DETERMINATION OF ACUTE TOXICITY OF BIO HUMATES
DescriptionIn the work, we present the results of the investigation of acute toxicity of bio humates obtained by the method vermicultivation on laboratory animals. In the diets of farm animals and Pets to fill in the missing nutrients in the past years, we had an extensive use of various feed additives. Among them, mineral (macro - and micronutrients), protein and fat supplements, vitamins, biostimulants, complex natural compounds (sapropel, peat), synthetic products (enzymes, hormones, antibiotics, adaptogens, antioxidants). The search for new ways of improvement and increase of efficiency of agricultural animals using feed additives with high demands on ecology of meat and dairy foods naturally led to increased studies on the use in livestock farming of water-soluble alkaline salts of natural humic acids - humates. Their environmental safety and the unique ability to improve metabolism and increase energy cells very positively manifested in living organisms. Numerous studies Russian and foreign scientists installed a high efficiency natural humates as biostimulators and immunomodulators in animal husbandry and veterinary medicine. Accumulated extensive experimental material, proving that the use of humates leads to faster growth of animals, reducing morbidity and mortality, increase the body's resistance to toxins in feed and resistance to adverse environmental conditions. Improving with the help of humates ecological purity of the ecosystems "water — soil — plant", as well as the health of birds, animals and fish will ultimately lead to strengthen health and to prolong human life as a consumer of agricultural products. Currently, the livestock market is intensively increasing the humates produced in Russia and abroad from brown coal, peat, sapropel. A special place among them has been occupied by the newest formulations because of a unique combination of safety, efficiency, and value, which, thanks to its amazing properties to increase energy cells, stimulate vital processes and to enhance the beneficial effects of other substances called energine. They are harmless to animals and humans; do not have allergologie, anaphylactogenic, teratogenic, embryotoxic and carcinogenic properties when used in recommended doses. This allows you to create on their basis organic natural feed additives and veterinary medicines for agricultural animals, birds, fish, fur animals and Pets, and preventive and therapeutic drugs for humans

THE DEVELOPMENT OF COUNTRIES' CREDIT RATING ASSESSMENT SYSTEM

DescriptionThis work presents a new approach to the countries’ credit rating definition, based on the advanced mathematical models, such as neural network model, multiple regression, cluster analysis and discriminant analysis. A range of the analyses such as discriminant, cluster, multiple regression models and a neural network were performed on the following economic figures: GDP per capita, GDP value, annual growth rate of GDP, FDI - foreign investment, rate of unemployment, consumer price inflation index, the size of government debt in percentage of GDP. The results, obtained for each model were combined in the countries’ credit rating estimation system called "7M"

This article discusses the results of theoretical researches of development of the regimes of a veneering of wood based materials with valuable wood veneer. In the conditions of a growing demand for the furniture veneered with a natural wood veneer there is a problem with using thin wood veneer and development regimes of a veneering. In work are listed the main factors which exert impact on glue seepage during veneering. Two factors are considered: thickness of a wood veneer and amount of the applied glue as the main and defining seepage of glue and durability of the received glue connection. By results of researches conclusions are given: thickness of the applied wood veneer closely connected with the veneering regime, changing parameters of which it is possible to reduce wood veneer thickness without deterioration of a surface to the minimum values depending on breed of wood; the offered formula for definition of a consumption of glue at a veneering allows to define theoretically conditions of receiving strong pasting and excluding seepage of glue

PROSPECTS RABBIT BREEDING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IN RUSSIA
DescriptionThe animal husbandry is the most important branch of agriculture in the Russian Federation. Its effective functioning allows providing the population with the vital food, to reach the necessary level of food security. The scales of production existing in the Russian Federation are not capable to satisfy completely need of the Russian population for meat and meat production. Despite the general positive dynamics (generally at the expense of increase in production of fowl) necessary level of production and consumption of meat in Russia will not be reached. Serious obstacle for development of business in the field of animal husbandry is need of considerable financial investments for rather long period. In the conditions of limited financial opportunities the agricultural enterprises need serious state support from the state. Now possibilities of the state in the field of support of animal husbandry are limited in this connection it is necessary to establish the priority directions of improvement of its structure. The analysis of the possible perspective directions of development of livestock branch is carried out. Less expensive branches, such as poultry farming (cultivation of ducks, geese, domestic turkeys, quails) and rabbit breeding are offered. The analysis of the market of rabbit breeding production in Russia is carried out. The reasons of a low level of development of rabbit breeding’s business, factors constraining demand for rabbit breeding’s production are established. Technological and economic advantages of cultivation of rabbits in comparison with other species of farm animals are defined. The comparative characteristic of standard decisions the rabbit breeding of farms of various scales is carried out. Insects are a major component of natural biocenoses and agrocenoses. One of the largest and most numerous families are ground beetles (Carabidae); their number, according to various estimates, is more than 30,000 species. For Carabidae beetles it is common to have different ways of eating, a place of habitation, occupied layers, seasonal and daily activity. They live both on the surface and in the soil, more rarely on bushes and trees. The types of the family of ground beetles – active beetles with long, thin antennae of uniform thickness, long elytra and long legs, adapted to running. Their sizes vary from a few millimeters to 10 cm. As active predators, ground beetles play a huge practical importance, destroying pests before reaching the last threshold, thereby providing a natural regulation. Based on the fact, that the number of beetles is large, and their sizes are sometimes only a few millimeters, there is a problem of determining the species of these insects (or their identification), therefore it took a special tool, which, on the one hand, facilitate obtaining data about these insects, and on the other hand, would increase their accuracy. This article proposes a new (to this subject area) approach to identify different species of ground beetles along their outer contour with the use of software tools for automated system-cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis) – the universal cognitive analytical system called "Eidos," which is well-proven in the study of other objects. The reason why it was decided to use this system is that normal (standard) identification of ground beetles, have certain disadvantages: the human factor (manifest error in the determination); quite time consuming; the inability to increase the number of criteria to improve the reliability of the model comparison. This article aims to overcome these drawbacks, by the use of universal cognitive analytical system "Eidos", the automated system-cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis). A numerical example is given

HUMAN CAPITAL AS A UNIQUE FACTOR OF ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL POWER OF THE STATE
DescriptionAt present time, when mankind is in postindustrial phase characterized by constantly changing economic conditions, intellectual resources are in the foreground as key factors of economic development. This means that knowledges and skills have crucial significance in achieving economic success. The article reveals the theoretical basis of the concept of human capital, which appeared in the middle of the XX century as a narrow definition and which has been expanding over time. In this article human capital is considered as a key factor of economic competitiveness of a modern state. International experience shows that the world leading countries in socio-economic development are the countries with a high level of education, health, science and culture. The share of human capital in the national wealth of these countries exceeds 70% as a rule. At the same time, there is a significant depletion of human capital in Russia as a result of substantial understatement of its value, which is a very big mistake that has devastating economic consequences for our country in the future. The main emphasis of this article is focused on the further developing of human capital as a priority factor of socio-economic development of our country. The article offers to consider investments in education, culture, health, scientific researches and innovative developments as the main field of public and private investments

Due to the deterioration of the ecological situation in the world, population tends to eat organically grown foods that are grown either without or with minimal use of chemicals. The development of agriculture in this direction leads ultimately to organic agriculture. To improve the competitiveness of this direction, we need more effective agricultural machines, especially in the last phase of cultivation, namely at the stage of harvesting. One of the most difficult scientific and technical problems with the mechanical harvesting of potatoes is not letting vegetable impurities and tops to fall down in the hopper with the potato tubers, which among other things will improve operational efficiency technology. The article reviewed the various methods for removing the tops, as well as their advantages and disadvantages. The article makes a conclusion about the need for potato top separators in harvesting machines. We have also considered a promising device for removing haulm, a conveyor with flexible fingers on the bars and the clamping beater. Тhe most short-lived structural element of the device for removing haulm, reducing reliability of the device, is flexible fingers mounted on rods. We have proposed to use polyurethane as a material for manufacturing flexible fingers

THE CURRENT STATE OF PIKES IN YAKUTIA WATERS
DescriptionPike inhabits almost all the rivers of the Yakutia system. It is more widespread in the lakes of YanoIndigirka and Kolyma lowlands. Objective: To provide a modern assessment of fish in the main model reservoirs, create an ecological prognosis and the possibility of their use in modern conditions. Methods. The material was collected in the conditions of anthropogenic pollution. Full general biological analysis was conducted for the fish. Cruise studies were conducted covering the northern territories - r. Anabar, Olenek, Lena, Yana, Indigirka, Kolyma and Chrome, as well as Vilyuy Dam, from 1969 to 2016. We used the standard ichthyologic methods of selection and processing of the collected material. Results. Because of climate warming, there were reported pike approaches in the lower reaches of the river Lena, Yana and Kolyma. Maximum dimensions were noted earlier in the lower reaches of the river Lena, where the maximum weight of pike was 18 kg. The fecundity of 16-211 thousand eggs. It was revealed, that the catch was better for young pike. Conclusions. Stocks of pike are in satisfactory condition, and its reserves are proposed to be increased, at the expense of unused areas (lakes Kolymo- Indigirka lowland) up to 220 m. It is proposed as a fish-breeding facility in Yakutia reservoirs

Nowadays there is a deficit of irreplaceable and physiologically necessary nutrients in everyday ration to a large extent connected with unfavorable environmental conditions and the increase of morbidity of humans of all ages cause the cute necessity in the creation of functional food that is products with additional functions which are healthy nutritive and physiological characteristics. One of the main demands under their creation is in the positive influence of introduced products on the food value of products because they must be enriched with ingredients which have antioxidant properties. Therefore, nowadays the introduction of functional meat-plant products will promote the effective improvement in the direction of prophylaxis of different diseases. In Russia, the concept of healthy nutrition became a part of state politics. The aim of this politics is the conservation and consolidation of population’s health and the prophylaxis of diseases. In this work, there was considered the technology of the production of meat-plant tinned food of functional purpose enriched with nutrients and intended for preventive human nutrition, for those who are in the conditions of harmful influence of environment and professional activity. There were described the advantages of the given developing, there were recommended the introduced into the product components of functional purpose
