EFFECT OF THE METHODOLOGY FOR DECISION-MAKING IMPLICATIONS
DescriptionThe term "methodology" is understood differently. Methodology - the doctrine of the organization. Methodology (from the "method" and "logy") - the doctrine of structure, logical organization, methods and means of action. Methodology - the system of principles and methods of organization and construction of theoretical and practical activities, as well as teaching on this system. From these definitions it follows that the methodology - is an intellectual base rod defining approach to specific activities to management decisions. The methodology, which adheres to the manager, lies at the heart of its activities, determines its success or failure, manifested in the consequences of decisions. We give some examples of methodological errors which lead to wrong management decisions. So, the person who seriously requires providing "maximum profit at minimum cost" should be classified into one of two classes, which can be briefly described as "fools" and "liars". Profit must not be the sole purpose of business. The following section will discuss the methodology in place of conducting various scientific economic and technical studies. A natural continuation of the topic - the wording of some of the methodological problems using mathematical methods

This article proposes an approach to the creation of abstract, based on the association of machine typesetting and creating pictures, which is especially important in connection with the development of information technology in today's society. The analysis of existing approaches to the creation of lecture notes based on a letter by hand and machine typing. Identified strengths and weaknesses of existing approaches. We have considered in detail an algorithm of adding graphic information into the abstract, using an approach based on typing on a PC or laptop. The article conducts an analysis of existing researches and experimentation in this direction. We have revealed one of the problems associated with the proposed approach, based on the location of seats in the classroom, considered one of the options for its solutions. The necessity of the development of specialized software was found. We have demonstrated lack of suitability of text editors for the implementation of the proposed approach

ENRICHMENT OF BREAD WITH BIOACTIVE SUBSTANCES OF PROPHYLACTIC PURPOSE
DescriptionThere were shown the possibilities of the use of pectin extract from fruits of fodder water-melons as a bioactive addition for enriching of flour and bread production of the functional purpose. There were determined the qualitative characteristics of pectin extract: the total content of pectin 1,2%, complex-forming ability Рв2+292,7 mg / g confirming its technological importance as a radioprotector and detoxicant in the production of functional products. There was stated the positive influence of the pectin extract on physical properties of dough and quality of bread. The use of pectin extract as an enriching addition will allow extending the line of bakery products of the prophylactic purpose, because it is connected with the necessity of the correction of different type of deficit of micronutrients in the organism of a modern man. The consumption of such bread will allow satisfying the day's norm of consumption in macro- and micro nutrients and will assist to extract the ions of heavy and radioactive metals from an organism

Description
Due to the mass construction activity during the recent years, many multistoried buildings with different height, shape and function have been built. Very often, such buildings are located on territories with very complicated subsoil conditions, which cause considerable total and differential subsoil displacements. Reachable variety of settlement calculation methods performs wide difference between achieved results. Thus the data of the geotechnical monitoring is very important for practical and scientific issues

FEATURES OF MILITARY SERVICE IN WESTERN SIBERIA DURING 1865-1906
DescriptionIn spite of the fact that the name of the district during its existence was changed (Western-Siberian, Omsk, Siberian), the authors accepted the name “the Siberian military district” for the benefit of the material representation. Chronological frameworks of the article cover the period from 1865 (the date of the creation of the Western-Siberian military district) to 1906 when the Siberian military district has been divided up into Omsk and Irkutsk districts. The article considers some features of active service in military units and institutions of the Siberian military district during 1865-1906, in view of condition diversity in Western Siberia. They are the features of the regional climate, the features of the officer personnel formation in the district, the features of its class structure (which is a source of replacement of the organized units’ staff, district subunits and a mobilization resource in case of the war beginning) and some organization issues of the military’s everyday life in Western Siberia. The authors pay a special attention to the problems of character training, the organization of the service arm and the troop training in the Siberian military district. They also underline a low level of literacy among the district population and the staff of the district divisions and units. The main idea of the article is that the government has paid little attention to the military component of Western Siberia development from the earliest times up to now

06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionThe accumulation of heavy metals was studied in different component parts of a White squash (skin and flesh, flesh, seed skin, seed kernel, peduncle). It is known that the basic source of feed for agricultural crops are mobile water soluble organic and mineral soil combinations which are polluted by heavy metals in different degrees. In the process of their migration they are able to accumulate in different parts of plants or to disperse. The mechanism of quantitative estimation of migration of heavy metals in direction of removal of mobile water soluble soil combinations to various parts of a White squash is developed by the author. The ranks of mobility of heavy metals are made from the most mobile manganese to the most indifferent iron. The model of estimation of mobility of the rest spectrum of heavy metals is chosen, namely: lead, cadmium, zinc, copper, nickel, cobalt in relation to manganese and iron. Basing on the position of a separate element in a mobile rank and its concentration it is possible to define the source of entering to a squash fruit. It may be water soluble soil combinations, irrigation water and atmospheric aerosols
