CONCEPTUAL MODEL OF STAGED FORMATION OF AN INDIVIDUAL CREATIVE METHOD OF AN ARCHITECT
DescriptionThe article considers the development of a model of gradual formation of individual creative method of an architect in the propaedeutic level since preuniversity stage (with the involvement of distance training) and its continuity of the first courses of architectural disciplines in high school in terms of the Rostov school of architecture. There have been examined some studies by Nechaev N.N. and Sulimenko S.D. at the architectural department of the Far Eastern Technical University, that have revealed a non-linear nature of the formation of spatial thinking and the need to develop a systematic approach in the propaedeutic phase of training. These studies formed the basis of a new conceptual model. A list of the input competence requirements for applicants entering architectural universities to ensure the quality of training at university propaedeutic phase is done. Methodological feature of the Rostov school of architecture, which is both a synthesis of problems in the field of threedimensional composition and design problems is revealed, as well as a combination of methods of modeling and manual architectural drawing with computer graphics (SketchUp, CorelDraw, Photoshop, AutoCad). The schemes of a number of separate stages of the formation of individual creative method of the architect, as well as the general scheme of the whole conceptual model is given

PROSPECTS OF CULTURE SPECIES OF BETULACEAE IN ROSTOV REGION
DescriptionWere summed up of perennial introductory tests of the representatives of the family Betulaceae S.F. Gray in the Botanical Garden SFedU. The 33 species of this family have been studied for a total. Evaluation of winter hardiness of the family members showed that the absolute resistance to the full range of factors winter have representatives genus Betula, also Alnus incana (L.) Moench and Corylus colurna L. Species of the genus Betula and Corylus may be attributed to the plants having a resistance to drought. The highly drought-resistant species – Carpinus betulus L., C. turczaninowii Hance, Alnus incana (L.) Moench and Ostrya carpinifolia Scop. Less than drought-resistant – Alnus glutinosa (L.) Gaertn. Most of the tested species should be attributed to hemixerophytes. The high degree of defeat by fungal diseases of the species genera Alnus, Betula and Carpinus makes them unsuitable for the regional culture. The causative agent of the disease is a fungus Chondrostereum purpureum (Pers.) Pouzar. Based on the totality ecological and biological properties only species of the genus Corylus remain promising for the culture. For introductory test it is advisable to attract drought-tolerant species of the family Betulaceae such as: Alnus barbata C.A. Mey., A. rubra Bong., A. rugosa (Du Roi) Spreng., Carpinus cordata Blume, C. caucasica Grossh., C. caroliniana Walter, C. orientalis Miller., C. tschonoskii Maxim., Betula insignis Franch., B. lanata (Regel) V.N. Vassil., B. luminifera H.J.P. Winkl., B. nikoensis Koidz., B. forrestii Hand.-Mazz., B. utilis D. Don., Ostrya virginiana K.Koch

LOGICAL PRICE ESTIMATION OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION EDUCATIONAL LANDSCAPE
DescriptionIn the given article, we describe an approach to the formation of learning environment optimal structure based on logical price tools using through statistical assessment of universities rank distribution. The actuality of this approach is based on the analysis of modern methods to the formation of the university landscape and assessment of a number of systemic problems of universities’ structure transformation, which consists in the disproportion reinforcement and reducing the variety of educational programmes and research schools, which prevents its effective development. The postulates of institutional university transformations based on the pragmatic paradigms providing stability and progressive development of the system in its self-development and evolution process are proposed as a methodological concept of using the statements of the cenoses theory. The logical price analysis of the Russian universities structure in 2015 conducted above has confirmed the proposed hypotheses, showing statistical coupling of university environment elements, their relatively systematic instability and structural imbalances. The educational system assessment as a cenosis allowed to reveal points of the required impact factor, state intervention direction in the distribution structuring, possible limitations associated with the implementation of large universities support programmes. The proposed approach has a high level of reality objective assessment and may be used when making long-term strategic decisions

HIFU: PROSPECTS OF APPLICATION IN ONCOUROLOGY
DescriptionProstate cancer (PC) is one of the most frequently malignant neoplasms in the worldwide male population. Back in the 90's began a promising noninvasive method of high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) as an alternative to radical prostatectomy for the treatment of localized prostate cancer was used. Information about the destructive histological effect by HIFU has been known since the 1930, however, the clinical implementation of this technology due to the absence at the time visualization capabilities for monitoring during the procedure has been postponed. In this paper, an overview of published data on the HIFU clinical application in prostate cancer as a major, "saving" and focal therapy. Examples of a favorable combination of this method are also provided with pharmacological agents. Based on the analysis of clinical data, we can say that HIFU is a good alternative minimally invasive therapeutic modality for patients with prostate cancer who are not candidates for radical prostatectomy. Applying of HIFU is possible as a treatment option with local recurrence after external radiotherapy, with careful selection of patients is important, depending on prognostic factors

Description
Mortality from malignant diseases is directly linked to early metastasis and relapse. It is now possible to identify individual tumor cells in bone marrow biopsies and peripheral blood. Colorectal cancer is one of the leading places in the structure of cancer incidence and mortality, both in Russia and around the world. Studies have shown that after surgery the ability of tumor cells to the dissemination and implantation increases. The work contains 30 patients with the verified colorectal cancer with metastasis to the liver. To determine the CSC we have applied an analysis technology in CellSearch System ™ (Janssen Diagnostics, LLC). Our study of the number and frequency of detection of circulating tumor cells in peripheral blood of patients and control group demonstrates the reduction in the number of CTCs during laparoscopic surgery and changing the dynamics of the level of tumor cells in the form of reduction from the stage of the mobilization of the drug due to minimally invasive access, minimizing manipulation in the projection of the tumor and as a consequence, preventing the release into the blood stream of single tumor cells

01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionThis article discusses an economic game called "The struggle for markets". We have generated a mathematical model of quantum realization of this game. For clarity, the algorithms are derived for soft and hard quantum games for assessing the impact of the degree of entanglement to work and the result of the algorithm. There are step-by-step instructions for the sequence of actions and operations to create a quantum model of the game. The aim is to assess the influence of the degree of entanglement on work algorithms. Also, we investigate the influence of quantum entanglement on the win for two or more players. The article gives a comparison with classical results

Description
Our research aims at providing new effective control methods for scientific and technical expertise to organizations and foundations that fund research projects on a competitive basis. These methods should provide analytical decision support for group decision making in a distributed environment. In this work, we consider an integral model for knowledge representation – a socio-semantic knowledge network that combines social links and a semantic description of knowledge into a mathematically formalized graph theoretic structure. In terms of actor-network theory, we consider a multimodal network with actors on one of the levels and artefacts (i.e. contexts that express network links) on the other level. In order to represent knowledge domain based on a graph and hypergraph paradigm and fuzzy sets theory, we provide a sufficiently complete set of elements and relations (either trustworthy or partially trustworthy) both between multitype elements and their heterogeneous groups. The formal representation allows applying the model to solve numerous practical tasks such as expert finding, formation of expert groups, expertise refinement, reduction of subjectivity, analysis of an expertise process, analysis of processes within expert groups. Research methodology: social network analysis (SNA), theory of graphs and hypergraphs, fuzzy calculus and fuzzy logic
