METHODOLOGY OF MODELING SOCIAL SYSTEMS FOR CONFLICT ANALYSIS AND CONTROL
DescriptionThis article provides results of studying the world achievements in modeling social systems in the aspects of personality, group, and social institute (e.g. the state and army). Through prism of conflict, we review research methodology for modeling social identity, social navigation, geopolitical processes, and command and control systems of the enemy. We discuss four agent-based models of social identity: SCIPR, MetaContrast, PS-I, and SILAS. We examine Spence model for modeling social navigation. Basic principles for modeling relations between the states are considered using ontology approach. The presented model allows systemic analysis of various micro- (intrastate) and macrolevel (external) variables and relations between them. Modeling command and control system of the enemy is implemented as a part of an automated decision support system that tackles the problems of enemy structure identification as well as classification of objects and relations within the structures. The object of study are approaches, methods and models for representation and analysis of group interaction. The subject of study are processes of agent self-identification and interaction, formal and informal organizations, the states and public institutes as well as processes and principles for group formation and mechanisms for behavior control. Research methodology: social network analysis, ontology approach, theory of graphs and hypergraphs, multiagent systems

PROBLEMS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF AGRARIAN BUSINESS IN RUSSIA
DescriptionThe urgent task is to ensure the effective functioning of the agrarian business in a market economy, fierce competition. Important factors are the solution of tasks to improve the financial stability of organizations, the competitiveness of their products in the domestic and foreign food markets for the further development of the domestic agro-industrial complex. The article discusses of the development of agricultural production in the economic aspects. In particular, problems in taxation and accounting, financial planning and cooperation of subjects of agrarian business are noted, problems of small farm (peasant) economy are highlighted. A conclusion is stated on the importance of state regulation in the development of Russia's agro-industrial complex. Measures taken by the state for the development of the agrarian business, in turn, will allow Russia if not to exclude, but significantly reduce the import dependence on food products

Description
This article describes the basics of performance, as well as the structural and functional component of the development and implementation of SQC. In accordance with this, a computational structure of the simulator of a quantum calculator has been derived, taking into account all the available features of constructing a simulator of a quantum computing device. Also, a software implementation of the derived universal computational structure of SQC that satisfies and operates according to the principles of this scheme is implemented

Description
In this article, on the basis of phenomenological consideration of kinetic processes in semiconductors volume, we have conducted an analysis, in order to estimate the drift and diffusion components of the output current for hot carriers in the total output of the conductivity structure of the chip. The result revealed amplitude and frequency characteristics of this component of the conductivity, illustrating a greater amount of its modulus and phase inversion near the field-strength values of Ghan effect. This can be used for designing oscillators of millimeter range of wavelengths. It is shown that the nonlinear diffusion component along with the drift is important for the output conductance of the test specimen

The results of laboratory experiments on the effect of different concentrations of SkQ3 (10- (6'- methylplastoquinonyl) decyltriphenylphosphonium) on the rate of growth of spring barley seedlings of varieties Sokol and winter wheat varieties Kalym in normal and under inadequate moisture conditions, as well as data from field experiments on the effect of pre-sowing processing SkQ3 on the morphometric indices of spring barley varieties Shhedry, hard winter wheat of the Lazurite variety and soft winter wheat of the Lydia variety are presented. As a result of laboratory experiments, an increase in the growth rate of 14-day-old seedlings grown in solutions of polyethylene glycol was shown when treating the seeds with 2.5 nM and 25 nM with SkQ3 solutions. In the field experiments on the pre-sowing treatment of SkQ3 seeds, an increase in the morphometric indices of spring barley varieties of generic Lydia soft winter wheat and hard Lazurite winter wheat has been established, as well as an increase in the yield of winter wheat of both varieties as compared to the control
