We have investigated the influence of nickel oxide in the amount 100, 1000 mg/kg of the soil (1, 10 MPC), combined with the influence of variation magnetic field with induction of 50, 100 and 650 μT power frequency of 50 Hz on the enzyme activity and phytotoxity of the southern chernozem. We have established significant reduction of enzyme activity of catalase and length of roots after the influence of the variation of magnetic fields. Pollution by nickel as an independent factor caused stimulation of enzyme activity of a dehydrogenaze and length of roots of radish. The greatest inhibition of the activity of all indicators was observed at joint influence of magnetic fields and pollution by nickel of concentration of 1 maximum permissible concentration (1 MPC). Green building, forestry, agriculture of the Rostov region is in desperate need of resistant and long-lived samples of deciduous trees of the first grade. The main object of the search of promising forms of deciduous trees were artificial plantations of Quercus robur in the Botanical Garden of SFU. The research identified several of samples of Quercus robur, which are of economic interest. Based on ecological and biological properties and economic qualities, the most promising on was a sample of Quercus robur var. tardiflora, planted in 1888. This sample is less receptive to pests and diseases. It also has a high winter hardiness and drought resistance and significantly superior to similar samples of Quercus robur along longevity and has a high decorative effect. Dedicated sample of Quercus robur var. tardiflora, and his generation from seed is very different from other samples of the population by time of phenological phases. The all main henological phases of this sample occured later by on 10-15 days. The sample belongs to the group of plants of late phenological dates start and end of the growing season. The phenology of dedicated samples contributes to their high steadiness into regional climate. It propagates by sowing freshly harvested seeds. Phenological features of the selected sample might be inherited in the seminal generations

CHANGES IN BIOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF ORDINARY BLACK SOILS AT GLEYISATION (MODEL EXPERIMENT)
DescriptionThe article presents the results of laboratory modeling of gleyisation and its effect on the biological properties of soils with stagnant regime in ordinary black soils. Gleyisation is a complex biochemical process that occurs under oxygen reduction conditions. Anaerobic microorganisms, the presence of organic substances, and the constant or prolonged waterlogging of individual horizons or the entire soil profile promote gleyisation. Model experiments revealed that gleyisation increase the total number of bacteria and suppresses number of actinomycetes, micromycetes and growth of fungal mycelium. Gleyisation decreases the activity of oxidoreductases and increases the hydrolases activity. In addition, the second content of humus slightly increases and active acidity (pH) changes to neutral. The article deals with the study of the influence of the elastic damping mechanism (EDM) on the operability index for arable MTU on the basis of the 1,4 class tractor. The elastic damping mechanism was designed in order to smooth the aggregate starting, to reduce the dynamic load in transmission, to protect the engine from the external load vibration. The experimental results that were obtained while full-scale field studies of serial and test (containing EDM in transmission) machines are given in the article. Various oscillograms are analyzed: torque on the axis of tractor's driving wheel, tractive effort, the speed of the driving wheel, angular velocity of engine shaft and haulage. The mass-spectrum analysis was carried out to study the tractor characteristics in time more thoroughly. Such analysis allows to evaluate qualitatively the EDM influence. The normalized autocorrelation function and spectrum density of variation in time are studied in details for the following MTU characteristics: the wheel torque, haulage and tractive effort. These characteristics were compared with analogous characteristics for serial MTU model. The obtained results confirm that the EDM use in the tractor transmission has a positive effect on the functional MTU indexes. Obtained data can be used in mathematical modeling of MTU functioning

BIO-DIAGNOSTICS OF RESISTANCE OF GREY FOREST SOILS OF ADYGEA TO POLLUTION WITH Zn, Cd, Mo, Se
DescriptionThe essential part of a soil cover of the Republic of Adygea is occupied by gray forest soils. Thus they still remain a little studied, including concerning their resistance to chemical pollution. Contamination of gray forest soils of Adygea with Zn, Cd, Mo, Se causes deterioration of their biological properties. In most cases, the degree of reduction of the values of biological indicators is directly dependent on the concentration of pollutant in the soil. According to the degree of toxicity to the biological properties of the investigated elements form the following sequence: Se > Zn > = Cd > Mo. Biological parameters investigated in research (activity of catalase and dehydrogenase, cellulolytic ability, abundance of bacteria of the genus Azotobacter, radish root length) may be used for purposes of monitoring, diagnosis and regulation of chemical pollution of gray forest soils Zn, Cd, Mo, Se

Rendzina soils are very widespread in the Caucasus. Because of their ecological and genetic characteristics Rendzina has significant buffering capacity to chemical pollution. The object of investigation was calcareous leached soil. Location selection - Azishskaya ridge on the border of the Republic of Adygea and the Krasnodar region. As pollutants, we have selected Zn, Cd, Mo, Se, since soil contamination with these elements in the south of Russia is not uncommon. Contamination of zinc, cadmium, molybdenum and selenium causes deterioration in the biological properties of calcareous soils of the Western Caucasus. We have investigated the toxicity of the elements formed following series due to their influence on Rendzina soils: Zn> Se> Cd> = Mo. The study attempted to analyze the entire range of concentrations of the examined elements in the soil, currently occurring in nature. In most cases, all the investigated substances registered direct correlation between the concentration of the pollutant in the soil and the degree of reduction of biological indicators. The problem of environmental contamination by heavy metals is significant problem of urbanization. The search of ways of indication heavy metals pollution becomes actual, because of their simplicity and affordability. A widely used test objects for heavy metals pollution indicators are leafy mosses used for bioindication, because they are highly sensitive to any stress factor. The research shows that bioindication with using leafy mosses as test objects is highly effective method definition of heavy metals pollution. Using of bioindication methods are promising techniques for the assessment of the contamination of ecosystems by heavy metals. Through the use of this method, it is possible indication of pollution of the surface layer of air with heavy metals. The epiphytic moss (Pylaisia polyantha) growing in different zones of the city of Rostov-on-Don, was used for the heavy metals pollution biomonitoring of urbosystems. The accumulation features of heavy metals in the epitaphic pylaisiella moss (Pylaisia polyantha) in the territory of the city of Rostov-on-Don have been considered. pylaisiella moss (P. polyantha) accumulates the largest amounts of the following heavy metals: Zn, Cr, Pb, Sr, Ni (Kc to 1.07), and Cu. According to the Kc values, all the studied elements accumulated by pylaisiella moss form the following series of biological uptake: Zn > Pb > Sr > Cr > V > Ni > Cu > Cо. The results of investigation showed that the epiphytic moss (Pylaisia polyantha) can be used as indicator of heavy metals pollution in different polluted zones
