PROBIOTIC TRILAKTOBAKT IN FEEDING OF QUAIL
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
Description
During experiments on quail it was found that use of Trilaktobaktis probiotic is characterized with the activation of major types of metabolism, including protein –by increase the total protein content (5.17%) and mineral – by increase serum calcium and phosphorus (2.71 and 19.5%, respectively); by decrease of cholesterol content (10.6%). Probiotic stimulates erythro and hematopoiesis in quail: increase of the number of erythrocytes by 2.93% and hemoglobin by 2.57% was marked. Preparation enhances nonspecific resistance by increasing lysozyme and serum bactericidal activity by 47.4% and 149.6%.Besides, use of Trilaktobaktin diets increases digestibility of organic substance (5.74%), raw protein (3.95%) and raw fiber (4.83%). Probiotics use in the diet of quail improves nitrogen digestion by 5.3%, calcium and phosphorus – by 1.4%. Under the influence of probiotics content of lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteriain chyme of quail increases by 46.2%.Use of Trilaktobaktin quail breeding increases safety and live weight gain by 6.0% and 6.9%, reduces the cost of feeds to produce 1 kg of body weight by 7.4%, and carcass yield reaches 66.4%, providing 100% output of first category carcasses. Use of Trilaktobakt feed additive has a positive effect on the quality of meat products. Thus, carcass output was 57.1% and the amount of fat decreased by 14.4% (pectoral muscles) and 12.7% (leg muscles) relative to the control. At the same time protein content in the thoracic and leg muscles increased by 7.5% and 10.7%

DEVELOPING LOW TEMPERATURE SOURCE LOCAL HEATING FOR PIGLETS
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
Description
During the research, we have developed a low-temperature zonal heating panels with an infrared emitter to create a local microclimate for piglets in the suckling period. This heater is lightweight and durable frame in the form of an inverted box size 400 mm x 1800 mm, attached to the wall of the building swivel. Top frame mounted thermostat is connected to a temperature sensor mounted directly on a metal plate with a thickness of 1 mm, painted in black color. In the upper part of the inner carcass layer is a light insulating material, which is located directly under the low-temperature heat source is electric. Study of the optimal size of the heating panel revealed that in view of the limitations associated with the area of the machine and biological characteristics of the optimum size of the sow for 11 piglets are: width – 400 mm; length – 1500 mm (at ventral position) and 1800 mm (lateral position). Comparison of different heating sources for piglets revealed that the use of infrared lamps enables newborn piglets seating area by 55.6%, while in 28 days – by 88.9%. Infrared lamps can not completely meet the recommended specifications as to ensure a more intense heat lamp to be lowered towards the floor surface, which leads to a reduction in the useful area heated. Using as a source of local heating mats and low-temperature panels satisfies pigs in the area of the den in the early suckling period at 138.9 and 200.0%, to weaning, respectively – by 48.5 and 65.5%. Thus, we have developed a low-temperature heating panels contributed to a more uniform distribution of heat in a recreation area of suckling piglets and to provide a comfortable environment at temperatures of 2-3 C lower in comparison with other methods of heating

DEVELOPMENT OF OPTIMAL WAY OF OBTAINING A HYDROLYZATE OF LACTIC ACID BACTERIA
Description
The work was carried out in the scientific-research laboratory of the chair of Biotechnology, Biochemistry and Biophysics of Kuban SAU, the aim of which is the search of optimal conditions of obtaining the hydrolyzates of lactic acid bacteria by thermoacid and enzymatic ways. The pure cultures of microflora of gastrointestinal tract of quails − Lactobacillus agilis, Lactobacillus intermedius and Lactobacillus salivarius were the object of researches. Under conducting the thermal acid hydrolysis there were used the same correlations of bacterial mass and water as well as procedures of clearing of hydrolyzates. The variable conditions were рН, temperature and time of hydrolysis. When carrying out the enzymatic hydrolysis in this study there was used the enzyme from the group of muramidase lysozyme. The amount of enzymes and time of carried out hydrolysis were the variable conditions under obtaining the enzymatic hydrolyzates. In the process of researches there were studied: qualitative content of total protein, peptides with М.м. < 1500, protein and peptides with M.m. > 1500, aminoacids and as well as GMDP (glucosaminilmuramilpentapeptide). On the basis of carried out experiments there was stated that according to all components of biologically active substances the thermal acid way is more effective than enzymatic. The maximum accumulation of BAA in hydrolyzates by different ways was revealed at destruction of cells Lb. intermedius. Content of GMDP in thermal acid hydrolyzate was higher than in enzymatic on 0,028 g/100 ml (51,8 %)

Description
The optimum conditions of cultivation of probiotic association bacteria (structures of mother waters and industrial nutritious environments, optimum of temperature and time of cultivation) are determined; therefore it was allowed to develop the “know-how” of the Bacell fodder additive. On the basis of the carried out experiments of the application of Bacell on birds it is possible to make a conclusion about expediency of its application at cultivation of the hens as the fodder additive. Its use allows to increase efficiency, safety layers, and to increase the competitiveness of manufacture of eggs and meat of the hens in general

FUNCTION FEED ADDITIVE OF CAROTE-NOID VEGETABLE RAW MATERIALS FOR POULTRY
Description
The article is concerned with the use of functional feed additives from pumpkin fruits and alfalfa juice for the poultry industry. In the study of laying hen it has been found that the use of a feed additive in-creased pumpkin paste content in serum and egg yolk carotenoids is more than two times, and the concentration of vitamin A in these tissues increased slightly, not exceeding 20%. Livability and productivity of poultry increased and average expendable fodder per head per day decreased. Economic calculation showed that the use of pumpkin paste reduces the cost of production of eggs. The use of alfalfa juice coagulates in diets for broiler chickens resulted in an increase in the concentration of carotene in the liver by 22,7-46,8% relative to control. The juice addition also increased the content of vitamin A in the liver by 27.9%, increase the safety and efficiency of the bird. The authors draw certain conclusions from experiment results that the use of functional additives in poultry from the fruit of pumpkin and alfalfa juice is an alternative to synthetic vitamin preparations and produce a more environmentally friendly products
