METHOD OF POLYMORPHIC VIRUSES DETECTION BASED ON ARTIFICIAL IMMUNE SYSTEM AND GENETIC ALGORITHMS
DescriptionThis article is dedicated to the study of the fundamental properties and components of the immune system such as B lymphocytes, the Tlymphocytes, immune system storage, primary and secondary immune response, immunological training detectors, which will be the basis of the obtained as a result of detection methods of polymorphic viruses using artificial immune systems. Polymorphism of computer viruses is the formation of a malicious program code directly during execution. Thus, it is impossible to create a unique signature corresponding to these polymorphic viruses. A similar classification problem is solved by the immune system of vertebrates, stared again met with the virus, it "remembers" him, and the next time provides effective secondary immune response. These properties of the immune system served as a prerequisite for the use of immune approaches and algorithms for solving the problems of detection of malicious code. The article identified and described their main features, proposed the idea of their implementation and software, system interactions in the immune system revealed such important features, the implementation of which will be effective in solving the problem of detection of malicious code and software. Also, for a more productive system of education is considered a class of genetic, evolutionary algorithms, described by their immediate implementation of site-specific decentralized artificial immune system, built a system of interaction of genetic and immunological algorithms.

The work is scientific and practical in nature, same as the discussed process of optimization of power losses in power networks based on the use of the transportation problem, namely the rules of the minimum element of the transport matrix, which is a valid solution. The mechanism of the improvement of the obtained feasible solutions to the tasks focuses on using the potential method, assigning each row and column of the matrix their corresponding potential. Using a basic variable and manipulating the elements of the transport matrix according to a specific algorithm, we implement the construction of a new support plan. Based on the plan and its acyclic, we build two cycles and determine the values of the estimates between direct and indirect transportation costs per unit of output. The resulting algorithm makes it easy to program all computational operations and quickly obtain the result of the optimization of power losses in the design of the electricity network, thereby reducing the economic and technological costs. As a result of joint use of transportation problems and potential method, we could find the optimal solution based on improved solutions more efficiently, and a scheme of optimal electric network. As consumers, in practice, there may be urban and agricultural, industrial enterprises, regional and district subordination, including industrial, agricultural and individual customers

DEVELOPMENT OF FOOD PRODUCTS FOR RUGBY ATHLETES
DescriptionIn 2016, the game of rugby for the first time included in the program Olympic Games with a team of seven players. It is well known that achieving significant results in speed-strength sports, which include rugby, is impossible without a high physical, psychological and neuro-psychic loads, which are always subject to the athletes during training and competition. Nutrition should occupy an important place in the training of highly-skilled athletes, rugby players. It is known that the decisive factor in Rugby is an adequate supply of carbohydrates (glycogen, muscle and liver, blood glucose). Prolonged exercise leads to a depletion of glycogen, thus may slow down growth meristematic tissue and worsen the body's recovery after the event. In view of the fact that rugby belongs to the speed-strength sports mind, there are additional requirements for carbohydrates with different chain lengths, easily digestible proteins and basic micronutrients. In the daily diet can not provide the athlete a sufficient amount of protein and carbohydrates, as well as the need to sustain their relationship. To solve this problem, we have to include specialized protein-carbohydrate foods that have high nutritional and biological value in the diet of athletes, rugby players, which are able to quickly restore glycogen stores and protein to prevent loss of muscle when intensive training. INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGICAL RECEPTIONS IN PRODUCTION OF AIR CRYPES
DescriptionIn modern food production, extrusion is an actual and effective variant of intensification of technological processes. Its essential advantage is the possibility of correcting the content of proteins, vitamins and minerals in the finished product. The analysis of works devoted to the problems of obtaining food products of valuable food composition by extrusion technology shows the importance of further work in this direction. The purpose of the work was to analyze the technological methods of producing snacks on a nut-and-grain basis, taking into account the need to obtain a complex of substances of daily requirements with a small volume of consumed food. In accordance with the purpose, the main tasks of the work were identified. To substantiate the expediency of producing grain crips balanced and enriched composition; investigate the chemical composition and substantiate the choice of raw materials for the production of crisps of high nutritional value; to offer techniques for improving the technology of obtaining extruded snacks; to develop recipes and to test the improved technology of obtaining food snacks on a nut-and-grain basis. In the course of the work, the qualitative composition of the main grain and auxiliary plant species was investigated. We studied the optimal technological parameters of the production process of air snacks and original flavor combinations. We established expedient extrusion conditions for obtaining a product with predetermined properties. Various parameters of the final air product obtained by optimizing the formulation components were added when blending CO2-extracts and some types of CO2-meal. The composition and properties of the investigated objects were evaluated according to generally accepted procedures. When creating graphs, optimizing the formulation composition and for static processing of the results of the research, mathematical methods were used. The technological parameters of the production process of air snacks from domestic raw materials and original flavor and biologically active additives are presented. Formulations of new snack products are proposed. Ways of optimization of the applied technology in order to obtain a product of higher nutritional value are presented

Modern extraction systems are characterized by a change in the parameters of the production cycle under the influence of a number of causes caused by the structural dynamics of systems. Information systems can successfully function by solving the tasks of collecting, processing, analyzing and distributing real-time information, which involves the use of modern information technology methods. With increasing requirements to the volume, speed and quality of information on the progress of extraction processes, modernization of information systems is required, allowing to make informed decisions by management structures. In the article the regularities of mass transfer of n-components in carbon dioxide of the solid-liquid system are considered. The effect of spontaneous interfacial convection in the mass transfer of individual components under the influence of an electromagnetic field of low frequency is detected. The work is done in a scientific and practical ways to minimize power losses in the transmission of electricity in the interregional distribution networks from the sources to the consumer by the use of tasks, ensuring the gradual improvement in the support program, not only from the standpoint of the efficiency of reduction of transported power loss, but also due to a significant decrease the complexity of the calculations. The resulting shortage of electricity power associated with its transfer to the electricity networks, has demanded the need to find possible ways of reducing the value of electricity losses during transportation, both by improving and by optimizing distribution net-works schemes. Consolidation into a single set of electrical equipment, called the power cluster is connected to the sources of power and energy consumption, make better use of new principles of control technology and the transmission of electricity, on the basis of an automated monitoring system, ensuring the redistribution of energy flows and optimize them. The process of electric power transmission and reduction in electric power loss can be considered on the basis of linear programming problems, and their modification in the form of a transportation problem, and as a result, the transport matrix. On this basis, manipulating the data table, we can find acceptable solutions, well and then determine the best of them. As examples, this work has carried out the study on the basis of the three methods - "northwest corner", the method of minimum unit cost of electricity transport, as well as the method of the potential. The use of these three methods yielded acceptable solutions, to identify the most appropriate for the number of steps carried out at the decision, to reveal that the winner is the potential cost method
