated Assessment model) describing the growth of the world economy under conditions of global climate change. A non-trivial stationary solution of the model is obtained. It is shown that this solution is unstable, and that the developed model manifests “explosive growth” like the initial modification of the Solow model
