THE ROLE OF GAP JUNCTIONS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF ASTROCYTIC HUMAN BRAIN TUMOR
DescriptionRecently, much attention is paid to research the role of cell-cell interactions by gap junctions in the process of malignant transformation and mechanisms of antitumor resistance. Meanwhile, the greatest interest is astrocytic tumors. Depending on the degree of malignancy, astrocytomas are divided into: pilocytic astrocytoma (Grade I), subependymal giant cell astrocytoma (Grade I), pleomorphic xanthoastrocytoma (Grade II), diffuse astrocytoma (Grade II), anaplastic astrocytoma (Grade III), glioblastoma (Grade IV ) gliomatosis cerebri (Grade IV). Information of literature devoted to astrocytic tumors (gliomas) - the most common brain tumor in large part obtained in studies in cell cultures and different contradictions. Along with data on the reduction of glial tumors cells communicability through GJ, there is evidence of an opposite character - a functionally active GJ in gliomas and inhibition of tumor growth by reducing intercellular communicability by GJ. However, up to now there have been no studies of the effect and function of hemichannels in cancer cells, which would provide detailed information on: 1) the characteristic of presence and relative abundance of hemichannels in cancer cells; 2) evaluation of absorption / release of hemichannels mediated molecules in tumor cells than in non-tumor cells; 3) functional consequences of activation and blocking of hemichannels in tumor cells and 4) the prognostic value of the expression / activation of hemichannels in human malignancies

The main contribution to the soil biological properties change in the combined pollution with lead and an alternating magnetic field makes lead pollution. Contribution of the interaction of factors of 20-30%. The contribution of the alternating field was insignificant or unreliable. Black soil and brown forest soils are similar in degree of resistance to the combined pollution. Grey sands have less stability

The soil properties out of playing areas of golf courses (so-called roughs) have an influence on the lawn vegetation state. Heavy texture of the soil has the cause of deterioration of the water-air properties of soil which is accompanied by changes in the nature of addition grass lawn from solid to mosaic. Non-aggressive grass of the artificial lawn has one of the reasons for renewal of native flora and the formation of a new type of plant association, closer to the natural vegetation of the Don floodplain

THE OPERATED EYE HYDRODYNAMICS MATHEMATICAL MODELING FOR OPTIMIZATION OF SURGERY THECNIQUE
DescriptionAcceptable values of the drainage hole parameters in the shunt glaucoma surgery were calculated by means of mathematical modeling of different conditions of eye hydrodynamics. The operation method was designed with provision for pressure gradient, rate of the aqueous humor outflow, and the values of intraocular pressure in early and late postoperative period. The balance of liquid in eye was calculated in mathematical model as ordinary differential equation in accordance with flow resistance of every section. The data received by using mathematical model has shown that allowable rate of aqueous humor outflow is gained with the hole diameter of 0,025 mm. This mathematical model should assist to the better understanding of physical processes describing the eye hydrodynamics, should benefit to the operation quality and should create the base to the clinical studies

Description
Large agricultural load on the steppe landscapes leads to the transformation of ecosystems and effect on all their components. Transformation of lands into laylands leads to a gradual restoration of anthropogenically disturbed steppe ecosystems. Studies that focus on the research of comprehensive processes in the territory of laylands are extremely relevant today. Herpetobiont fauna is one of the important characteristics of ecology and biology of soils. Herpetobiont Coleoptera can serve as indicators in the study of processes occurring in postagrogenic soils. The article presents the results of the study of changes in mesofauna, composition and structure of complexes of the gerpetobiont Coleoptera of ordinary black soils in natural succession series of different-age laylands. We also evaluated the degree of faunistic similarity of plots of laylands and allocated dominant species. Carabidae and Tenebrionidae are the basis of complex Coleoptera in the investigated laylands. The article shows that such indicators as the number of individuals, species, families of beetles and their dynamic density are depended on the age of the layland. In addition, the indices of biodiversity (Margalef and Shannon) and dominance (Simpson) are also connected with the age of plots of laylands

CONCEPTUAL MODEL OF STAGED FORMATION OF AN INDIVIDUAL CREATIVE METHOD OF AN ARCHITECT
DescriptionThe article considers the development of a model of gradual formation of individual creative method of an architect in the propaedeutic level since preuniversity stage (with the involvement of distance training) and its continuity of the first courses of architectural disciplines in high school in terms of the Rostov school of architecture. There have been examined some studies by Nechaev N.N. and Sulimenko S.D. at the architectural department of the Far Eastern Technical University, that have revealed a non-linear nature of the formation of spatial thinking and the need to develop a systematic approach in the propaedeutic phase of training. These studies formed the basis of a new conceptual model. A list of the input competence requirements for applicants entering architectural universities to ensure the quality of training at university propaedeutic phase is done. Methodological feature of the Rostov school of architecture, which is both a synthesis of problems in the field of threedimensional composition and design problems is revealed, as well as a combination of methods of modeling and manual architectural drawing with computer graphics (SketchUp, CorelDraw, Photoshop, AutoCad). The schemes of a number of separate stages of the formation of individual creative method of the architect, as well as the general scheme of the whole conceptual model is given

THE ACCUMULATION OF COPPER AND ZINC COMPOUNDS IN BLACK LEACHED SOIL UNDER TECHNOGENIC POLLUTION
DescriptionThe influence of exogenous form of heavy metals intake on their transformation in the soil is determined during the model experiment. Distinctions in quantity of extracted mobile compounds of heavy metals in the soil depending on a form of addition various connections of Cu and Zn are established. The smallest mobility of Cu and Zn at addition of heavy metal oxides is observed. It is established that Cu accumulates mainly in the fraction connected with organic matter, Zn accumulates in residual fraction and in the fraction connected with ferric oxide and manganese oxide by consecutive fractionation technique
