OBJECTIVES AND METHODOLOGY OF CROSS-CUTTING DESIGN OF TECHNICAL SYSTEMS
DescriptionThe debate continues about reform of higher education In the country. We offer our point of view regarding the preparation of bachelors and masters on the direction of "Control of the technical systems". Department of automatic control systems leverages variable disciplines of specialization and optional subjects, forms a curriculum based on the needs of the business environment of the region or commissioned by a separate large enterprise. Students participate in the modules of project activities, form new and effective engineering solutions, to get skills of their practical implementation with regard to effectiveness, relevance and prospects of their further development. The production practice is very important in the preparation of bachelors and masters. To this end, the agreement on cooperation in the field of improvement of quality of preparation of students of SFedU concluded with the company RealLab (www.rlda.ru). It has allowed undergraduates to pass a work practice at the enterprise, custom-making thematic tasks of the enterprise on a contractual basis. Graduates of magistracy successfully find a job at the enterprise, providing thus strengthening of personnel structure. In this study, we propose a technique of teaching of bachelors and masters in "Control of technical systems". The main thesis is to use the technique of through projecting throughout the entire learning process. The trajectory of training is built for the student based on a module of project activity, training and production practices. The student studies the object, develops the control algorithm, programs it, chooses a set of technical means throughout the entire period of training with an exit to the protection of the final qualifying work

Description
Our research aims at providing new effective control methods for scientific and technical expertise to organizations and foundations that fund research projects on a competitive basis. These methods should provide analytical decision support for group decision making in a distributed environment. In this work, we consider an integral model for knowledge representation – a socio-semantic knowledge network that combines social links and a semantic description of knowledge into a mathematically formalized graph theoretic structure. In terms of actor-network theory, we consider a multimodal network with actors on one of the levels and artefacts (i.e. contexts that express network links) on the other level. In order to represent knowledge domain based on a graph and hypergraph paradigm and fuzzy sets theory, we provide a sufficiently complete set of elements and relations (either trustworthy or partially trustworthy) both between multitype elements and their heterogeneous groups. The formal representation allows applying the model to solve numerous practical tasks such as expert finding, formation of expert groups, expertise refinement, reduction of subjectivity, analysis of an expertise process, analysis of processes within expert groups. Research methodology: social network analysis (SNA), theory of graphs and hypergraphs, fuzzy calculus and fuzzy logic

SEMANTIC SEARCH ENGINE BASED ON ONTOLOGY MAPPING
DescriptionWe live in a world of rapidly developing information technologies, where many organizations are related to each other, forming complex information networks. Therefore, storage, analysis and retrieval of information is a very complex and urgent task. In connection with the advent of search engines and communications, millions of people are engaged in the search and retrieval of information. Commercial search engines, such as Google, use keyword search based on logical queries. The main disadvantage of this search is that it returns a lot of irrelevant information, which leads to low accuracy. In this article, we focus on building a semantic search system based on the mapping of the ontological model. This includes various stages of development of ontology, the phase of indexing and information retrieval

PROSPECTS OF CULTURE SPECIES OF BETULACEAE IN ROSTOV REGION
DescriptionWere summed up of perennial introductory tests of the representatives of the family Betulaceae S.F. Gray in the Botanical Garden SFedU. The 33 species of this family have been studied for a total. Evaluation of winter hardiness of the family members showed that the absolute resistance to the full range of factors winter have representatives genus Betula, also Alnus incana (L.) Moench and Corylus colurna L. Species of the genus Betula and Corylus may be attributed to the plants having a resistance to drought. The highly drought-resistant species – Carpinus betulus L., C. turczaninowii Hance, Alnus incana (L.) Moench and Ostrya carpinifolia Scop. Less than drought-resistant – Alnus glutinosa (L.) Gaertn. Most of the tested species should be attributed to hemixerophytes. The high degree of defeat by fungal diseases of the species genera Alnus, Betula and Carpinus makes them unsuitable for the regional culture. The causative agent of the disease is a fungus Chondrostereum purpureum (Pers.) Pouzar. Based on the totality ecological and biological properties only species of the genus Corylus remain promising for the culture. For introductory test it is advisable to attract drought-tolerant species of the family Betulaceae such as: Alnus barbata C.A. Mey., A. rubra Bong., A. rugosa (Du Roi) Spreng., Carpinus cordata Blume, C. caucasica Grossh., C. caroliniana Walter, C. orientalis Miller., C. tschonoskii Maxim., Betula insignis Franch., B. lanata (Regel) V.N. Vassil., B. luminifera H.J.P. Winkl., B. nikoensis Koidz., B. forrestii Hand.-Mazz., B. utilis D. Don., Ostrya virginiana K.Koch
