USAGE OF THE BACTERIAL PREPARATION “DESTROIL” FOR DESTRUCTION OIL POLLUTION IN FRESH WATER
DescriptionThe researches of degradation of oil products in fresh-water reservoirs at the expense of the activity of petrooxidizing bacteria of Acinetobacter speivs SN-2 are carried out. The decrease in the content of oil products in 25 days prior to maximum concentration limit (0,05 mg/l) and the increase in concentration of oxygen in the reservoir are defined

TOURISM SEGMENTATION AS A CONDITION OF THE CONTEMPORARY MARKET OF TOURISM
DescriptionThe necessity to divide tourism to different parts has been stated in the article; we have also examined lots of tourism classifications and proposed the author’s segmentation of tourism according to nowadays tourism market condition

Description
In the model experiments we studied the effect of combined action of chemical pollutants (PbO 1,000 mg / kg oil 5% by weight of soil) and microwave radiation (SHF radiation) with a capacity of 450 and 800 W (duration 1 minute) on the enzymatic activity, the number of microorganisms and indicators of phytotoxicity of an ordinary black soil. We found that the combined effect is systemic, rather than a simple summation of the effects of individual pollutants, shown no direct proportion between the power of the microwave radiation and its biological effect in the combined pollution

ECOSYSTEM DEGRADATION OF THE LIMESTONE MASSIFS OF WESTERN CAUCASUS AFTER DEFORESTATION
DescriptionSignificant changes in mountain ecosystems occur after deforestation on limestone massifs of the Western Caucasus. Tall-mountain-meadow vegetation with a large variety of species formed at low and medium soil disturbance 3 years after logging. Physical and biological properties of calcareous soils also vary greatly. The values of biological activity decrease at the maximum load is more than 10 times. Biological activity is increased by 20-50% or more cutting stations with low disorders. Biological properties of soils (especially the enzymatic activity) are very sensitive indicators of changes that have occurred as a result of logging. Changes in the activity of soil hydrolases different from changing oxidase activity at different times after logging

BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY OF URBAN SOILS (ON THE EXAMPLE OF ROSTOV-ON-DON)
DescriptionAbout 40 soil cuts were made in various parts of the city of Rostov-on-Don. The determinations of enzyme activity (catalase, invertase, polyphenoloxidase) were carried out in natural and antropogenic soils of a sub-urban park, residential and industrial areas of the city. The enzyme activity of soils in urban condition signif-icantly lowers than in non-urban soils. It is established, that significant impact on the biological activity has duration of sealing, and the longer the period, the higher the negative impact on the enzymes activity. However, a close relationship between humus state of soil and its enzyme activity kept in a condition of ur-ban pedogenesis. The high activity of investigated enzymes is typical to soil horizons which contain the highest amount of soil organic matter

INNOVATIVE SELF-EMPLOYMENT: CRITERIA OF IDENTIFICATION AND CONCEPT OPERATIONALIZATION
DescriptionThe results of research of the signs are given and the classification of criteria of allocation of innovative self-employment is offered in this article. The operationalization of criteria is executed; the possibilities of studying of innovative self-employment are expanded. The article can be useful for economists and technical specialists dealing with the problem solution of self-employment

CHANGE OF BIOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF SOILS OF ROSTOV-ON-DON WITH HEAVY METAL POLLUTION
DescriptionThe article investigates the level of heavy metal con-tamination of soils of different functional zones in Rostov-on-Don: parklands, crossroads and industrial zone. Dependence is considered the level of soil bio-logical activity in soil from heavy metals

INFLUENCE OF MALIGNIZATIONS LEVEL OF ASTROCYTIC HUMAN BRAIN TUMOR ON THE EXPRESSION OF CONNEXIN-43
DescriptionStudy was performed on 12 samples of astrocytic human brain tumors, which differ by the level of malignancy and histological indications. The study was conducted with the method of immunohistochemistry using a commercially available antibody anti-connexin-43 (Cx 43), a prior test of which was carried out on myocardium tissue of rats (positive control). The study showed that with the increasing of malignant level of astrocytomas, there was marked the decreased level of connexin-43 expression of, which is apparently to be associated with the destruction of intercellular gap junctions in tumor tissue
