Description
The article considers the peculiarities of turf and sod, specificity of formation of kidneys for regeneration, types of shoots, vegetative mobility and specificity of growth in certain conditions, turf grasses are divided into loosely-and tightly-turf characterized, by specific features of environmental, biological characteristics; forming turf from generative rosettes, elongated and shortened vegetative, side ground shoots, differing specificity of morphological, biochemical and fitocoenotical features

DESTRUCTION OF HYDROCARBONS WITH VARIOUS MORPHOTYPES OF OIL OXIDIZING ACTINOBACTERIA
DescriptionIn this article we have carried out a comparative study of hydro-carbon-oxidizing activity of S-and R-morphological types of oil oxidizing Actinobacteria from the collection of Kuban State University. Signifi-cant differences observed in parameters of growth between S- and R-forms of oil oxidizing Actinobacte-ria. In S-forms it is higher than the maximum specific growth rate, which is typical for a wide range of hy-drocarbon degradation and a high degree of degrada-tion of pollutants. In experiments with the use of oil as a substrate and heavy oil S-forms, Actinobacteria quickly adapted to the environmental conditions

TEN YEARS THAT CHAGED THE BIOLOGICAL WORLD (FROM HISTORY OF GENETICS)
DescriptionA new science – genetics was born in the first decade of XX century. The part of G. Mendel as a founder of this science is showed here. Also here are scrutinized tasks of scientists - biologist, who assist to the making and progress of genetics

DIAGEOTROPIC SHOOTS OF PERENNIAL GRASSES IN THE SOUTHERN REGIONS OF THE CIS
DescriptionStudying of perennial cereals of southern and boreal origin led to the allocation of plagiotropic shoots of rhizomes, stolons, that are placed in the soil or on the surface from the apical or lateral kidney of various structures with modified leaves, the beginnings of roots at nodes and developing of type kidney - lengthened shoots. Two types was allocated: type of solid finned cylinder and type of intermittent cylinder with scattered around the periphery of vascular bundles: first include cereals temperate regions and is characterized by separation from the epidermis continuous sclerenchyma ring, the second type (sorghum and millet) no continuous mechanical ring and vascular bundles relatively evenly spaced along the periphery of the shoots

DIAGNOSTICS OF COMPATIBILITY OF GRAFTING COMPONENTS
DescriptionThe article deals with the main point of worked out and experimentally tested express-metodology to estimate biological compatibility between stock and scion in the process of grafting. The article also identifies the main diagnostic signs characterizing both compatibility and incompability of grafting components

WILD-GROWING VINE SHOOTS IN NAKHICHEVAN REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN
DescriptionIn this article botanical and morphometrical characteristics of four wild-growing biotypes of Azerbaijan, growing on the Nakhichevan plain - original natural reserve of the richest vegetable gene pool of Eurasia are listed. Unique lianas are discovered, featured and listed under titles of Ajryndzh, Dary-dag, Ilandy-dag and Ordubad. Their comparison on 40 arguments of leaves with reference Vitis vinifera silvestris Gmel. triune herbarium of Russia and Ukraine is resulted

Description
Researches were spent in the conditions of the branch of FGBOU VPO «Orenburg State Agrarian University » of the Ilek zoo technical school and on the chair of noncontagious illnesses of animals at Orenburg State Agrarian University. The absolute and relative growth of the weight of a pancreas in ontogenesis was studied. All facts are subjected a statistical processing and during development the absolute and relative growth of the weight is established

DYNAMICS OF RESTORATION OF BIOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF BLACK SOILS POLLUTED WITH OIL
DescriptionNegative impact of oil on biological properties of soils right after pollution is shown in the article. Eventually, there is their restoration. However, even in some years after pollution, the biological properties of soils aren't restored completely

DYNAMICS OF MOUNTAIN FOREST IN RESERVE AREA (“STOLBY” RESERVATION)
DescriptionAccounting stands (1959, 1977, 2007) revealed reduction of areas dominated by deciduous species and larch in the State Nature Reserve "Stolby". Area stands of fir and pine increased. Area stands of cedar and spruce didn’t change over the last 50 years. Deciduous stands differs rapid accumulation of stock, but they have productivity lower then conifers. There is a shift in even-aged stands to multiple-aged stands in coniferous formations. They are close to a climax state. Cedars grow on the type of the even-aged stands, because they appeared in the area recently
