IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF MECHANIZED OPERATIONS
DescriptionThe article presents analysis of the problem of increasing the quality of the implementation of mechanized operations to harvest crops and seed dressing chemicals. The quality of grain harvesting combine harvesters was considered for the new modern harvesters in terms of crop losses, grain crushing and microdamages. The quality of seed treatment is considered on the basis of the ejection slot-spraying nozzles at ultra low seed coming down with a conical distribution surface, ending rounded shape logisticians. The problem of improving the quality of the grain harvest is mainly due to its losses for the combine and injury. By the way, the amount of grain crushing almost half its losses determines the percentage of the combine. The greatest fragmentation occurs in the threshing and separating device (LSG) combines with a hammer drums and several times lower - in the axial rotor LSG. At last there is a big advantage - high performance combines that preference when replacing obsolete machines with a hammer apparatus. Quality depends on the etching uniformity of distribution of atomized liquid droplets and completeness of etching. The proposed new flowsheet Dressers fixed flow distribution and ejection-slotted spray solution of the working fluid has significant advantages: reliable processing of seeds, completeness (not less than 97%) and uniformity (98%) of dressing material. Optimal duty cycle flow of seeds created by a fixed cone with an angle of 45 degrees, the spatial arrangement of ejection nozzles relative to the flow of processed seeds provide good quality of work

ANALYSIS OF IMPACT RESISTANCE OF CHAIN ACCORDING TO SPROCKET LUG PROFILE
DescriptionThe possibility of using involute sprockets, more technologically advanced in manufacturing, compared with sprockets with straight, convex-concave profile of the lug on the criterion shock resistance circuit, the maximum permissible speed of the drive sprocket for bush roller chain drives and gears with a toothed chain. The comparative analysis of researches of operation of roller and tooth chain gearings with various steps and types of profiles of sprockets showed that in all cases with increase in a step of a chain the coefficient of speed of blow increases, and the increase in number of lugs at sprockets reduces the speed of blow of the hinge about sprockets tooth. Value of coefficient of speed of blow for couple an evolvent sprockets - a gear chain is much less than value of coefficient of speed of blow for couple a plug-roller chain –sprockets of any profile. Less noise during the work of tooth chain gearings is due to evolvent sprockets. As a result of researches it is established that on kinetic energy of impact of sprockets and the hinge of a chain, sprockets with an evolvent profile can be applied on an equal basis with the sprockets having concave-convex or rectilinear profiles of lugs. Based on the analysis of the phase composition, the average grain size measured by high resolution electron microscopy and multifractal parameterization structure shows the relationship of coating properties with their structural-phase state. The regularities of the evolution of the structural parameters and multifractal characteristics of the surface layers of materials with shape memory can predict the properties of the composition of the "steel-coating". On the basis of experimental studies, it has been shown that mechanical activation of powders of materials with shape memory effect based on TiNiTa makes it possible to create an effective technology training sprayed material which will generate nano-structured surface layers by high-speed flame spraying. The influence of the mechanical activation of TiNiTa powder on the quality of surface layers formed by high-speed flame spraying was investigated, and a significant improvement in the structure of the surface layer was found, with reduced porosity, high adhesion, and, consequently, increased functionality and mechanical properties. The evolution of the structure at all stages of surface modification based on the fractal approach multifractal parameterization method, which is based on qualitative analysis and instrumental methods in addition to classic microstructure parameters like grain size and specific area related to the physical and mechanical properties, is quantitative information. It was established experimentally that after high-speed flame spraying, the performance characteristics of mechanically activated shape memory TiNiTa powder improved: cyclic durability under high-cycle fatigue increased by about 35.6%, and the wear resistance increased by 3.6 times

The author of the article compares native and foreign approaches to teachers’ of health and safety training and specifically to their realization in the republic of Poland. Acquired experience and data are applied by the author of the investigation for teaching the health and safety discipline; they are explored and used in realization of teaching courses of health and safety. The prime object of the discipline is to provide students with information in the aspect of safety and to form the conduct in real extreme conditions, being in habit of preventing risks, to equip them with information about risks of modern life. Students also must be able to feel confident in quite a deep field, that is: framework of civil protection, rules of behavior in case of risk, first-aid treatment in case of emergency, protection from various threats, debridement and sanitary, warning others of danger. In graduate classes of secondary school we observe understanding of the structure of national defense, compliance with obligations in the area of defense by authorities and citizens, threats in peacetime and in the war-time. Essential principles of an elective course in health and safety for graduate classes in schools and gymnasiums are peace maintaining, cooperation and unification of countries as a guaranty of safety, factors of ecological risks, International Humanitarian Law. Having conducted a detailed analysis of curriculums in health and safety in Poland, the author draws a conclusion that it is largely alike the realized Russian one

DescriptionIn the article we show the results of studying the influence of Ecoss enriched biogumat on the photosynthetic complex of radish plants. Seed treatment with humate allows plants to form more powerful root system and develop resistance to various diseases, they are less affected root and basal rot. Plants form a large leaf surface. In leaves we have increased chlorophyll content, they remain longer green, more intense and will accumulate in vegetation greater number of assimilant (carbohydrates), and ultimately increase the yield. More intensive work of the leaves apparatus also contributes to the reduction of nitrates in the production, which is especially important when growing vegetables, melons and potatoes. Humates have a positive impact on yields on soils of different fertility and the different value of the yield. This not only increases the yield of 3 - 5 kg/ha, but also increases the gluten content in grain of winter wheat by 3 - 4%. The application of humates has a high adaptability. Their use can be combined with seed treatment pesticides, spraying crops with pesticides, mineral fertilizers. Therefore, humates are widely spread not only in Russia but all over the world. RESEARCHING AND CREATION OF A DEVICE FOR DRYING CHICKEN MANURE
DescriptionIn this article the authors have proposed a process and arrangement for recycling in the poultry farms of the Krasnodar region of chicken manure and release of mineral fertilizers, аs well as the analysis of existing Russian technologies and devices for drying chicken manure. The study proposed a technology and apparatus for drying chicken manure to not only provide a significant deal of capital investments, but also cut energy costs by the proposed method and apparatus, as well as improving the quality of the finished product (chicken manure). In the method of drying chicken droppings produced removing mechanical impurities, mixing, drying and grinding of the hot gases, wherein the starting slurry is transported in a horizontal direction opposite to the flow direction of the hot gases while performing a gradual heating it with simultaneous comminution and mixing, and then after reaching the zone of maximum temperatures for each of the size fractions of the suspension is achieved by turning its direction on 180ºС and then transported in a direction coinciding with the direction of flow of the hot gases by carrying out the gradual cooling of the heat transfer starting product. MODULE HOUSE AS A PERSPECTIVE FOR FARMERS
DescriptionIn 2014 citizens of Russia felt the whole power of the introduction of reciprocal sanctions. Since 2014 the import of pork from the European Union has been limited and since August this has happened with poultry meat from EU and the USA. These actions led to the shortage of meat raw and rise of prices on meat produce in some regions of Russia. In spite of it, many business owners positively assess the possibility of full substitution of imported raw products. The government of the Russian Federation is ready to invest the projects for substitution of import products. In the conditions of crediting with credit rate of 25% the construction of small and average companies will be too heavy for rising. The construction of even small processing enterprise takes much time and powers. In connection with it, one of the perspective ways of the decision of this problem is the use of module houses of small and average power. Such houses allow processing meat and fish of small amounts. In comparison with capital construction the installation of a module house demands only specific areas, supply of electrical energy, water and withdrawal of sewage. There were considered the examples of module houses with the description of equipment and constructive peculiarities in the article. There were cited the advantages and the disadvantages of the offered module houses. There were formulated the recommendations on using already existing companies

Justification of the need and the prospects of using controlling in the mechanism of management of a versatile medical center is an actual problem now. The concept of the introduction of controlling, as organizational and methodical complex of support of modernization and management in the field of health care is considered. The analysis of the essence, the tasks and the functions of controlling of medical institution, advantage and possibility of application of controlling in the treatment-and-prophylactic establishment (TAPE) in system of administration is given. Controlling is capable to have an impact on adoption of administrative decisions at the different levels. Applications in a management system of LPT of controlling will allow carrying out the following kinds of activity: to study the parameters of administration and to define the quality of the purpose of medical activity and indicators estimating their result; to define the activity in specialty; to develop information support of the administration; to coordinate the process of planning at the level of intermedical and interdisciplinary interaction; to predict the work of LPU; to develop the structure of the accounting of activity which is rather detailed with the definition of the expenses of the work of LPU; to have an opportunity to estimate the work of LPU at the municipal level and at the level of the subject of the Russian Federation; to develop the unified assessment of the ways and the indicators allowing to compare the results of the administration at all stages of medical activity; to use offers on the basis of the analysis and the assessment of planned and registration data on medical activity and to be guided by them when making administrative decisions at various levels of management

PROGNOSIS OF RHEOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTIC OF SAUSAGES
DescriptionIn spite of decrease of meat import in connection with introduction of sanctions, demand and production of specialty produce are increased. High demands are lodged to meat produce for production of summer sausages. The technological defective goods of sausages not infrequently occur under use of meat raw with non-traditional autolysis and quality. For prevention of defective goods is necessary to have an opportunity to forecast the chemical content and rheological characteristics of sausages. These indexes are important for prognosis of quality of newly worked out or modernized receipts of sausages. The quality of sausages depends on qualitative indexes of minced meat. One of the indexes of minced beef is a consistence which is assessed not only organoleptically but on rheological characteristics. For production of sausages with advanced chemical content and consistence assessed under the help of rheological characteristics is necessary to work out the method of forecasting of ready goods quality. At projecting of the receipt we were offered to use the calculation of rheological and chemical-technological characteristics. There was described the classification of minced meat as heterogeneous system consisting of dispersive medium and phase. There were considered the possibilities of calculation of rheological, chemical indexes and complex chemical characteristics of minced meat and ready sausages in the work. The application of rheological methods of forecasting allows tracing the quality of sausages on any stage of production
