SEED GERMINATION OF SPECIES RANUNCULACEAE OF YAKUT FLORA
DescriptionThe work was done based on the collection of the natural flora of the Yakut Botanical Garden. The object of research was the seeds of 22 species of the family Ranunculaceae. It is known that the seeds of many buttercup characterized morphophysiological tranquility associated with hypoplasia of the fetus (Nikolaeva, 1988; 1999), due to what delayed the germination of their seeds. Laboratory germination of seeds of the studied species varies from 0 to 100%. Among them, we have not found the kinds seeds which have explosive or fast germination (1 type of seed germination). The germination of the studied seeds states ranging from 6-7 days or more. The studied seeds were evenly distributed between 2 (12 species), and 3 types of seed germination (10 species). Type 2 is characterized by slow germination, type 3 - poor germination or lack of it

ANTICELLULAR EFFECTORS OF IMMUNITY AT AFRICAN SWINE FEVER
DescriptionSome optimal conditions to fix virus-specific anticellular effectors of immunity at African swine fever (ASF) were determined. Injection of an attenuated strain FK-135 at high doses enables registration of antibodies active in antibody-dependent cellular toxicity (ADCT) and primary cytotoxic T-lymphocytes (CTL) on days 3 and 6, respectively. After infection of pigs with a virulent strain F-32 not any immunity anticellular effectors were found

PREVENTIVE EFFICIENCY OF GIDROGEMOL AT ACUTE INTESTINAL INFECTIONS OF NEWBORN CALVES
DescriptionWe have developed the "Gidrogemol" preparation for correction of micro ecological processes in the gastrointestinal tract of calves. We have also established preventative efficacy of the preparation for acute intestinal infections of newborn calves

POLLEN ANALYSIS IN PLANT BREEDING
DescriptionDifferent aspects of applying the pollen analysis were studied in plant breeding. Fertility, pollen viability, change of pollen morphological characteristic were used by basic characteristics. Connection between pollen analysis and plant reproduction potential have been analyzed

RADIOECOLOGICAL RISKS OF BOVINE LEUCOSIS SPREAD IN CHELYABINSK REGION
DescriptionRadioecological risks of bovine leucosis spread among cattle in Chelyabinsk region are estimated. The obtained data can be used for simulation modeling and the forecasting of leucosis prevalence in the conditions of ecological troubles

A VARIETY OF ASTERACEAE IN NATURAL COMMUNITIES OF THE YAKUT BOTANICAL GARDEN
DescriptionThe article provides information about the species diversity of the family of Asteraceae in the natural area of the Yakut botanical garden. We provide the information about the method and the area of the study, the description of the phytocenotic surrounding, taxonomic analysis, areal analysis, bio-morphological analysis (the variety of life forms) which was given by the K. Raunkier, rhythmological analysis, environmental analysis (by A.P. Schennikov), analysis of phytocoenotic

VARIETY OF LEGUMES IN NATURAL COMMUNITIES OF THE YAKUT BOTANICAL GARDEN
DescriptionThe article provides the information about the species diversity of the family Fabaceae in the natural area of the Yakut botanical garden. It also provides the information about the method and the study area, a description of the ambient phytocenotic, taxonomic analysis, areal analysis, bio-morphological analysis (the variety of life forms) given by K. Raunkier, rhythm analysis, environmental analysis (by A.P. Schennikov), analysis of phytocoenotic. We have also provided a summary of the endemics of Central Yakutia - Thermopsis lanceolata R. Br. subsp. jacutica (Czefr.)

Description
In the article we present the results of comparative researches of herbaceous covering of plant communities in the alpine zone of the Republic of Dagestan on the example of Dido- depression. The plant covering of the investigated region differs in extraordinary variety. The general regularity of plant distribution is vertical zones. There were made 6 ground profiles at different elevations from 1450m to the alpine zone at 2500m above sea level. Variety of phytocenoses is connected as with changes of ground conditions, so with environmental conditions. We have researched and identified the types of grounds with laying of grounds profiles on the vertical zonality. There we studied the specific composition of herbaceous plants on the examined ground and given names to plant communities. The studying phytocenosis are analyzed by productivity of functional groups. We have shown the share of each species and their abundance. Of all plant communities, the mass of herb differ dominates. The composition of plant communities is analyzed, depending on high-altitude grades and degree of anthropogenic load influence

DEVELOPMENT OF PROTEIN ENZYME FEED ADDITIVE FOR POULTRY FARMING
DescriptionThe research work was conducted at the Research Laboratory of Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biophysics Department of Kuban State Agrarian University. The main purpose of this study was to select the most productive type of fungus of a genus of Trichoderma and optimal nutrient medium on basis of a waste of reprocessing of soy for acquire of protein enzyme feed supplement. For selection of a fungus of a genus Trichoderma used 3 types: Trichoderma viride, Trichoderma lignorum, and Trichoderma harsianum. We used 3 types of nutrient media as a carrier for micromycete, which were based on soy okara and the additional sources of reprocessing of raw plant material – husk of a sunflower, husk of wheat (bran) and husk of rice. The results demonstrated the benefits of using the nutrient medium based on soy okara forms and husk of a sunflower fungus to enhance Trichoderma lignorum production

Description
In the article we have conducted the estimation of breeding population of salix acutifolia. We have studied the following indicators of the measured trees: the percentage of salicylates, bark content in relation to the wood. For these two indices we have calculated the "complex" productivity of the trees. Based on that, the trees are assigned to these breeding categories: Category 1: trees with high productivity - ( 49.7 - 39.9 kg / t of raw materials) Category 2 : trees with average productivity - ( 39.1 - 33.8 kg / m raw materials) category 3 : trees with low productivity - ( 31.8 - 24.3 kg / t of raw materials)
