USING TECHNOLOGIES OF EXPERT SYSTEMS FOR SECURITY IN INFORMATION SYSTEMS
DescriptionThe article is devoted to the expert systems technology using to monitor the correct operation of the software and databases. It is noted that the main issues of security management in critical information systems is a process of observation and collection of information in a computing environment. Observation results should be evaluated and processed by an expert on security and then recorded in the database of expert systems. One of the possible options for security management of distributed computing network - creating a security machine. It will ensure: minimum response time to external perturbations; the accuracy of the audit protected by S-interface and independent decision-making process of the state of the controlled elements of information systems. After that, the agent is completely worn out; it is destroyed and replaced by a new one. This aging mechanism protects agent from analyzing and from external attacks

Description
In the article we have allocated a number of poorly formalized functional tasks that significantly affect the efficiency of the operation of distributed information-analytical systems. The scheme has been developed for the iterative process, which in addition to the automation of the delivery process and the exchange of information between information systems based on grid integration, also includes funds for applied modeling situations on the basis of available information, developing alternatives, multi-criteria decision problems using techniques scenarios and peer review. Obtained during the evaluation of the effectiveness results allow us to control and manage the operation of distributed information-analytical systems with specific problems, as well as to conduct simulations and analytical processing of the results

AN ELECTRIC MODEL OF A CITY TRANSPORT NETWORK
DescriptionThe main characteristics of a transport network are the intensity of the traffic flow, speed and density of its traffic. Comfortable driver's traffic density is determined by the rule of the traffic police, which is "clearance between cars on the road should be a tenth of the speed of movement." We have built a reference curve of the density function of the flow of vehicles on its speed, which is basic when simulating a traffic flow. The article describes a model of electrical city transport networks, allowing calculating traffic flows, their speed, the density and the number of traffic lanes by means of laws of electrical engineering. We have also compared electrical concepts (current, resistance, electro-motive force, etc.) and transportation (of intensity-flow lane road, transport driving force, etc.). For the transport network there are methods of calculation of electrical circuits - a method of Kirchhoff's laws, loop currents, etc. We have confirmed the correctness of electric models and the possibility of its use for the calculation of transport networks; as well as we have presented an example of the calculation

MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF SPEED OF THE DRIVING FOR OPTIMUM CONTROL OF DRILLING OF WELLS
DescriptionKnown mathematical models of mechanical speed of a driving are functions of two key parameters of management – axial load of a chisel and speeds of rotation of a chisel. The third parameter – a consumption of boring solution on which cleaning of a well of destroyed breed depends exists only in the A.A. Pogarsky model in an obvious or implicit way. The drilling management of the process of conducting of the well is carried out by regulation only of one parameter – loads of a chisel, thus other parameters are supported by constants according to the project on drilling. However, practice of drilling testifies that function of speed of drilling has extremum and for the speed of rotation of a chisel, and for a solution consumption. In work the regression analysis of experimental data of drilling for receiving mathematical model of mechanical speed of a driving is made as functions of three parameters of management, thus are received the models of speed of drilling depending separately on each of parameters at maintenance of two others constants. Schedules of the approaching functions with points of data of drilling from official reports of drilling foremen are constructed. The technique of adaptive optimum control of process by means of the received model of three variables is described: according to the current data of drilling through the set time interval by means of a method of the smallest squares drilling model coefficients constantly are recalculated - thereby the model is constantly arranged under conditions on a well face. Optimum parameters of management of drilling are determined by the adapted model, they are established on the drilling rig and the face drilling in the optimum mode is made. At breed change coefficients of model are again arranged under bottomhole conditions, optimum parameters of management for this breed, etc. are defined. As the model constantly adapts to a face, as a model it is possible to take a standard polynomial of the second degree and to recalculate its coefficients. It will also allow defining new types of models for management of drilling process

Description
Sunflower is one of the most important oilseed crops, which are of great economic importance in Russia and in the world. It is very adaptive crop in terms of climatic conditions range, for that reason it is cultivated on a vast territory of the Russian Federation in various weather conditions. Sunflower oil has high nutritional and taste qualities, it is used numerously in food and is applied in various fields of food industry. The biologically active linoleic acid, phosphatides and fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K, which are of great nutritional value to humans, are contained in the oil. According to its calorific capacity, sunflower oil is on the first place among vegetable oils. Due to biological characteristics of sunflower, the Krasnodar region is the most favorable region of the Russian Federation for obtaining high and stable yields of this crop. However, here the drought is observed during the summer period and it affects adversely the productivity and quality of sunflower seeds. The increasing of resistance to unfavorable weather conditions is possible only based on detailed study of physiological features of productivity formation and seeds quality that is highly important task in view of the current geopolitical situation in Russia. One way of solving this issue is the appliance of the growth regulators, possessing anti-stress activity that improve the quality of sowing seeds and increase the productivity and plant resistance to stressful environmental factors. These drugs include growth regulator called Furolan, which was created in KubGTU and is certified for use in Russia. It is not toxic and is used in nano-dozes, there is no its residual quantities in the products and environment. Furolan has a positive effect on physiological and biochemical processes, improves the productivity of plants, their resistance to unfavorable growing conditions by increasing the resistance to dehydration as well as to the risk of fungal diseases

MODEL OF INFORMATION EXPOSURE IN SOCIAL NETWORKS
DescriptionOn the basis of hydrodynamic analogy between turbulent transport of momentum, heat and mass transfer, and information in the conditions of modern electronic social networks, we consider a model of informational influence. The flow of information is represented as a stream of random events with simplest flow properties. In addition to the flow of information impact there were introduced the concepts of density, velocity and viscosity of the information flow. These parameters had been derived from the construction of dimensionless criteria characterizing the balance between inertia and viscosity of the information flow of information influence. This criterion serves as a numeric parameter determining the boundary of the transition from low-intensity to high intensity of information influence the turbulent nature of the attack. We have also analyzed the ranges of changes and the meaning of the entered parameters from the point of the organized network information inserts. The existence of the information in time and procedural nature of the concept of information allow us to focus on the properties of information flow as inertia, dynamics and relaxation
