PRESENTATION OF MANDATORY POLICY OF ACCESS CONTROL VIA THE HARRISONRUSSO-WILLIAM’S MODEL
DescriptionThe accepted model of the access control is realized with the monitor of safety in the protected automated information system. Models of safety are considered, as a rule, as a system which is a single whole and has the uniform monitor of safety. Nevertheless, the architecture of the real automated information systems and processes of their functioning can be characterized by distribution. The distributed automated information system consists more than of one local segment representing isolated set of subjects and objects of access. In the distributed system local segments can be realized both on the basis of discretionary, and on the basis of mandatory models of safety (i.e. to be diverse). One of directions of a safety in this case is realization of the general monitor of the safety providing the uniform (coordinated) policy of access control. For safe interaction of patchwork systems it’s necessary to bring them to a single model. Hence, while the integration of information systems the problem of their interaction becomes persistent. Thus in the systems processing the information of a various level of confidentiality, it is necessary to realize mandatory access control. In given clause the mandatory policy of the safety presented by classical model of Bell-LaPadula, is described by the elements of classical model of Harrison-Russo-William. Using the mechanisms of change of a matrix access the opportunity of assignment and change of confidentiality marks is described and the observance of safe practices within the limits of mandatory access control is analyzed. The safety of application of the given approach has been proved. The perspective direction of research has been defined

Description
The article reports about the results of the new population of protected herb species studying in the Rostov region and in the Russian Federation - Cymbochasma borysthenica (Pall are given. ex Schlecht.) Klok. & Zoz (Orobanchaceae), registered in 2014 on the northern coast of Mius Liman in the Rostov-on-Don Region. The new habitat is located at considerable distance from the earlier known. The population area has about 200 sq. m, total number – more than 1000 uneven-age specimens of a seed and vegetative origin. Population consists of two cenopopulations one of which lives in community of transitional type from a timyannik to a stony steppe (association: Festuca valesiaca – Cleistogenes bulgarica – Cymbochasma borysthenica – Thymus dimorphus), another – as a part of the stony steppe (association: Festuca valesiaca + Agropyron pectinatum + Galatella villosa), created at the limestone shell rock exits. Cenopopulation in community of transitional type, despite the smaller area (50 sq. m), differs by more number and density. Both cenopopulations are similar in age ranges character and vitality of specimens. They belong to a normal type (capable to vegetative and seed self-maintenance) with a left-side age range that allows estimating them as rather stable, despite very limited area

Description
The article notes that in the XIX century by the name of the decree of the Emperor Alexander II there was formed the Kuban area, including the territories of the Black Sea Coast, North-Eastern part of the Kuban and Zakubanye. Based on the opinions of imperial approval of the State Council "On the permission for the Russian citizen of non-army class to settle and acquire property in the lands of the Cossack troops" from April 29, 1868, Kuban as a whole, and the town of Ekaterinodar, in particular, have received a significant increase in population, which meant the prospect of rapid economic development. The article states that in the period from 1869 to 1871 on the territory of the Kuban region there was a judicial reform, which had a result: from the January 1, 1871, alongside with the formation of new courts there were established new court departments of prosecution of the Ekaterinodar District Court. Along with this great transformation, taking place in the police, the Emperor Alexander II, with a view to changes and improvements in the apparatus of the police, approved the "Temporary Regulations for the structure of the police in towns and districts of the provinces, the general establishment of the governed", which provided preservation for the city police exclusively in provincial and major district towns, leaving it under domination of the police chiefs. The rest of the city and the county police subordinated to the county police departments headed by the county police officer

SUNFLOWER HUSKS AS A SOURCE OF FUNCTIONAL FEED ADDITIVES
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionThe article describes the results of the complex feed additive based on sunflower husk, enriched with beer wort with the addition of pumpkin pulp. We have studied the chemical composition of sunflower husk, which is the secondary resource of the processing plant raw material, selected methods of enrichment of this raw material with the help of fungi Trichoderma harzianum. Cellulolytic enzyme preparations on the basis of fungi of the genus Trichoderma for use in agriculture and animal feed production is often obtained when the surface method of cultivation. These drugs are cheap and contain a significant number of related hydrolytic enzymes, 29 such as amylase, protease, pectinase and hemicellulase, which are also important and valuable to the consumer. As a vitamin component of the feed additive we have selected a pumpkin pulp, which is a valuable feed for livestock and poultry is a source of carotene, fat and nitrogenous substances. We have also developed elements of technology for complex feed additive. We have created a comprehensive feed additive which can be used in the composition of diets in the feeding of farm animals and poultry

INCREASING OF THE DEGREE OF BEE COLONIES DEVELOPMENT BY THE APPLICATION OF ELECTRICAL TECHNOLOGIES
DescriptionThe equation describing the whole combination of actions with bees in hives during spring development is obtained. The formula for coefficient of degree of bee colony development during exact period is obtained. The whole combination of electrical technological actions let to increase the bee colony spring development by two times. The counting of the bee keeping labor profitability for the case of application of electrical technologies during winter and spring is carried out. Application of electrical technologies increases the profitability of honey production by two times. The competitiveness of honey bee products could be increased by the way of application of the meanings of efficient electrical technologies targeted onto increasing of honey productivity of bees, increasing of eco-purity of sanitary actions and decreasing of labor content of main technological actions. Using these calculations, you can create an automated climate control system in the hive. To do this, you must also take control laws and apply the appropriate sensors, microcontrollers and executive bodies. All of this will go to the next - higher level of profitability of beekeeping that rose-sieves produced pro-competitive products. To automate the most labor-intensive processes of beekeeping. These processes are pumping honey and labor costs beekeepers to carry out veterinary and sanitary measures

Description
The article describes the methods of calibration and working measurements, planning of experiment and experimental data processing, characterized objects of study and provides illustrations of research results of P-t depending for petroleum fractions. We have described the results of generalization of density (specific volume) of the examined samples in the liquid and on the saturation line and SVP in the two-phase region. The article shows that existing methods of calculation based primarily on the results of the study of the density and SVP of individual hydrocarbons and extremely limited experimental data of petroleum products. We have detected a necessity of creation calculation methods based on reliable experimental data, providing greater accuracy, substantiated choice of directions for research SVP and density of petroleum products. Modern technology of petroleum processing and using of petroleum products requires the creation of more perfect installation for the study of SVP of substances and obtaining experimental data with greater accuracy. Generalized analytic dependence of SVP of petroleum products from all determining parameters have not yet been received. Therefore, experimental determination of this pressure should be the basis of the calculation of any device, because the calculations of petroleum products by the formulas and nomograms obtained with considerable error

PECTIN BEVERAGES WITH PROBIOTIC CHARACTERISTICS
DescriptionThe impact of pectins and its concentration on probiotic characteristics of the beverages has been studied for developing the formulation and technology of pectin beverages. Samples of sour-milk products with dry pectin (Unipectin OB 700) and liquid one (pectin apple extract is produced by SunLand) was made. Sour milk microorganisms and bifidobacteria content were defined. High sour milk microorganisms and bifidobacteria content as well as high rate in souring were revealed in the preparatory samples. However, liquid pectin is easier in use. Consequently, the formulation of pectin extract beverages was developed and optimized by using Mathematical Modeling. The samples of beverages were produced and their quality characteristics were evaluated. An optimal fruit/vegetable fillers / whey ration was defined to get the product which combined balanced micronutrient composition, its functional activities and gustatory qualities. For that a three-factor simplex-centroid design was used. The samples produced according to the design matrix were tasted and evaluated by color, flavor, aroma and consistency according to the ten score points scale. The findings were processed with statistical and graphical analysis. The last one used the construction of ternary graphs with the help of «Statistica 7,0» program that allowed to define the most acceptable ranges of fruit/vegetable fillers / whey components in the beverages: fruit juice – 4-16%; pumpkin juice-4-16%; whey -4%. Chemical composition, organoleptical indicators and physicochemical parameters of ready-to drink beverages were examined. As a result, these beverages have been recommended for school feeding as the source of dietary fiber, minerals and vitamins

22.00.00 Sociological sciences
DescriptionIn the article there is a history of the researches of the problems of economy and moral interaction, the relevance of the moral research as the interdisciplinary theory of the positive development of the country and the world, the definition of the essence of the moral as if it was an unfinished rule of law. Also, the ideas of happiness creation on the Earth are affected. The increased discrepancy of the works in the field of the moral and economy interaction, the moral orientation of the each personality, and also the absence of the unity on this perspective in the works of the famous scientists of the past is noted. According to the author, the paradoxes of the moral orientation and the personality consist in: the separation of the law rules from the needs of as much as the possible careful regulation of the moral in the modern Russian legislation; the uncertainty, the discrepancy of the Russian scientific researches paying MUCH ATTENTION to the moral problems as the authority, as the alternative of the immorality, a lack of the significant theoretical studies, the THEORIES of the orientation to the practice from the Russian scientists with the maintenance of the informal national tradition of the recognition of the importance of the works of the foreign thinkers, mainly last time; the demoralization of the society via the numerous channels of the information transfer considered as a source of the moral education of the people, especially at the children's age, - through many mass media and the art spheres (painting, modern literary works, films and video movies, theatrical performances, songs, dances, photo-art)
