DYNAMIC COMMUNITIES OF GREENHOUSE BIOCENOSES IN EXPOSITIONS OF TROPICAL AND SUBTROPICAL PLANTS
DescriptionIn this article, the features of dynamic communities’ formation under greenhouse conditions of Tsytsin Main Botanical Garden of the Russian Academy of Sciences are discussed. It has been shown, that complex consortia consisted of different species of higher plants, mosses, fungi and bacteria are formed in the model expositions of tropical and subtropical regions. The diversity of microorganisms, responsible for close interactions with greenhouse orchids and sago palms is reported, and the effects of associative bacteria on growth and development of the host-plant is discussed

DISPERSITY OF WASTES AND THEIR PROPERTIES
DescriptionDispersity of wastes of all productions including domestic, agricultural, industrial and violations of the natural systems which are heterogeneous and dispersed formations comprising two or more phases with the developed surface is discussed. Disperse systems of wastes are classified into true solutions, systems of finely dispersed of colloids, coarsely dispersed (mainly mineral wastes) and highly dispersed (organic waste)

DIFFERENTIAL TREATMENT OF INCUBATING EGGS OF MEAT CHICKEN BREEDS
DescriptionDifferentiation of temperature influence on embryos at incubation of eggs shows positive results: the output of chickens is synchronized, duration of embryogenesis is reduced, deductibility of eggs raises, the young growth output increases

ДНК-ПАСПОРТИЗАЦИЯ СОВРЕМЕННЫХ РОССИЙСКИХ СОРТОВ РИСА С ПРИМЕНЕНИЕМ SSR-МАРКЕРОВ
DescriptionIn the presented study, we have performed genotyping of modern Russian rice cultivars using microsatellite DNA-markers. The markers showed different level of allelic polymorphism: from 2 to 8 alleles per locus. For all studied cultivars, unique DNA-fingerprints were obtained

DNA TECHNOLOGY OF PCR ANALYSIS OF CODLING MOTH POPULATIONS BY MICROSATELLITE LOCI
DescriptionThe DNA technology of the PCR analysis of codling moth populations by microsattelite loci is adduced in detail. It includes a list of the equipment, consumable materials and chemical agents, methods of DNA extraction, PCR analysis and electrophoresis of amplification products in polyacrilamid gel. The example of the PCR analysis of codling moth population from Krasnodar region with two microsattelite loci is adduced

RELIABILITY OF ESTIMATION OF HEAVY METAL CONTAMINATION IN SOILS
DescriptionThere have been examined the methods for estimating the degree of heavy metal contamination in soils. There have been revealed some discrepancies that concern estimation of soil contamination degree and calculation of consolidated figures for chemical elements contamination in soils stated in effective normative documents. The formulas for estimation of summary soil contamination stated in normative documents reveals considerable discrepancies that do not let give an objective estimation of dangerous concentration of heavy metal. We offer estimation of concentration of several chemical elements not by summarizing their concentration but by estimating their excess in relation to rock or its concentration in soil taken as a background

DEPENDENCE OF VEGETATION STATE ON FAIRWAYS LAWN OF THE GOLF COURSES FROM ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS
DescriptionThe dependence of the grass cover state of the golf courses from the soil properties was observed. The soils named “replantozem” are the basic soil of gaming zone of "fairway". It is shown, that the heavy particle size structure with a predominance of clay particles is unfavorable to the lawn. During the golf course construction, natural soils were ameliorated with high sand content. This new made soils ensure the formation of better grass coverage despite the low humus content
