In recent years, Russia has paid great attention to the theoretical and practical aspects of conservation. Since electric drives consume about 70% of electrici-ty generated, the most substantial savings achieved by using variable speed drives AC and DC. In this article, for the positional DC drive with speed-dependent resistance torque we have developed three energy-saving diagrams for large movements: with a speed limit of the drive; restricted maximum current anchor chain and speed electric motor; restricted maximum and minimum values of the current anchor chain of the motor and the speed of the drive. We have developed software to determine the parameters of energy saving diagrams for large movements of the executive body of the electric DC depending on the speed torque resistance. For the considered energy saving diagrams, which provide large movement of the executive body of the electric DC, depending on the speed of the moment of resistance, it is necessary to provide the following condition – the maximum speed of the executive body of the drive must be equal to the maximum allowable speed value. We have also defined analytical dependences, allowing calculating the consumption of the electric power drive by moving its executive body, in accordance with the proposed diagrams. Innovative tools of intercompany and strategic planning are designed to form interconnected tasks structural units of industrial enterprises and complexes in the sought after amount based on the cost of production of interdependent. Intercompany planning has no tools based on chain planning with cyclic calculations. Allocation of factors affecting business performance is a mandatory procedure in the development of innovative tools and intercompany strategic planning in industrial plants and complexes. Factors determining the efficiency of intercompany and strategic planning at industrial enterprises and complexes require detailed classification. The article examines the factors that determine the effectiveness of intercompany and strategic planning. The classification of factors, that are offered, which can form a conceptual framework of business development strategy for a long period of time, based on the use of interrelated production plans for the following criteria: conceptual, stabilization and functional. The developed classification of factors, which determines the efficiency of intercompany and strategic planning, allows us to: generate the concept of strategic business development; establish the optimum parameters of the structure and volume of internal and external supply, to determine the required size of lending and investment; achieve stabilization of interests of the economy and the level of investment attractiveness of the business, etc. Based on it, becomes possible to develop a methodology and logical approach to the formation of innovative tools intercompany and strategic planning at industrial enterprises (complexes)

The article considers the problems of determining the settings area of the control device, which ensure stable operation of the closed system. It shows the solution to the problem using the enhanced amplitude-phase characteristics. The proposed method of finding the domain of stability of parameters of the control device is more simple than classical methods and allows, in general, to find conditions for the stability, not to test the system for stability under given parameters

At present, the cultivation of agricultural products is on a level where the growth of productivity and quality is only possible by using the latest achievements of science. Scientists have been developing elements of agro-technologies of complex applications of growth regulators, fungicides and fertilizers in growing winter wheat, providing a significant increase in productivity and quality of agricultural products, reduction of labor costs, energy and all kinds of resources, sustainable harvesting, even in the zone of risky agriculture. Plant growth regulators have multifunctional properties, which are expressed in the regulation of plant growth and development, and in increasing their resilience to adverse weather conditions and many diseases. However, despite the fact that there are many examples of extremely high economic efficiency of plant growth regulators, in terms of production and use of pesticides are much inferior. Retardants and defoliants are used more widely. However, low rates of regulators and elicitors, the ability to manage with their help the growth and development of plants; change the resistance of plants to various external factors determines their prospects. We propose to apply the "agrochemical cocktails." It will induce the systemic plant resistance to the whole growing season, which is not possible in the case of using only one of the fungicides and bactericides. It is necessary to take into account the features of the functioning of the immune system of plants and to develop technological methods of influence on the key stages of the immune response of plants

THE APPLICATION OF EXOGENOUS ELICITORS IN AGRICULTURE
DescriptionIn recent years, there is an increasing in crop losses from pests and diseases of plants worldwide. The use of different pesticides in intensive cultivation technologies of winter wheat can not resist it. Pathogenic microorganisms acquire resistance to drugs used and become more aggressive. This creates a lot of environmental problems. Plants are almost always under environmental stress. In this state, they are immunodeficient. However, it is impossible to reject pesticides completely. But pesticides are not able to replace the immune system of the plant, and in some cases are suppressing it. The article provides an overview of commonly used exogenous elicitors. We discuss the most important results of the joint use of the composition of preparations of eliciting action which are furolan and methionine. The present level of development of science has led to the emergence of new methods of plant protection, which is based on increasing the capacity of the immune plants, rather than the destruction of pathogens, as in the case of the use of pesticides. The yield increase by the use of biogenic elicitors as immunizers from 10 to 30% depending on the year, the varieties of plants and especially on infectious pathogens.
