CONCEPTUAL MODEL OF STAGED FORMATION OF AN INDIVIDUAL CREATIVE METHOD OF AN ARCHITECT
DescriptionThe article considers the development of a model of gradual formation of individual creative method of an architect in the propaedeutic level since preuniversity stage (with the involvement of distance training) and its continuity of the first courses of architectural disciplines in high school in terms of the Rostov school of architecture. There have been examined some studies by Nechaev N.N. and Sulimenko S.D. at the architectural department of the Far Eastern Technical University, that have revealed a non-linear nature of the formation of spatial thinking and the need to develop a systematic approach in the propaedeutic phase of training. These studies formed the basis of a new conceptual model. A list of the input competence requirements for applicants entering architectural universities to ensure the quality of training at university propaedeutic phase is done. Methodological feature of the Rostov school of architecture, which is both a synthesis of problems in the field of threedimensional composition and design problems is revealed, as well as a combination of methods of modeling and manual architectural drawing with computer graphics (SketchUp, CorelDraw, Photoshop, AutoCad). The schemes of a number of separate stages of the formation of individual creative method of the architect, as well as the general scheme of the whole conceptual model is given

COGNITIVE MODELING OF THE IMPACT OF SELF-ORGANIZATION FACTORS ON THE ENTERPRISE SUSTAINABILITY
DescriptionThis article discusses the problem of methodological support for the management of the recovery cycle of Russian industry, which is caused by the transformation of factors affecting the achievement of the required parameters of competitiveness. Given the low level of technological development, it is proposed to rely on the concept of sustainability in determining the strategy of re-industrialization in Russia. As a theoretical platform of such a concept, the ideas of intellectualization of enterprise management are proposed, which were developed in the foreign theory of industrial management. Thus, the main factors influencing the stability of the enterprise were correlated with elements of the "ADACOR holonic" -architecture of management, inspired by biological and evolutionary theories. An empirical analysis of the impact of self-organizing factors using the technology of cognitive modeling, which revealed a significant impact on the company's sustainability of environmental assessment factors. The state is revealed under which the effect of local stability within the limits of the parameters "Diagnostics of threats" and "Unpredictability of the environment" is achieved, which makes it possible to form a complex of management actions to regulate these parameters using the coenoses tools. The proposed interdisciplinary approach, based on a system of regularities of the physical and mathematical order, will greatly enhance the effectiveness of forecasting and the predictability of enterprise development

CLINICAL AND MORPHOLOGICAL FACTORS AND PREDICTION PARAMETERS OF CELL CYCLE IN ESOPHAGEAL CANCER
DescriptionThe aim of the study is to compare the traditional clinicopathologic factors and prognosis of cell cycle parameters, such as ploidy, cell cycle kinetics, as well as the study of DNA content in the tumor tissue of patients with esophageal cancer. Cancer of the esophagus - a very aggressive malignant disease, most commonly manifested impaired swallowing. As a rule, this type of cancer pathology is characterized by unfavorable outcome. Ploidy and cell proliferation activity, defined by the content of the DNA of the tumor - synthesizing cells are one of the important indicators of the growth rate of malignancy and prognosis. The study was performed on tumor tissue fragments of the 30 patients operated on for cancer of the esophagus. DNA study - conducted in the open cell material aftercare. DNA cell content was determined by flow cytometry BD FACSCanto II. By studying the DNA-cytometric parameters, we found the prevalence of aneuploid tumors in 66.7%. It was shown that DNAcytometric parameters are independent of gender. Major weight of diploid and aneuploid cell tumors of the esophagus was in G0 / 1 phase of the cell cycle. Comparative analysis of DNA - cytometric parameters and the degree of differentiation of esophageal tumor revealed a prevalence of aneuploid tumors in all the test cases. content distribution pattern of tumor cells was found in the G0 / G1-, G2 + M -, S - phase of the cell cycle at different stages of the disease
