Description
We have considered hybrid nontraditional and renewable sources of energy in terms of optimizing their work based on the knowledge of technical and functional peculiarities of each. We used classification of clusters of nontraditional and renewable energy of sources, depending on the proportion of replacing power in energy consumption and on the type of nontraditional and renewable energy of sources. We examined a simulation model of the hybrid cluster using the structural diagram and performed statement of the problem by means of the full and multifactor experiment. We applied the method of analysis of non-stationary random process disturbing influences

Currently, it is important to have a solution for problems related to the prevention of potential accidents and the minimization of technological risks, particularly in the oil and gas industry, the number of accidents in which remains at a high level. Causes of incidents and accidents at hazardous production facilities are often non-compliance with required technological parameters, insufficient equipment of the technological systems with safety devices and automated control systems of processes. The article presents a comparative analysis of the methods that can be used in identification of hazards at different stages of the life cycle of the technological object: location, design, commissioning, operation, reconstruction. In order to develop security measures for the selected plant, we have used a method of analysis hazard and operability (HAZOP). The object of the study was projected technological installation for obtaining of bitumen with 24 thousand tons per year performance on raw material. For the working group of experts we have step-described the order of research dangers of specific nodes of the process plant, including determining the adequacy of the protective measures provided by the project and the development of recommendations on elimination of the revealed deviations and to reduce the effects of their manifestation. The most harmful deviations of process parameters during operation of the installation were found. We have proposed hazard criteria of operation, taking into account the probability and severity of deviations of technological parameters. We have also confirmed that the HAZOP method allows not only to identify the causes of hazards and consequences of their implementation but also to develop recommendations for their elimination

DEFORMATION MODEL OF SAND MICROSTRUCTURE
DescriptionThe deformation model of sand soil that takes into account the formation of clusters of particles, and method of measuring its characteristics is suggested. The physical basis of the method is the effect of the stepwise increasing of the sand probe at the odometer pressure by the constant rate of loading and the continuous measuring of deformation. The analysis of settlement and its rate has been allowed to determine the microstructural characteristics of the two-order deformation model of sand. According to the proposed model, with compression of the probe in odometer compaction of the sand takes place due to local strains on the sliding surfaces. The sliding surfaces allocate clusters of sand, and the separated layers of clusters are registered by device in the form of steps of deformation. Layer formation of clusters is initiated by the rigid stamps through the largest mineral grains. Cluster layers create the asymmetric microstructure of the sand probe, its compaction is non uniform but also anisotropic. At the initial interval value of the pressure, the formation of primary clusters occurs, and once they cover the entire probe volume, the compaction of the sand is by crushing them on the secondary smaller cluster sizes. The change of mechanism of the compaction is manifested in the sharp decrease of the settlement rate. The compaction process continues while a larger increment of pressure at each step. The deformation model allows compute the pressure value at which the compaction of the sand reaches the theoretical limit

DIAGNOSTIC OF ANOMALIES IN DATA-PROCESSING NETWORKS WITH USE OF VARIETY OF INFORMATION EXCHANGE
DescriptionThe work is devoted to searching efficient detection methods of anomalous state in data networks. There is a structure of modern informational attacks detecting system. There are short review and analysis of information system network security facilities. Two main technologies of attack detection are described: anomaly detection and misuse detection. It is shown that every detection of anomalies is based on assumption that anomalous behavior is deflection from normal profile of behavior. It is hard to implement this technology, although there is some progress when expert system, fuzzy logic and so on are used for this purpose. Action patterns or symbols assets which describe anomaly activity are used as attack signature in misuse detection method. Author offers to use benefits of both methods for solving the problem

CONTROL OF MEDIUM MOVEMENTS OF ULTRA PRECISE DC ELECTRIC DRIVE WITH ELASTIC SHAFTING
DescriptionControl of the movement and positioning are the most intensive tasks of automatic control and regulation. However, these problems must be solved in the automation objects such as assembly and production lines, manufacturing machines, conveyors, hoisting machines, packaging machines, filling lines for liquids, metal-working machines. One problem lies in the fact that all the real drives are connected to the actuators with not perfectly tough shafting, but has some elasticity. This leads to the difficulty of motion of the executive body of the drive automatic control systems which consists of signal source generating signal due optimum speed diagrams for medium movements of electric drive’s actuating device and automatic regulation system, which allows to work out optimum speed diagrams for medium movements of electric drive’s actuating device with ultra-precision. In this article were developed optimum speed diagram for medium movements of ultra-precise electric drive with elastic shafting. Were identified all parameters of diagrams and its range of existence. Also developed device for generating the optimum speed diagram for medium movements of ultra-precise electric drive with elastic shafting. Implementation of the proposed hardware software complex will significantly improve the accuracy of motion actuators of various ultra- precise DC drives

MODEL OF INFORMATION SECURITY FOR CONTROL PROCESSES OF COMPUTER NETWORKS
DescriptionIn order to improve the security of information transfer we have offered one of the possible approaches to modeling process control computer networks with elements of intelligent decision support. We proceed from the graph model of network nodes which are network devices with software control agents, and arcs are logical channels of information exchange between the equipment computer systems. We built an addressless sensing technology which ensures the completeness of monitoring of all network equipment. To classify the computer networks state we provided a method for calculating the values of reliability. Development of signal mismatch triggers the control cycle as a result of which the adjustment of the state of network equipment. For existing tools we proposed adding network control expert system consists of a knowledge base, inference mechanism and means of description and fill in the knowledge base

The plant body cells must contain a certain amount of water for a normal life. Water deficiency in cultivated plants was due to using herbicides used in intensive technologies of cultivation of agricultural crops. The conditions of the environment determine the sensitivity of the plant to herbicide. Soil and climatic conditions of winter wheat grown in the time of herbicide treatment are important for the effectiveness of its actions. It was found, that plants grown under shade or high humidity are more sensitive to herbicides than ones grown in bright sunlight and in times of drought. During drought, and in the open sunny spot, plant development is faster and become more stable. On soils rich in humus, we may grow less herbicide-resistant plants than in soils poor in organic matter. Herbicides are moved through the vascular system of plants with nutrients and metabolic products, they cause general poisoning as deformation of the stem and leaves of the plants, growth inhibition, chlorosis, fragility of leaves and stems, sterility, reducing the amount of free to bound water, which is particularly important for combating perennial weeds that have strong and well-developed root system. Monocots are able to immobilize the leaf herbicides. Latency of herbicides and their immobilization are carried out in various ways. Elucidation of the physiological characteristics that determine the resistance of plants to water scarcity and the effects of the herbicides is the most important task, the solution of which is not only of great theoretical, but also has practical significance
