BIOTECHNOLOGY OF TRICHODERMA-BASED FEED ADDITIVE WITH CELLULOLYTIC PROPERTIES
Description
In the work, we have presented the information of elaboration of a manufacturing process of Mycocel feed additive with the cellulolytic activity for poul-try industry. Manufacturing process includes follow-ing steps: stock culture maintenance and storage of Trichoderma lignorum 81-17, growing fluid culture of microscopic fungus in sucrose yeast extract me-dium, feed additive with cellulolytic properties out-put and quality control, packaging, storage and disposal of waste. We have shown that the Mycocel is non-toxic feed additive for protozoa and warm-blooded animals (laboratory mice and quails). This study demonstrated total population livability in the experimental group with feed additive. Quail body-weight of experimental group was higher by 6% as compared to the control and feed consumption per 1 kg of live weight of bird was 3,58 kg, 7,5% lower than the control

INFLUENCE OF IMMUNIZATION ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTERNAL ORGANS OF YOUNG EGG HENS
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
Description
Assessment of the nature of the impact of preventive immunization of growing chickens on the results of cultivation and state agencies involved in immune reactivity is the first step in finding ways to eliminate the negative effects of immunization. The results show that the healthy birds posses two sharp peaks of exceeding norms by weight of the liver – aged 50 days and 84 days - more than 20%. Spleen weight at the age of 40 days exceeds 20%, and 50 days shows the greatest deviation from the norm. In the future, the relative weight of the spleen de-creased, and 84 days of age comes into compliance with the norm. The most significant change in the relative weight of the spleen and liver of poultry is set at the age of 50 days. The authors attribute this fact with a forced need to implement an immune response in a specified bodies accumulating overload antigenic incentives

EFFECT OF GERMINATION OF THE CHEMICAL COMPOSITION AND ANTINUTRIENTS CONTENT IN SOYBEAN SEEDS
Description
It was established that water absorption of soybean seeds does not depend on the variety. And in the beginning it has an active character, providing the increase in mass of seeds on 80-140% after 12-14 hours. Subsequently, hydration intensity decreases and mass reaches 110-160% of the original. Electroactivated water increases the level of hydration in comparison with tap water (anolyte – 10-18%, catholyte – 5-9%). Furthermore, in the process of germination of soybean protein content increased by 4-12% and fat – 7-16%. Inhibitor content thus decreases by the same amount, and does not depend on the variety. Thus, consideration of the varietal characteristics of soybean seeds during germination allows how to reduce energy consumption for processing and to reduce the degree of destruction of nutrients

MODELING REGIONAL SYSTEMS OF BREEDING PIGS
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
Description
The article contains the experience of the development of the methodology and the computer program for calculation of regional and local systems of pigs hybridization at the example of the Rostov region (Russia). Crossing the GP lines for F1 should be organized in multiplier farm, which may be separate farms and to be part of large commercial farms. For the production of F1 in a multiplier farm, we must breed a purebred specialized paternal and a maternal line, selected on the effect of combining ability. For the successful functioning of the system of hybridization, it is necessary to build a genetic pyramid, including breeding and genetic centers (nucleus farm), multiplier farm, reproducing the baseline. The article gives a detailed calculation of sow population of levels of P, GP, GGP for maternal and paternal breeds of pigs. The program uses user-defined parameters of pigs productivity, of the simulated population, and the parameters characterizing the intensity of selection of young animals. To ensure annual production of 1,822 million pigs in the Rostov region it is necessary to provide the availability of brood stock in the amount of 89 thousand heads, 6 800 heads in the structure of grandparent flocks (GP), 730 heads in the structure of the Grand-Grand-parent stock (GGP), excluding sows second maternal and paternal breeds

SUBSTANTIATION OF THE SIZE OF A COMBINED DEVICE FOR TILLAGE AND SOWING
05.20.01 Technologies and means of mechanization of agriculture (technical sciences)
Description
The article presents a methodological approach to the rational selection of the optimal working width by the example of a combined tillage unit using original software. To select the optimal working width of a combined soil cultivating unit, the initial data are: make (type) of the tractor (power tool), unit cost of the machine and tractor unit in comparable prices, production time of the machine and tractor unit to perform the technological operation at a given operating speed with a clear compliance with agrotechnical requirements, both to the technological operation itself, and, directly, to the agricultural machine. As an example, we consider a combined semi-mounted modular tillage and sowing unit for grain crops and the MTZ-82.1 tractor. In this unit, the main working bodies are S-shaped spring teeth and rollers. Based on the performed analytical studies of the pre-sowing (surface) tillage process and the application of theoretical modeling methods, mathematical dependencies have been developed to determine and further analyze the energy-technological parameters of combined tillage units with dynamic working bodies. The performed calculations according to the developed method allow us to choose the optimal working width of the combined soil cultivating unit

PECULIARITIES OF NON-INFECTIONAL ARTHRITIS IN GROWING POULTRY IN AN INDUSTRIAL ENVIRONMENT
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
Description
The problem of industrial poultry farming is the emergence of a growing birds’ arthritis. Inflamed joints are usually seen in poultry and accompanied by the inability to take food and water. The most characteristic of this problem in broiler chickens, young chickens of egg cross, i.e. birds of a short period of use. This is the reason for their rejection of the herd. Culling chickens are 10%, which furthermore reduces the total amount of livestock and leads to a reduction in the cost-effectiveness of growing birds. The analysis of our data gives a reason to believe that the main reason for culling poultry is acute inflammation of the joints or arthri-tis. According to the authors to ensure optimal rearing program, which should include the prevention of premature retirement of birds not only due to infectious diseases, but also the prevention of metabolic disorders and the exclusion of factors that could cause disruption of immunological reactivity. Currently, this program needs to be improved, which is particularly important in relation to vaccine pre-vention

FEATURES OF CULTIVATION OF BROILERS OF HUBBARD REDBRO CROSS IN FARMS FOR “ORGANIC” MEAT
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
Description
This article is devoted to studying the influence of conditions of keeping and feedings on broilers of Hubbard RedBro cross, and the quality of the received products in case of application of floor and cellular content in the conditions of a farm. It was found that when receiving a feed of its own production with the use of feed ingredients grown in farms without pesticides, recorded a statistically significant reduction in the potentially dangerous health animal substances. As compared with a factory forage therein reduced pesticide content by 14 times, mercury and arsenic is 24 times, 5 times cadmium, lead 10 times. Results of studying of economic indicators of cultivation of broilers of cross Hubbard RedBro and also chemical composition and quality of carcasses demonstrated that the essential difference between a floor and cellular condition of keeping is not established, however use of a diet on the basis of what forages promoted statistically reliable decrease in concentration of toxic metals in muscles of a bird of experienced groups. As a result it was found that use of the researched compound feed in diets of broilers raised indicators of biosafety and provided ecologically safe (“organic”) meat products of poultry farming
