STRUCTURAL AND FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS OF HUMIC ACID SOILS OF THE KRASNODAR REGION
DescriptionThe structural and functional properties of humic acids of different types of poorly studied soils of the Krasnodar Region: ordinary black soil or chernozem (carbonated), meadowish chernozem and gray forest soils are investigated. We define the type of humus of the soil samples studied as fulvate-humate. Using traditional indicators of humus soil conditions the regularities of soil and ecological processes involving organic matter in soils under natural and anthropogenically factorial changes in the monitoring sites are revealed. The relationship of the optical properties of humic acids with the intensity of the processes of transformation of humic substances by increasing the depth of the soil sample is shown. By NMR spectroscopy, IR spectroscopy, and spectrophotometry in the visible spectrum differences and similarities in the structure of macromolecules of humic acids in soil samples. In terms of soil contamination with oil in a field experiment, on the monitoring site we have set a trend towards to redistribution in the ratio of functional groups of humic acid macromolecules: the proportion of aliphatic fragments increases. We have revealed an increase in the share of the mobile fraction of humic substances in terms of oil pollution. The article has the most suitable justification for these processes. The results can be used for prediction the environmental state of the soil under anthropogenic pollution

STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF A TERRITORIAL DISTRIBUTED COMPLEX
DescriptionThe article is devoted to strategic management and implementation of the strategy. Management strategy is based on the management of strategic potential of the enterprise. The strategic potential of the company generates only those resources that can be changed because of strategic decisions. Analysis of the potential of the enterprise should cover almost all spheres of its activity: the enterprise management, production, marketing, finance, human resources. The article has designed a system of strategic management by the example of a construction company in the information management system territorially - distributed building complexes, thus improving the competitiveness of the organization, to provide timely and quality implementation of business plans

STABILIZATION OF MRNA CEREALS IN VITRO UNDER THE SILICON INFLUENCE
DescriptionThe differential stability of mRNA is an important mechanism for posttranscriptional regulation of gene expression in eukaryotes. Messenger RNA stability is controlled by specific genes and growth conditions. The review examines the theoretical possibility of mRNA stabilization in vivo as a consequence of replacing carbon atoms (C) or phosphorus (P), composed of nucleic acid on the silicon (Si) atom. During isolation of poly-(A)+mRNA from plant tissues by the two-cycle affinity chromatography on poly-(U)-Sepharose, regular changes in poly- (A)++mRNA yield were observed. The changes varied both with the plant genotype and growth conditions. Celite treatment of heated and unheated total RNA preparations from developing corn kernels and from green and etiolated wheat seedlings. Messenger RNA that differed in the length of poly- (A)-sequences was used for hybridization. It is evident that a reduction of poly-(A)-length causes alterations in spatial structure of mRNA, and associated proteins and cations Mg++ become accessible to celite absorption. Heating promotes melting of secondary structure, already initiated, and increases the efficiency of mRNA stabilization by celite. Interpreting the facts interact celite with mRNA in vitro and stabilization of mRNA in vivo by cycloheximide with a modern point of view can be considered with the position research of the phenomenon of RNA interference

Description
The article presents results of the research on the chemical composition of cognac wine materials, distillates and aged alcohols from the varieties of the Magarach Pervenets and Rice of different sugar content grown in the Taman agroecological zone. The influence of the initial sugar content on the chemical composition, physicochemical parameters and organoleptic evaluation, as well as the correlation of soil-climatic conditions and varietal features on the composition of cognac distillates, is shown. Soil analyzes were carried out at the FGBIC Anapskaya ZOSViV SKZNIISiV with the use of the latest equipment by conventional methods of determining indicators of soil characteristics. The purpose of the research is to give a detailed description of the site under study, as well as to identify the boundaries of the ecological macrozone for cultivating cognac varieties of grapes. In the course of the research it was clarified that for the selection and evaluation of raw zones of cognac production, it is necessary to take into account the optimal soil and climatic parameters for obtaining high-quality cognac raw materials

Description
This article is devoted to the problem of network attacks recognition, which is essential for providing network security. A research of neural network efficiency has been held. Such metaeuristic algorithms as genetic algorithm, gray wolf algorithm and firefly algorithm have been applied for the neural network learning. The algorithms’ fundamentals have been described. Multilayer perseptrone with sigmoid activation function has been selected for the task of network attack presence check. Various configurations of the neural network have been tested in order to find the optimal number of layers and neurons per layer, which ensure the least error. Learning has been performed by minimization of the average squared error between the network’s output and its target value with the help of the listed algorithms. Genetic algorithm requires accurate parameter picking in case of any network’s architecture alteration. Moreover, it is not as fast as firefly and gray wolf algorithms. Gray wolf algorithm appears to be the most effective one. However, it loses its efficiency if the number of layers is increased. Firefly algorithm proves to be the most universal one. Although it is less effective than gray wolf algorithm, it provides the most exact output even if the network’s structure is changed

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE VENTILATION MODELS OF THE SUBSTRATE WHEN COMPOSTING
DescriptionIn the article we have performed a comparative analysis of a traditional system of air supply to the bioreactor during the composting process and the developed system with lateral air supply. We have proven to reduce temperature variation of the substrate as a result of the use of the ventilation system by 35%. During the simulation, equal to 1.0 hour, a ventilation system with side air flow provides a reduction of the accumulated degree of heterogeneity of status parameters of the substrate by 58%. Use of the ventilation system with side air flow reduces the duration of technological cycle of composting 7 %. This article was prepared in the framework of the scientific project 16-48-230441 a(R) "Mathematical modeling of the processes occurring in the automated installation for year-round production of organic fertilizers in the conditions of the Krasnodar region", financed by RFBR and administration of the Krasnodar region

Description
The article describes the process of creation of an adaptive control system with a reference model to stabilize the temperature of drying agent. It is shown that the closed systems work with the operated models is quite satisfactory and therefore can be implemented in production. The increase of the gain of the controller allows reducing the duration of the transition process by one third, almost without changing the dynamic cast
