Description
The article discusses the application of automated system-cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis), its mathematical model is a system of information theory and implements, its software tools – intellectual system called "Eidos" for solving one of the important tasks of ampelography: to quantify the similarities and differences of different clones of grapes using contours of the leaves. To solve this task we perform the following steps: 1) digitization of scanned images of the leaves and creation their mathematical models; 2) formation mathematical models of specific leaves with the application of information theory; 3) modeling the generalized images of leaves of different clones on the basis of specific leaves (multiparameter typing); 4) verification of the model by identifying specific leaf images with generic clones, i.e., classes (system identification); 5) quantification of the similarities and differences of the clones, i.e. cluster-constructive analysis of generalized images of leaves of various clones. The specific shape of the contour of the leaf is regarded as noise information on the clone to which it relates, including information about the true shape of a leaf of this clone (clean signal) and noise, which distort the real shape, due to the random influence of the environment. Software tools of ASA-analysis which is intellectual "Eidos" system provides the noise suppression and the detection of a signal about the true shape of a leaf of each clone on the basis of a number of noisy concrete examples of the leaves of this clone. This creates a single image of the shape of the leaf of each clone, independent of their specific implementations, i.e. "Eidos" of these images (in the sense of Plato) - the prototype or archetype (in the Jungian sense) of the images

INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES FOR CALCULATING ILLUMINATION OF INDUSTRIAL PREMISES
DescriptionNowadays on the market, there is a large variety of CAD systems and specialized software; however, to solve effectively research and design problems there remains task of development and implementation of national Russian-language information systems that are compatible with the requirements of Russian regulations to support the design and research of industrial buildings and facilities parameters. Being irrespective of the sizes and structure of the industrial enterprises, there are a number of approved design techniques, including calculations of lighting, heating, ventilation, water supply and so on. To improve the efficiency of the interested experts work on their basis there were developed efficient algorithms as well as information systems and database. In the article there is justified the necessity of the developing information systems and processes of industrial premises designing on the example of lighting calculation. We have highlighted the main ways of increasing project work efficiency of engineering and technical personnel on industrial enterprises. For their practical implementation, there is required proper organization of information flows by creating programs and databases complex. The article includes information about the "Calculation of lighting industrial enterprises" subsystem that is the part of the "Designing of industrial enterprises" information system. THE STUDY OF THE EFFECTS OF RICE QUALITY ON THE EFFICIENCY OF ITS PROCESSING
DescriptionThere were presented comparative analysis’ results of criteria rice quality used in Russian and international standards. Also there were shown summarized statistical analysis’ results of rice quality that was processed in 2013-2016 on rice mill plant at “Krasnodarzernoprodukt” Company. The purpose of research was to find factors that had influence on combining rice bulk effectiveness on specialized elevator. It was found that diapason of rice moisture content was quite small. Red rice content was ranging from 1.08 to 5.10 % with confidence interval of 1.98- 2.56 % that is evidence of small amounts of rice bulks with extreme high or low red rice content. Broken rice content varied in the wide range from 3.43 to 9.26 % with confidence interval from 5.84 to 7.26 % that shows necessity in length grading procedure applying for broken kernels removing at the elevator unit. Grain impurities content exceeded basic norm in 3-4 times that is a sign of low efficiency in the process of separation. During the treatment of rice bulks combined at the grain cleaning unit of rice plant broken rice cereals output varied in wide range from 3 to 9 % during single shift that is seems to be connected with kernels cracking increasing and rice moisture decreasing. Moreover, rice bran output also varied in a wide diapason from 10.2 to 17.0 % that could be explained by big swing in rice moisture, glassy texture and cracking of rice grains. According to our research it was investigated that current rice quality control system that is a base instrument of rice bulks forming for further processing is not quite efficient and as a result there should be created and implemented new methods and technical devices for quick and proper grain control that could assure stable technological regimes at different stages of rice treatment process and that would provide the best quality and the biggest output of rice cereals

The main application of tractors is in agriculture. The share of imports continues to grow in the structure of the agricultural machinery market. In recent years, many foreign tractors and agricultural machines, including John Deere, have been delivered to the fields of the Tyumen region. The rates of productivity and fuel-lubricants consumption for the agro-climatic conditions of the Tyumen region are not available for all tractors with agricultural machines. Therefore, for agricultural producers, their establishment becomes urgent. On the fields of agricultural enterprises of the Tyumen region, studies were conducted to establish the norms for fuel consumption and productivity of John Deere tractors with agricultural machines. The article presents the results of the study. For example, the productivity of a tractor in the «Malyshenskoye» conditions for a field located at a distance of 5-6 km and an average run length of 1,300 m can be in the range of 5.8-6.0 ha / h. Taking into account the natural and climatic conditions of the Tyumen region and the different physicomechanical composition of the soils, as well as the configuration of the fields and the run length during tillage, data were obtained of basic lubricants consumption. Recommendations on the use of fuel-lubricants consumption rates of modern tractors in the performance of various technological operations in agriculture will make it much easier to plan and calculate the operating costs of tractors with agricultural machines

The article provides an overview of Express-methods of quality evaluation and identification of lipidcontaining plant raw materials (oil seeds) and its processed products (oil cakes, oilseed meals, vegetable oils, lecithins) using pulse method of nuclear magnetic resonance. Development of express methods of quality evaluation and identification of lipid-containing plant raw materials and products of its processing is a priority, as these methods are environmentally safe and also allow us to regulate technological conditions of refining processes, are characterized by low error of determination, i.e., high precision, and, in some cases, it is only possible to use because of its non-destructive effects on the analyzed sample. Currently, we can distinguish the following main directions of quality evaluation and identification of lipid-containing plant raw materials and products of its processing on the basis of the pulse method of nuclear magnetic resonance: assessment of quality and identification of oilseeds (sunflower, canola, flax, soybeans); evaluation of quality of products of processing of oil raw materials (cake and meal); the quality evaluation and identification of vegetable oils; assessment of the quality of the lecithins obtained from vegetable oils. The methods of quality evaluation and identification of lipid-containing plant raw materials and its products are patented and have several advantages: short time (5 minutes) spent on the implementation of the single analysis; eliminates the use of toxic chemicals; does not require special training of laboratory personnel; non-destructive character, which is especially important for oilseeds from the point of view of breeding work. On the basis of the conducted survey we can conclude that the pulse method of nuclear magnetic resonance has found wide application for assessment of quality and identification of lipidcontaining plant raw materials and products of its processing, through rapid capabilities, high accuracy and ease of analysis

Healthy nutrition is the foundation of the nation and the most important factor affecting the length of human life. Therefore, the search and the use of new sources of food are important. One of such source is the ancient culture of quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa), known as a "qinoa", "quinva" or "rice quinoa. The uniqueness of the quinoa is its chemical composition, the absence of anti-nutritional substances and unpretentious in growing and harvesting. Currently quinoa is grown in more than 70 countries. In Russia, quinoa is not cultivated, although the presence of different agro-ecological zones of the plains to the highlands allows it to grow. In April 2014 quinoa was first planted in the Krasnodar region. In September, quinoa whisk acquired red and yellow. The seeds have a size of between 1 and 2.5 mm. Preliminary calculations yield was approximately 39hundredweight / hectare, which is the basis for the introduction of quinoa in a mass planting. Thus, quinoa can be grown in Russia in the Krasnodar region, thereby ensuring its own raw material base for development of new specialized foods (gluten-free) and prophylactic (high nutritional value) destination

We have considered hybrid nontraditional and renewable sources of energy in terms of optimizing their work based on the knowledge of technical and functional peculiarities of each. We used classification of clusters of nontraditional and renewable energy of sources, depending on the proportion of replacing power in energy consumption and on the type of nontraditional and renewable energy of sources. INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES OF MONITORING POWER TRANSFORMERS CONDITION
DescriptionTo solve the problem of reducing the power supply system’s reliability a prompt full-scale diagnostics based on modern methods can help. Inculcation of information systems for the operational diagnostics implementation allows providing the operating personnel with information that enables to predict possible infringements in power transformers work and to prepare in advance an action plan to address them. The paper presents fragments of the developed monitoring system of power transformer using programmable logic controllers. Within the work of the system there were marked such groups of controlled parameters as information about temperature and the cooling system work; magnitude of windings voltage per phase; the windings current values per phase; information about being transmitted and transmitted power; information about the insulation state. There is designed a functional scheme of the system for monitoring the state of the power transformer. There is described a general algorithm of system functioning. There is developed graphical operator interface that allows to monitor the object state and to manage the system state. Using XML markup language there was designed format of data packets. Designed hardware and software package can be used in the educational process, as it allows to improve the quality of students training, to bring them closer to the realities of modern professional activities; in operational activities as complying with the approved domestic calculating methods replacement of foreign software; in science in solving problems of analysis and optimization of operating parameters of power transformers
