STATUS AND PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE TOURISM INDUSTRY IN THE KRASNODAR REGION
DescriptionThe state of tourism in the Krasnodar region was analyzed and the perspectives of its development were given in the article. Actuality of the research is determined by the condition of growing globalization where the world tourism industry is the priority interest and great perspectives for Krasnodar region. However, the potential of the tourism sector development is not completely used in Krasnodar region. Points of growth in the tourism industry of the Krasnodar region are the various recreational centers, which have the status of resorts. The highest stage of a recreational center development is resort agglomeration. There is Krasnodar region; there is only one resort agglomeration - Greater Sochi – in Krasnodar region. In this regard, the particular interest is the analysis of the tourism development in the city of Sochi. The analysis of Sochi’s tourism sector showed that the resort annually receives at the average about 4 million tourists, there is no significant reduction in the number of rooms of collective accommodation facilities, but in spite of that the industry revenues are about 10 billion rubles. The analysis showed that there are preconditions for the further development of tourism in the city of Sochi, which are associated with the creation of new enterprises of the entertainment industry, the improvement of health-care systems and the introduction of non-standard rest scenarios

ANALYSIS OF THE ARCHITECTURE OF A HEALTH CENTRE: SWOT ANALYSIS
DescriptionThe article conducts a SWOT analysis of medical center. This is the first stage of the method of system analysis of enterprise architecture. According to the method of analysis we have identified strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. We have evaluated opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses. Calculated the resulting matrix of the SWOT analysis. The calculations were performed using the software product "extended SWOT matrix 1.0". Conclusions and recommendations for the use of the strengths of the organization to overcome the possible threats were given for the use of opportunities to strengthen the weaknesses of the organization, namely the organization needs to develop a strategy that allows you to use factors such as the availability of electronic patient card and the electronic schedule of the doctors at the center for threat neutralization "of the Deterioration of service quality". That is, clients must be satisfied in the future by the lack of delay in the issue of an appointment and receive a personal card. However, only one SWOT analysis is sufficient to build accurate conclusions and business decisions, and it is therefore necessary to use such methods of analysis, ABC analysis, and analysis of competition porter and segmentation of the consumer market

СADASTRAL ASSESSMENT OF NEWLY FORMED AGRICULTURAL LANDS
DescriptionState cadastral assessment of agricultural lands conducts to determine their cadastral cost. Its results affect the interests of all land relation subjects. The main scope of the cadastral cost of lands’ use is creation of the basis for the taxation of lands. At present time, the newly formed cadastral assessment of lands is regulated by the methodological guidelines approved by the Economic Development and Trade Ministry of the Russian Federation on 12.08.2006, N 222. According to these methodological guidelines the newly formed cadastral assessment of lands is determined by multiplying the average cost for the municipal district of specific index of cadastral cost of agricultural lands in the area. The current procedure of determination of cadastral cost of the newly formed agricultural lands is considered inadequate. The best option will be the determination of their cost taking into account the individual characteristics of each particular land plot in a particular cadastral quarter. The soil surface quality influence on the cadastral cost of agricultural lands is considered by the example of three land plots, formed at the expense of unclaimed land shares and located in the municipalities of the Krasnodar Region: Dinskoy, Mostovskoy and Tikhoretsk districts

Description
The given article explores the political and social processes that were occurred in the Civil War in the sphere of existence of the Russian family. The author examines the nature of family and socio-cultural relations of the Russian population in this period, especially the processes of modification and transformation of family values, the policy of the new leadership came to power in October 1917 in traditional Russian family; he also analyzes the reasons of attempts of reforms permanently taken by the authorities in this sphere of life of the Russian society. The changes taking place after the October revolution of 1917 y. in the Russian society were so profound in nature that lead the thoughts of whether to exist at the family as a social unit in its traditional form or there has come the time of complete denial of family values, the elimination of the family as a special social institution or there comes a time of the formation of new forms of sexual interaction between men and women in accordance with the changed social conditions, such forms that will make their relationship more free and relaxed in social terms. New decrees and laws enacted after October 1917 y. by the Bolshevik government contributed to the transformation of the whole system of family ties; they changed the very basis of the existence of previous family and dictated a new social reality in which there was no place for the values of the past. Everything on what the traditional family was based in Russia, in fact was revoked and there came new norms and rules of family life dictated by the views of the Bolshevik ideologists about relations between the sexes

APPLICATION OF METHODS OF NETWORK PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT IN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION
DescriptionThe article is devoted to searches of the methods of planning of difficult processes which are most productive and promote creation of absolutely new ways of network planning and management. In the 60th of the XX century works on development of network planning started arising in Russia. They began to be applied in construction and scientific development, and further in other areas of a national economy. Network planning and management on modeling of process by means of the network schedule is organized. It is a set of calculation methods of organized and control actions of planning. For the solution of a task it is necessary to carry out quite large number of various works. In our article we want to study methods of application of network planning on the example of field works of the company called "Zarya". To make the plan of works on implementation of the field works consisting of ten separate researches and operations it is necessary to describe it by means of mathematical model. Such means of the description of projects is the network model. In the article the technique of creation of the network plan of crops of winter wheat of Zarya company is offered. The system of calculation of probability of timely performance of work is given

The existing settlement modes of loading of wheels of cars are defined for the conditions which are closest to road service conditions and are reflected in the existing standards. However these standards can't be applied to an assessment of functional qualities of systems of cushioning the cars which are operated in the conditions of agricultural production. The small step of roughnesses, change the cushioned characteristics under the influence of operational factors lead to emergence of the off-design modes of the movement. The purpose of the work was the research of loading of wheels of the car when moving on mulch of grains. For the purpose of obtaining characteristics of the roughnesses influencing car wheels we have recorded a smoothed microprofile of the field and got the statistics, rated autocorrelated function, spectral density of influence of a microprofile. For carrying out the researches the known mathematical model of a car road system was accepted. Influence of speed of the movement, normal rigidity of springs and tires, coefficients of damping of a suspension bracket and tires on vertical fluctuations and loading of wheels of forward and back axes of the car is investigated. The executed researches showed that the movement of the car is followed by fluctuations of indicators of loading of running system with obviously expressed periodic components. The change of the coefficient of damping of a passive suspension bracket and tires in possible limits has no essential impact on loading of wheels. Values of normal roughness of springs of forward and back axes of the car, normal rigidity of tires at which dynamic load of wheels of the car is minimum are established

ABIOTIC PECULIARITIES OF SMALL RIVERS OF THE STEPPE ZONE OF THE KRASNODAR REGION
DescriptionSteppe rivers (Eja, Beysug, Chelbas et al.) occupy a vast Azov-Kuban plain, whose total length reaches 4800 km and catchment area of the entire hydrological network of up to 24 000 km. Dams and silting increase flooding of agricultural land and many rivers severely degraded with a reduction of its water content and its quality. Landscapes of the steppe zone occupy a middle reaches of the largest rivers - Beysug River, Chelbas, Eja and differ of transaccumulative character and accompanied by numerous beams and small slope that prone to weak erosion. The valleys of the steppe rivers are characterized by high and gentle slopes and floodplains of river slightly wavy and their deep areas are swamped. As a parent rocks it is dominated by loess clay and clay. Features of soil cover are determined by topography. Black soils were formed on the plain, eroded and meadow-black soils are on the slopes, and meadow-bog soils - in areas with stagnant water. The climate is characterized by moderate winter and hot summers with insufficient moistened soil and low air humidity. The vegetation of the river systems of the steppe zone is divided into marsh, meadow, meadow-steppe vegetations and vegetations of saltmarshes. The ichthyofauna of small rivers is very scanty that is determined by the hydrological regime. Plowing of lands along the water bodies, the development of wind and water erosion is typical for steppe rivers; therefore siltation and overgrowing of rivers are widespread
