DescriptionThe article is devoted to the actual problem of social psychology - joint activity in small groups of young people and conditions of its productivity. Historical and psychological, methodological and empirical prob-lems of socio-psychological research of orientation (prevenient part of joint activity), which provide pro-ductivity of joint activity, were analyzed in the article.
