METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF INFORMATION FLOWS FORMATION IN BUSINESS PROCESSES OF COMMERCIAL BANKS
DescriptionThe study of subject-object relations arising in the effective management of financial flows of commercial bank, conducted by the author, has predetermined the need of creation of informationanalytical case studies that reflect all aspects of ongoing business processes in the bank. In order to ensure effective realization of strategies for sustainable development of the banking institutions that require diverse and also interrelated information that puts the task of developing an information management system and complex analytical procedures, business processes of commercial bank. From the author's point of view the main target in the strategies of business processes credit and financial institution is to create and increase its value. The study allowed the author to suggest that as the effective index of the increment value of the bank, in terms of strategic approach to the management process, it is advisable to use the indicator of economic value added (EVA)

In this article application of a new method of an artificial intellect is examined: systemic-cognitive analysis and its toolkit - "Eidos" system are used for an estimation of level of nonspecific resistance of an organism of patient on the basis of the preoperative information about it received by a method of cardio respiratory synchronism (CRS) and forecasting of duration of the postoperative rehabilitation period on this basis. In the 2nd part of the article it is considered: forecasting and decision support of problem solving, including shaping and an output of informational portraits of classes, worth of factors and their value for forecasting and decision making problem solving, outputs are made, outlooks are planned, hypotheses are stated

DescriptionIn the article, it is demonstrated that for the present stage of evolution of controlling its increasing infiltration into averages and small firms is typical. Thus, there is a problem to discover uniform, simple in assimilation and the inexpensive toolkit of the control unit-ensuring making of intellectual procedures for management on various hierarchy levels of control of company. Demands to control unit tooling are justified; it is demonstrated that to the formulated demands there matches a method of the computerized system-cognitive analysis and its tooling – "Eidos"system.
