MODERN WAYS OF INULIN PRODUCTION FROM PLANT MATERIALS
DescriptionThe article presents the results of the patent research in the field of modern production technologies of Inulin from plant material. It has been established that the differences of the currently known methods of production of inulin are concluded in selecting raw materials pretreatment inulin-containing modes type extractant and extraction methods, methods of purification inulincontaining extract and methods for producing the final product. A significant amount of Inulin production methods is based on use of freshly feedstock. A number of methods have been patented involving the extraction Inulin from plant raw materials previously stabilized by drying. In most of the methods, inulin extraction is carried out at elevated temperatures with water or aqueous salt solutions. Several technologies involve extraction with organic solvents at low temperatures. Have been patented several processes in which the extraction is replaced by a separation process using inulincontaining juice and physical and mechanical methods. Some of the known processes provide for the extraction process to further operations, such as blanching vegetable raw materials, sonication, vibration impact, processing enzymes. The most promising direction to improve manufacturing technology of inulin from fresh plant raw materials is to conduct research on the use of electromagnetic fields at microwave frequencies, the inactivating effects of which on enzyme systems is an established fact that, in turn, would eliminate the use of chemical agents for inactivation of oxidative enzymes. In addition, considering that more effective are the methods for the preparation of inulin from freshly harvested plant material, are relevant researches on development of innovative technologies to prepare it for storage and its storage, which will provide inhibition of unwanted biochemical and microbiological processes that occur during storage and lead to a loss of inulin

Description
Plowing is the main and most energy-intensive way of primary tillage. The development and the introduction of the energy-saving ways of the primary tillage are of great scientific and practical interest. In the Azov-Black Engineering Institute, we have developed a combined method of the tillage and a tool using left-hand blades designed to handle the lower layers of the soil. The tool is designed for a layered tillage providing moldboard shallow and mouldboardless shallow (12 ... 18 cm) subsurface tillage using the cropping and the offset of the lower layer of soil in the direction of the daylight surface. The installation of the left-hand blades is designed to decrease the energy intensity of the technological process by reducing the weight of soil treated by the plow body. The aim of this study is to compare the energy assessment of the three ways of the tillage: - Plowing without skimmers; - Plowing with coulters being at the wall of the furrow; - Plowing with a left-hand blades tool. The study has been carried out using a graphical simulation of the shifting of the center of gravity of the soil layer. The assessment of the energy intensity of the technological process has been carried out by the capacity value consumed to shift the center of gravity of the treated layer of soil at the different depths of the tillage. The results of the study have showed that the change of the total quantity of the shifting of the center of gravity of the treated soil layer ranges from 0.43 ... to 0.67 m in respect of the two first-mentioned ways of plowing, while the same index in respect of the combined tool ranges from 0.37 ...to 0.55 m. The maximum power consumption of the process is also higher in respect of the two first-mentioned ways of the tillage. The power required to shift the center of gravity of the treated layer in respect of both ways ranges from 0.6 ... to 2.0 kW. , while the same index in respect of the combined method of tillage ranges from 0.3 ... to 0.9 kW

Description
For explaining the regulatory mechanisms of biological the methods of classical biology, chemistry and physics are clearly inadequate, since the structure and function of these mechanisms are determined by the motion of the electron clouds in conjugated molecules. This "movement" can lead eventually to a complex organization called life only if they are subject to certain static laws and, therefore, may eventually be known in all the complexity of their relationships. Biological objects, resulting in the evolution of the environment, are like a part of that environment. Information stored in the seed, based in its deployment on energy and material resources of the environment. Moreover, in the process of development body derives more information from the environment. Nature has the extreme complexity and diversity. Examples include a huge variety of organisms, the complexity of atomic processes, the structure of the solar system and the stellar galaxies. There are four types of different interactions with the help of which we describe all physical phenomena. Today, it seems to us that all the various manifestations of the nature of elementary particles are reduced to the action between them of these four kinds of forces. The most famous of these are the gravitational Zion and electromagnetic forces, which are directly manifested in the world around us. Gravity allows us to stay on the Earth and allows planets to stay in their orbits. Electromagnetic interactions of electrons inside atoms and molecules cause all known chemical and physical properties of ordinary solids, liquids and gases and, in addition, are the basis of all of the processes occurring in living organisms. Research in the field of magneto proved that the biological systems are selectively susceptible to the action of electromagnetic fields as a function of their intensity, exposure time and frequency

IT SABOTAGE IN THE CORPORATE SPHERE
DescriptionNine out of ten acts of sabotage are committed by people one way or another associated with information technologies. According to experts at InfoWatch, developer of systems to protect confidential information from insiders, the reason for this profession lies in the psychological characteristics of these employees. Reading more will allow understanding the problem with a couple of examples from the life that most powerfully illustrate typical traits of professionals in the information environment. And, although the first teller did not hide his name, the second one decided to remain anonymous. Deep psychological background of the act of sabotage often leads to the fact that a disgruntled employee threatens boss or colleagues, for example, by e-mail. Sometimes he even shares his thoughts with someone from colleagues. In other words, not only the attacker knows the information about the upcoming sabotage. Analysts estimate that other people know 31% of information about the plans of a saboteur. Of these, 64% are colleagues, 21% with friends 14% — family members and another 14% were accomplices. It was also determined that 62% of corporate saboteurs think through their actions beforehand. In 47% of cases, they commit preparatory acts (e.g., theft of confidential data backups). 27% — design and test of the future mechanism of the attack (preparing a logic bomb on the corporate network, additional hidden system entries, etc). In 37% of cases the activity of employees can be noted: of this amount, 67% of preparatory actions visible online 11% offline and 22% both
