QUANTUM GRAVITY AND REALITY SHOW
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionIn this article, we consider quantum gravity in multidimensional space. The model of the metric satisfying the basic requirements of quantum theory is proposed. It is shown that gravitational waves are described by the Liouville equation, and matter waves associated with gravitational waves by a simple equation. The mechanism of generation of baryonic matter of dark energy is discussed

DescriptionThe steady increase in demand for isotopes requires the development of methods to increase the efficiency of isotope separation technologies. Methods of isotope separation based on thermodynamic differences of isotopic forms of the molecules don't require significant investment, but characterized by a low rate of exchange. It's known that the magnetic effect leads to a change the vibrational frequency of the molecules, and therefore their thermodynamic parameters. The change increases the thermodynamic parameters, including the exchange rate. The results of the experimental determination of the thermal effect of dissolving the salts of NaCl, KCl, CuSO4, sodium amalgam decomposition by distillate in a magnetic field and without field were shown. Magnetic interference can have a significant effect on the amalgam exchange method which was shown by quantum and mechanical analysis of the results

A CLASSICAL PROBLEM FOR LOADED HYPERBOLIC-PARABOLIC EQUATION OF SECOND ORDER
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionThe investigated and correct boundary value problem for mixed hyperbolic-parabolic equation of second order in a bounded domain is posed and studied in this work. Boundary conditions are of a classical nature. On line of type changes, which is also the line of the parabolic degeneracy for hyperbolic equations considered in the lower half-plane, a continuous bonding condition for the function itself and the breaking condition for the trace of the derivative is given. The main result is the proof of its unique solvability in the required class of functions. In particular, based on the properties of the operators of fractional integro-differentiation and in view of the ratio of the first boundary value problem for the heat equation, the question of the solvability of the original problem was equivalently reduced to the problem of solvability of the corresponding integral equation of the Voltaire second kind. In the hyperbolic part of the region, the question of solvability of the problem has also been reduced to the problem of solvability of the integral equation Voltaire second kind. The properties of the hypergeometric function of Gauss, as well as classical methods of integral equations were used. Thus it is proved the uniqueness and the existence of classical solution to the initial problem

CLIMATIC CHANGES IN THE BLACK SEA REGION AND ELABORATION OF STRATEGY FOR ITS SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
01.00.00 Physical-mathematical sciences
DescriptionIn this article, we consider some aspects of regional development under changing climatic conditions. Further, we discuss trends and in global and regional climate in the past century and scenarios of climatic changes up to the end of the current century. The system of measures is suggested for transition to sustainable development of Russian Black Sea Coast. The conclusion is made that elaboration and correction of the regional sustainable development strategy requires wide spreading of information about climatic changes, environmental, economical and demographic conditions in the region

DescriptionIn this article application of the method of computerized system-cognitive analysis and its programmatic tooling – system "Eidoses" for detection of cause and effect associations from the trial-and-error data is considered. In the capacity of a toolkit for the formal submission of cause and effect associations cognitive functions are tendered. Cognitive functions represent many-valued interval functions of many arguments in which one various value of function in a various degree match to various value of arguments, and the quantitative standard of this correspondence appears to be the knowledge, i.e. the information about cause and effect associations in the trial-and-error data, beneficial to a goal achievement

DescriptionThis article briefly reviews the classical concept of functional dependence in mathematics, determines the limitations of this concept for adequate modeling of reality and formulates the problem, consisting in search of such generalization of the concept of func-tions, which is more suitable for the adequate reflec-tion of causal relationships in the real domain. Also, it discusses theoretical and practical solving the prob-lem, consisting in: (a) we suggest the universal method of calculating the amount of information in the value of argument about the meaning of the function, i.e. cognitive functions which is independent from the subject area; b) we offer software tools: Eidos intelli-gent system, allowing in practice to carry out these calculations, i.e. to build cognitive functions based on a fragmented noisy empirical data of high dimension. We also offer the concepts of nonreducing, partially and completely reduced direct and inverse, positive and negative cognitive functions and the method of formation of reduced cognitive function, which is a generalization of known weighted least-squares meth-od on the basis of observation the amount of infor-mation in the values of the argument about the values of the functions accounting
