Description
The main reason of the developmental delay of the RF livestock sector below the level of its inherent potential capacity is a detrimental alteration in methodological procedure of livestock and poultry management, occurring due to shortage of traditional feeds. As a result, a necessity to develop the yearlong production of additional fodders, allowing for balanced feeding throughout the year, arose. The method of hydroponic green fodder (HGF) cultivation meets these requirements. Analysis of HGF production methods and labor saver mechanisms makes possible to claim that existing systems are characterized by high costs and difficulties in fabrication, and require a number of additional mechanical devices to work. In the FSBEI HE “KSMTU”, a one-tier hydroponic system has been developed, fitted with curved (arched) guideways and rigid elastic load-carrying components, where loading of seeds and takeout of grown HGF occur by gravity without additional devices of labour input. Based on analysis performed on design features of the proposed system, it has been established that emergence of parametric resonances in the system under consideration is possible; and the study of tray dynamical stability has been carried out with the aim to prevent them. The motion of the hydroponic system tray under consideration is described by the classical Mathieu equation, including two parameters a and q. The further studies of sets of stable and unstable solutions in the plane of a and q parameters are presented by the Ince-Strutt diagram. As a result of the performed calculations, the diameter of the loadcarrying component was identified (d=5 mm), which should ensure reliable working capacity and stability of the hydroponic system in whole

TO THE CALCULATION OF THE ECONOMIC POTENTIAL OF WIND ENERGY AND THE CHOICE OF WIND POWER PLANTS
DescriptionTo determine the feasibility of using PV systems we should assess the economic efficiency of wind energy in the region. At the same time, the first step should be an analysis of upper-air and power characteristics of the wind. The next stage is to determine the energy source of wind power (theoretical, technical and economic potential). The basic approach to the calculation of economic indicators should include a determination of the effectiveness of wind power installations in competition with traditional energy sources in a particular region. There are important following indicators: the payback period and economic efficiency. If the economic potential of wind power satisfies the requirements, the next step is to study the technical requirements applicable to wind power stations. For a preliminary assessment of the terrain, the article discloses a sequence of events that must be performed to assess the effectiveness of the installation of wind power systems. We have listed advantages and disadvantages of the main types of wind power plants, and other ramifications of choosing of basic functional units. The considered in an article analytical expressions for calculating the evaluation of economic efficiency of wind energy, the technical requirements for the basic parameters of wind turbines and their main advantages, disadvantages and features the work will allow at the design stage to carry out a preliminary assessment of effectiveness of the wind power stations for a particular region and locality, specific types consumers in view of their modes of operation and the quality requirements of electricity

THE NEED FOR THE USE OF RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES
DescriptionThe article reveals main reasons for developing tendencies to the using of new types of energy, which are limited supply of traditional fuels and environmental problems associated with its processing. It is shown that new forms of energy plays an important role in the energy supply of many countries of the world, and in the future they can become the main sources of energy to meet the growing needs of the global economy. We reveal main reasons of the increasing interest in renewable energy, and we show the obvious prospects of their use, due to two factors. First, according to experts, the global reserves of traditional fuels are limited, and secondly, this was evidenced by the investments of leading countries in this promising industry. The article lists reasons for the need for the use of renewable energy sources in Russia. Increased consumption of natural resources has become a real threat to the security of the life of human society. The basis of solving modern social and environmental problems is a transition to a regulated process of safe use of natural energy potential to meet the vital needs of people not only in the coming decades, but in the long run. It is concluded, that the determining condition for the development of the human civilization at present and in the future would be the level of natural resources which ensures the needs of the population without making harm to the environment

PREPARATION OF LUMPY VEGETABLE WASTE IN PRODUCTION OF MODIFIED BUILDING MATERIAL
DescriptionRational and efficient use of natural resources is an important element of sustainable development. Waste is a significant loss of material and energy resources. Recycling and disposal of waste can be a cause of pollution, harmful substances and infections on people. Index of waste production is closely linked to the level of economic activity in the country and sums up the structures of production and consumption that are formed in the society. Reduction of capacity size of waste production is a measure of promotion of the economy sector to less material-intensive structures of production and consumption. Phytogenic wastes are mostly formed in the timber industry, and also are pollutant source of environment. Continuing production and accumulation of waste is a serious environmental problem. The main reason for these circumstances involves insufficiency of power in added-value wood processing, that increase the problem of integrated utilization of low-grade wood, small wood and demolition wood. As a result, the main competitive products in the timber complex of the Krasnoyarsk Territory are industrial wood and roundwood. Solution to these topical issues of optimum use of the resulting waste in the Krasnoyarsk Territory needs to be solved with the help of mathematical modeling of process optimization of recycling lumpy plant waste. Rational use of lump plant waste is one of the most serious and, unfortunately, unresolved problem

STUDYING THE EFFECT OF SWEETENERS ON RHEOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF CHOCOLATE MASS
DescriptionChocolate products with reduced calories are becoming increasingly popular among consumers and producers. One method of producing chocolate with low calorie content is some replacement with alternative sucrose sugar substitutes. We have investigated the effect of various bulk sweeteners (maltitol, isomalt and erythritol) with different particle size, divided into three intervals (106-53, 53-38, and 38-20 microns) on the rheological properties of molten chocolate. It was found, that the model of the Herschel-Bulkley is better than others, it describes the real rheological properties of the chocolate mass. It is established, that because of maltitol, it affects the rheological properties of chocolate just as sucrose and thus it may be a good alternative. The use of isomalt causes higher plastic viscosity of the chocolate mass and maltitol improves the fluidity of the chocolate mass, significantly more than other bulk sweeteners. Changing the particle size leads to a change in the plastic viscosity and yield point. Differences in the rheological properties of chocolate with different bulk sugar substitutes have been caused by differences in the volume fraction of solids and the distribution of particle size. When replacing sucrose to improve the rheological properties of the chocolate, we have to select sweeteners with large particle size, but sweeteners particle size should be small enough to result in chocolate with good organoleptic properties

Description
The purposeful analysis of the existing technologies for the agricultural products transportation in railway and sea communication is carried out. Unprecedented dynamics of changes in loading and the increase of export traffic via the ports provide nigh duty on railways. Especially complicated is the organisation of freight flows to the ports at the directions with intensive mixed (freight and passenger) traffic. As a result there is an annual grow of the cars set aside from the traffic. The search of solutions was fulfilled in areas with the shortage of capacity and processing capabilities of the infrastructure of various modes of transport. The proposed solutions aimed at maximizing the use of existing transport infrastructure during the transfer of freight from railway to sea transport. The efficiency evaluation of the redistribution of freight traffic between ports of one sea basin specializing in transshipment of agricultural products is calculated. The solutions aimed at automation of the decision-making process on the optimal organization of shipment and supply of shipload lots are proposed. The results obtained in the work with the approbation on the example of organization of transportations to ports of the Azov and the Black sea basin confirm the effectiveness of the proposed solutions and the possibility of reducing the cost of transport component in the price of grain products for export
