TO THE APPLICATION OF THE SEVEN TOOLS OF QUALITY CONTROL IN HIGHER MILITARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
DescriptionThe article notes the importance of identifying and taking into account factors affecting the quality of the educational process. To solve these problems the collection, processing and analysis of various data are required. In higher educational institutions, it can be achieved reasonably and conveniently using the application of "seven tools of quality control". Differences between civil and military institutions of higher learning determine not only the features of the educational process, methods for achieving quality of teaching, but also the specificity of the "quality" understanding. This article discusses and explains the use of three of the seven tools of quality education control in the higher military educational institutions. According to the authors, the specificity of these institutions is more close collaboration between the processes of the quality management system (QMS) in comparison with civilian educational institutions. In military academies when the causes of nonconformities in the educational process are eliminated, the processes of the cadets’ "second half of the day" are simultaneously improving. In this regard, the scheme of processes, process maps and other documents of the QMS of the military institution will be significantly different from similar documents of the civil. The forms of checklists proposed in the article, the methods of applying the Pareto and Ishikawa diagrams are of an applied nature

The article describes the results of flume reinforced concrete survey carried out in Azov irrigation system and gives conclusion about their condition. It shows characteristic fea-tures of destructions for the period of fifty years of its operation. There have been given aver-age indices of reinforced concrete strenth and the question about the necessity of mainten-ance-restoration work in irrigation systems is raised.

The main reason of the developmental delay of the RF livestock sector below the level of its inherent potential capacity is a detrimental alteration in methodological procedure of livestock and poultry management, occurring due to shortage of traditional feeds. As a result, a necessity to develop the yearlong production of additional fodders, allowing for balanced feeding throughout the year, arose. The method of hydroponic green fodder (HGF) cultivation meets these requirements. Analysis of HGF production methods and labor saver mechanisms makes possible to claim that existing systems are characterized by high costs and difficulties in fabrication, and require a number of additional mechanical devices to work. In the FSBEI HE “KSMTU”, a one-tier hydroponic system has been developed, fitted with curved (arched) guideways and rigid elastic load-carrying components, where loading of seeds and takeout of grown HGF occur by gravity without additional devices of labour input. Based on analysis performed on design features of the proposed system, it has been established that emergence of parametric resonances in the system under consideration is possible; and the study of tray dynamical stability has been carried out with the aim to prevent them. The motion of the hydroponic system tray under consideration is described by the classical Mathieu equation, including two parameters a and q. The further studies of sets of stable and unstable solutions in the plane of a and q parameters are presented by the Ince-Strutt diagram. As a result of the performed calculations, the diameter of the loadcarrying component was identified (d=5 mm), which should ensure reliable working capacity and stability of the hydroponic system in whole

TO THE QUESTION OF THE ESTIMATION OF THE SOLAR ENERGY
DescriptionIt is known, that today, the one of the promising areas to effectively address issues of energy saving is applying renewable energy sources. Despite the fact that the current solar PV stations have the main drawback associated with the high cost, the prospects of their application in autonomous systems of electrosupply are evident when they are used in combined (hybrid) systems. In such systems, other types of renewable and traditional sources of electricity, which, in addition, produce heat, might be used as well. We have disclosed the prospects of the solar industry; also, for solar energy assessment we examined analytical expressions allowing defining the energy derived from solar radiation for specific surfaces. The calculations start with obtaining statistical data obtained at meteorological stations which keeps records of the intensity of the total (direct plus diffuse) radiation on a horizontal surface, and the intensity of direct solar radiation. The article presents features of the calculation taking into account the climatic and territorial conditions, on the example of the Krasnodar region. Considered calculation procedure is the first stage of designing solar power plants. Further, we determine the total capacity of electricity consumers, as well as the quality requirements for electricity, including continuity of supply, and then we get to the construction of the block diagram of the electricity supply. In this scheme, we must provide primary and backup power sources. We select the main equipment of solar power plant (solar panels, inverters and storage batteries)

CONSTRUCTING A MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF PRICING FOR REAL ESTATE IN KRASNODAR
DescriptionThis study proposes a method of determining the cost of 1 sq. m. apartment on the example of Krasnodar, which is especially important in connection with the necessity of reliable and valid assessment of the property value in a modern market economy. We have performed an analysis of data on apartments in Krasnodar from the site of the Regional Energy Commission - prices and tariffs department of the Krasnodar region. We have also had an exploratory analysis of available data on the subject of emissions and insignificant data (by constructing line graphs and scatter plots); we have also checked for possible dependencies between observations and between variables (built correlation matrix). We have selected variables is linear, the regression model for the variable "cost of 1 sq. m the total area, ths. rub. "(multiple regression). Using regression analysis as a method of mathematical statistics we have revealed a form of analytical dependence of the result of the predictor variables and the degree of this dependence

Description
There was shown that so called “transitive coefficients” A, B, C and D, taking part in making of conditional equations, characterize the geometric figures and can be used to assess the accuracy of net dots position. It is offered to use the recurrent formula to determine the average quadrative point mistakes, received in the result of errors accumulation determining the contiguous linear serifs.

Description
It is shown that for preparation of the concentrated forages it is expedient to use the vibration principle of mixing with use of big amplitudes of movements of components of forages from 10 to 500 mm. and more which can be done when using relative screw drums at the expense of the flat or curvilinear elements which are discretely located on perimeter of a relative screw drum placed on perimeter at an angle not only to an axis of rotation of a relative screw drum, but also to each other, the difficult spatial movement with a big amplitude of movements from 10 to 500 mm is reported to particles of components of forages. Possibility of creation of resource-saving technologies and the equipment for mixing of components of forages is shown. Earlier it was limited to low intensity of the proceeding processes and localization in a limited zone, and also small sizes of amplitudes of fluctuations in known designs. In the offered designs of the equipment for mixing of components of forages the movement of particles of components of forages is provided with an original design of working bodies – the relative screw drums making only a rotary motion round own axis. The difficult spatial movement with a big amplitude from 10 to 500 mm and more, is reported to particles of components of forages by walls of a relative screw drum of various standard sizes and configurations which becomes complicated screw lines and screw surfaces directed towards to each other on perimeter of a screw drum therefore process duration ranging from 1,5 min. till 1.75 min. is sufficient for high-quality mixing of particles of components of forages in a relative screw drum
