PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF LIGHT WATER IN FOOD TECHNOLOGY
DescriptionWater is the most important substance of the composition of all living organisms on our planet. Active industrialization of society has led to an increase in the amount of water consumed for the needs of the economy and to increase the volume of poorly treated sewage. In the twentieth century, during the arms race, the United States, the USSR, Britain, France, China, in the tests of nuclear weapons, the deuterium content in groundwater and surface waters has increased significantly. Formed in nuclear fission neutrons loose, falling into the nucleus of a hydrogen atom form a deuterium atom. In the last 70 years, the deuterium content of water bodies has increased by almost 30%. Natural ponds and rivers no longer cope with self-purification of polluted water. In most regions of the country there are restrictions on the use of natural sources of water for drinking and bathing. Only the rare mountain springs and meltwater mountain tops glaciers have pristine purity of water with a low content of deuterium. There is reliable information about the harmful effects of heavy water on biological objects and the possibility of reducing the deuterium content in tap water by technical means. A method of producing so-called "protium" steam distillation of water proven in practice is based on the famous kinetic isotope effect difference of light water boiling temperature (100 С) and heavy water (103 С), but this method is characterized by higher energy costs. It is not economically justified. Another method of forming the light water is electrolysis, which in spite of the considerable power consumption has prospects of implementation. Our job is to create a viable water separation technology with a different isotopic composition. The resulting improved technology for water with DDW will be widely used in the production of beverages and a variety of other foods

PROSPECTS OF RECEIVING AND USING LIGHT WATER
DescriptionIt has long been known that mountain glacier water has special properties. It was found that such water contains fewer molecules with the heavy isotope of hydrogen - deuterium. On Earth, there are constant evaporation-condensation processes. The resulting protium water falls as rain. It is noted that the body of animals, as well as tropical fruits and vegetables containing water with an isotopic composition close to the composition of rainwater into these areas. When the nuclear industry began to produce heavy water, a byproduct of the production was the light water, which had a lower content of deuterium. Over a lifetime, a person drinks about 80 tons of water. As a result, the body receives 12-16 g deuterium and associated oxygen isotope 18O. This leads to damage to the genes, premature aging and the development of cancer. Numerous studies have identified a positive impact of light water on the growth of plants and living organisms. The biological effects of light water include the ability to optimize the biological reaction rate, the stimulation of cell division, radioprotective properties and antimutagenic effect. In Russia and abroad patented several methods and devices for producing light water, with severe medical and cosmetic properties. This water has become popular among the population. It has a higher value in comparison with typical drinking water. The article describes one of such units. In order to achieve its goals there occurs treatment of drinking water and low electromagnetic field is extremely low frequency. This plant is used to produce food protium water in the laboratory. It allows you to clean tap water from the deuterium content of tritium, salts and contaminants

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF NOISE AND VIBRATION OF THE BAND SAW FRAME SAWS AND WOODWORKING MACHINES
DescriptionThe article presents the results of experimental studies of band noise generation and multirip woodworking machines. The studies have shown that saw woodworking group, as well as metal, are general patterns in the formation of the spectral composition that allows to approach the development of practical recommendations to reduce sound pressure levels in the work area to the operators of sanitary norms. Of particular note is the fact that elevated levels of noise generated by the cutting tool. The effect of changes in process parameters, in particular, the depth of cut and feed to levels of noise generated by the tool. For example, increasing the depth of cut in half leads to an increase of sound pressure levels at 5.8 dB (theoretically obtained value is 6 dB), and supplying a halving of the sound pressure levels reduces by 5 dB. High enough for engineering purposes convergence of theoretical and experimental sound pressure levels and the fact that the calculated values above experimental, allows the calculation and design of the system to reduce the noise under consideration in the machine is, only in service but also in their design

INVESTIGATION OF NOISE AND VIBRATION OF CUTTING CIRCULAR SAWS
DescriptionThe article presents the results of theoretical studies of noise cutting circular sawing machines. Practical calculation of the noise spectra is based on the determination of the dependency of the sound pressure of the noise sources of the object of study. In the sound system, circular sawing machines sound energy is emitted by the following sources: disc cutter and the mandrel. Therefore, the dominant noise sources should be allocated to the technological subsystem "tool – mandrel” with a bit less rigidity than the carrier system of the machine and directly receives the cutting forces when milling. Thus, it is possible to reduce sound pressure levels in almost two ways: by increasing absorption production facilities and (or) decrease in sound pressure of the noise source. In this work, we have justified the second way – reduction of the intensity of acoustic radiation of the source

Description
In the article, we present the mathematical model of a ventilation system with variable air flow along the vertical axis of the reactor in the composting process. We have solved the problem of the choice of the method of supplying air to the bioreactor, reducing the temperature of the substrate along the axis of the bioreactor. The proposed method provides a reduction of temperature and moisture content of the gas phase, which leads to a change in the dynamics of the composting process. This article was prepared in the framework of the scientific project 16-48-230441 a(R) "Mathematical modeling of the processes occurring in the automated installation for year-round production of organic fertilizers in the conditions of the Krasnodar region", financed by RFBR and administration of the Krasnodar region

Description
The problems of increasing the motivation of students of organizations of secondary vocational education and higher education to educational and training activities is due to the use of score-rating approach to recording achievements. The article examines factors that have a negative impact on training and outside training activities, such as TV entertainment, online games, social networks. We consider the activities that have a positive impact on the educational and training activities outside, such as volunteer work, scientific work, socially useful activity. We analyze the advantages and disadvantages of traditional approaches to increase the motivation of students on the basis of a three-level scholarships. The article reveals problems of placing information on the ranking of students in online news sites on educational organizations and media stands. The problems associated with the "transparent" scheme of formation of students rated by forming a student's portfolio have been considered as well. We have given a scheme of a fixed valuation of activities of pupils in points and a formula for calculating the scholarships for student achievements in education and trainings, as well as in volunteer activities. An example of the appearance of a prototype automated system for recording pupils' achievements has been presented. The article also shows data on the implementation of the prototype in educational institutions
