LAND AND REGISTRY RELATIONS IN THE PERIOD OF THE RUSSIAN EMPIRE (1721 –1825)
DescriptionEvery stage of development of society is accompanied by the development of a state. Land has an inseparable connection with the development of a society as far as it is a basis of relations on possession, use and arrangement with it. Taking the analysis of considering period we see what kind of development was obtained by the land use. As well as we see the importance of these arrangements, firmly passing through centuries. For the describing period of the state moved from state property to the possibility of allotment reception in private hands. Concerning to land management, imitating the west experience and its own observations led it to a new level. It is important to notice that the high cost of living and the complexity of calculation and assessment of lands were always like that and we meet with them nowadays. The large reluctance of people to manage lands and pay taxes for that stands out beyond the state. Historically the origin of land cadastre is characterized under the objective necessity in obtaining of land data, as far as land is a source of getting material goods and the object of taxation. There was presented the transition of land use from simple account of lands to the qualitative land account and main replacement to land management of the territory. STUDY OF THE INFLUENCE OF ECOSSE ENRICHED BIOHUMATES ON THE PRODUCTIVITY OF VEGETABLE CROPS

DescriptionThis article describes the results of laboratory experience on the impact of Ecoss enriched Biogumat on the productivity of radish varieties of Corundum in the conditions of artificial climate of Kuban state agrarian University. Sowing was made on November 24, 2014, in two replications. Processing was carried out by humic preparation with a content of humic substances 4 g/L. Humic substances are a special group of organic compounds, the origin of which is associated with the biochemical processes of decomposition and transformation of plant residues (leaves, roots, branches, trunks), animal remains, protein bodies of microorganisms In their composition we have detected humic acids, fulvic acids, salts of these acids, humates and fulvates and Hominy - durable connection of humic and fulvic acids from soil minerals. We have developed different ways of processing plants of radish humic preparation. The influence of this drug on the passage of the phenological stages of plant development was examined for radish and its morphometric characteristics and productivity, depending on processing methods

DescriptionIn the article we show the results of studying the influence of Ecoss enriched biogumat on the photosynthetic complex of radish plants. Seed treatment with humate allows plants to form more powerful root system and develop resistance to various diseases, they are less affected root and basal rot. Plants form a large leaf surface. In leaves we have increased chlorophyll content, they remain longer green, more intense and will accumulate in vegetation greater number of assimilant (carbohydrates), and ultimately increase the yield. More intensive work of the leaves apparatus also contributes to the reduction of nitrates in the production, which is especially important when growing vegetables, melons and potatoes. Humates have a positive impact on yields on soils of different fertility and the different value of the yield. This not only increases the yield of 3 - 5 kg/ha, but also increases the gluten content in grain of winter wheat by 3 - 4%. The application of humates has a high adaptability. Their use can be combined with seed treatment pesticides, spraying crops with pesticides, mineral fertilizers. Therefore, humates are widely spread not only in Russia but all over the world. We have studied the content of chlorophylls and carotenoids at leaf apparatus of radish plants, depending on the methods and doses of the processing with humic preparation

ENGINEERING TECHNIQUES FOR DEFINITION OF PARAMETERS MEASURES OF AN ELECTRO-ACTIVATOR
DescriptionThe article presents an engineering method for defining electro-activator parameters. We have developed an engineering method for calculating an electro-activator with improved performance that can reduce the complexity of the design calculations and include a critical mode of the electro-activator at which the process leads to passivation. We have proposed an automated management scheme based on electro-activator functional and electrical schematics. One of the benefits of the resulting model of calculations of an electro-activator is to identify a possibility of automating the process of managing and stable operation. The current in the electro-activator can be adjusted depending on performance. Automatic maintenance of performance and capacity control for the benefit of the cameras is possible, giving an automatic valve with an analog controller. When the temperature rises above or current exceeds the desired value, we can face signaling and a complete shutdown of the installation. The use of temperature sensors, pH, conductivity and flow can be implemented, as well as centralized information collection and development of the control algorithm. Monitoring and maintenance of an electro-activator can be fully automated with the equipment of industrial automation. Also, on the basis of the proposed engineering method for calculating, it is possible to develop a software product. That will allow designing computer simulation when planning an electro-activator

ИНИЦИАЦИЯ ПРОЭМБРИОГЕННЫХ КЛЕТОЧНЫХ СУСПЕНЗИЙ У ДЕВЯТИ МЕЖВИДОВЫХ ГИБРИДОВ ВИНОГРАДA
DescriptionЧерешки листьев, взятых из растений ин витро, девяти межвидовых гибридов винограда: подвоев Берландиери х Рипариа ‘Кобер 5ББ’, Рипариа х Рупестрис ‘101-14’ и сортов (cvs): 'Бианка', 'Зигфридребе', 'Подарок Магарача’, ‘Первенец Магарача’, ‘Цитронный Магарача’, ‘Интервитис Магарача’ и гибридной формы ‘Магарач 100-74-1-5' культивировали на твердой среде NN, содержащей различные концентрации 2,4-D и BА в различных сочетаниях. Для того, чтобы инициировать рост клеточных суспензий, проэмбриогенные каллусы пересаживали в жидкую среду NN, дополненную 1.0 мг/л 2,4-Д и 0,2 мг/л BА. Субкультивирование этих суспензий в жидкую среду NN, дополненную 2 мг/л NAA и 0,1 мг/л BА, привело к развитию агрегатов эмбриоидов, а пересадка в жидкую среду с 0,5 мг/л BА вызвала развитие единичных глобулярных и сердцевидных эмбриоидов. Проэмбриогенные клеточные суспензии, состоящие из преимущественно отдельных клеток, могут быть использованы в трансформации генов и селекции на клеточном уровне с целью уменьшения вероятности появления химерных растений

INSTITUTIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE: ESSENCE AND CONTENT
DescriptionThe article discusses the concept of "institutional infrastructure" and clarifies its essential content in relation to market cars. In terms of the industry market the main purpose of the institutional infrastructure is achieving the maximum economic benefit within limited resources. The main tasks that need to be solved in order to achieve this goal were formulated. We have developed and proved structurally-logical chart of the elements of the institutional infrastructure. The content of the institutional infrastructure of the car are presented and justified. The analysis condition of the car market’s institutional infrastructure showed the problems associated with the state of institutions which have an impact on the functioning of the car market. Measures to stimulate the car market does not cover entire sector as a whole, and imported institutions do not give the expected effect because of inconsistency formal and informal elements of the institutional infrastructure. Presented assessment of the institutional infrastructure of the car market confirms the dependence of the state of the industry market cars from institutional infrastructure. Only reforming the institutions at all levels of the industry, from production to car sales can have a positive effect on the industry. Changes in the institutional infrastructure should be focused on improving the competitiveness, stability and independence from external factors

In the present article we have shown the necessity of intensification of agricultural processes in dairy producing subcomplex of Agro–Industrial Complex, based on summarized scientific researches, and the necessity to increase the economic efficiency as key factors in security of produce independence of the country. There are presented objective backgrounds of reproduction as reflection of the fact, that created goods are constantly consumed and human needs are renewed. Hence, the production should be renewed and reproduced now and again. The characteristic of production resources is given along with their share in the production process. The relation between extended reproduction and economic growth, being a criterion of economic development is shown as well. There were characterized the ways of achievement of extended reproduction, as the extensive and the intensive. At the same time, there is an accent in expediency of intensification of production based on imbedding of scientifically and technological progress. As far as the intensive way is resource saving the extensive, on contrary, is recourse expendable. Economical efficiency of this process appears in directed and systemized increase in cattle productivity, increase of production by simultaneous decrease of costs of objectified and direct labor per one unit of produced goods. The achievement of extended reproduction in dairy producing subcomplex is not achievable without reach of high level of intensification processes in production of milk. The results of the research, concerning the connection between intensification and efficiency of production, were systemized. These results show, that the increase of level of production intensification leads to the growth of cattle productivity, labor productivity, profitability, increase of production output. After the switching to intensive way of farm development, due to limited character of resources availability, the decrease of capital costs of basic assets and inventory, direct labor per one unit of increase in output has a leading role in the increase of development in dairy producing subcomplex

As a methodological approach to the assessment of the quality and the productivity of the Russian education of the school students there is a comparison of the modern level of the gained knowledge, the school training inherent and the education of the citizens in this or that system, with the examples of the outstanding educated people of Russia, the whole world and the best practicians of the foreign countries. The author represents the paradox of a combination of the unity of the requirements at the delivery of the state examination, the high level of the formalization, the importance of the administration with the extreme degree of the variability of the training programs for the school students and the lack of the quality standards of the teaching practice. On the basis of the analysis and the generalizations, the author has drown the essential, the significant conclusions for the Russian society about the need of the accounting of the families interests of the indigenous people for the receiving the state educational services of the appropriate quality in the conditions of the formation of the considerable part of the contingent of the school students and the teachers at the expense of the migrants and immigrants. On the examples of textbooks on the Russian language, literature, social science, history, geography and biology the contradiction reveals between the religious approaches, on the one hand, and the atheistic approaches, on the other hand. Due to the revealed contradictions the irrational questions have to be considered more seriously in the training materials for the school students and the formation of the more mature spiritual and moral outlook of the whole nation

USING OF SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE FOR TREATMENT OF SMALL PETS
DescriptionIn the present work we show the results of treatment of surgical diseases of the small domestic animals sodium hypochlorite. Sodium hypochlorite is an antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and detoxifying agent. We used it in a topical treatment for dogs and cats with allergic, infected wounds and in the post operative period. A solution of sodium hypochlorite is produced by activation of 0.9% sodium chloride solution by electrochemical method using electrometers and "Key", produced by the NGO Pyrolyzer in St. Petersburg. The resulting solution is a colorless transparent liquid, one liter contains 600 mg of the active substance is sodium hypochlorite. In the treatment of surgical diseases in medicine apply modern systemic therapies (drug therapy - physiotherapy - operation-pharmacotherapy), uses the latest drugs targeted actions (antibiotics, immunomodulators, probiotics, enzymes and hormones). There are other methods, including alternative medicine. It is known that increased therapeutic effect on wound process leads to the reduction of the inflammatory response, which can sometimes block local regeneration processes; for dogs and cats moderate inflammatory response in the wound is a necessary condition for successful healing. A certain degree of inflammation of the wound is starting mechanism of reparative processes. These features were considered during the experiment and the selection of treatment regimens

The article examines the teaching descriptive geometry and engineering graphics on Faculty of Civil Engineering, higher-motivation of students to obtain needed competence to adopt competently compensation-drawings. The article describes the basic methods of conducting classes on the subject "Descriptive Geometry and Engineering Graphics" for students enrolled in the specialty 08.05.01 "Construction of unique buildings and structures." For lectures and laboratory classes in the department of descriptive geometry and graphics were developed multimedia courses with animation for all studied subjects, educational presentations that reveal the specifics of the discipline into account peculiarities of the educational process of learning in the Kuban State Agricultural university. Multimedia courses using enables us to model a situation that forces students to analyze, compare the solves of the task. Students develop an algorithmic way of thinking, formed the ability to think and act optimally variability. The use of multimedia development at the Department of Descriptive Geometry and Graphics showed an increase of performance results compared to the previous years of employment without presentation. It indicates that the use of multimedia lectures and laboratory exercises improves the efficiency and quality of education, as well as gives an opportunity to a greater extent to explain the learning material for students
