Description
The article touches upon the issue of identifying patterns of the entrepreneurial sphere development in the Russian Federation regions. The following areas of business activity, leading in terms of the turnover of small businesses, were analyzed in the study: agriculture; wholesale and retail trade; manufacturing. In order to identify the favorable conditions for the development of the studied entrepreneurial areas in the Russian Federation, the authors have developed an algorithm based on the methods of N.G. Zagoruiko and on the methods of reducing the dimension of attribute space. It was found, that the studied areas of entrepreneurial sphere do not interact much with each other, and the mechanisms of their professional communication are not developed sufficiently. A model in the form of decision rules of favorable conditions for the enterprises functioning in the entrepreneurial sphere of Russian regions was created with the use of the author's algorithm. The study revealed that agriculture is mainly influenced by the climate, the population of the region, the number of small businesses, the land area of the region, and investment in fixed assets. Wholesale and retail trade are influenced by the standard of living of the population, the land area of the region, and the number of small businesses. The manufacturing industry is influenced by the number of small enterprises, the standard of living of the population, investment in fixed assets, and the land area of the region. The basis of the created model and the revealed consisted patterns can be used to form an effective governmental policy of the development of entrepreneurial sphere in the Russian Federation regions

ANALYSIS OF THE ARCHITECTURE OF A HEALTH CENTRE: SWOT ANALYSIS
DescriptionThe article conducts a SWOT analysis of medical center. This is the first stage of the method of system analysis of enterprise architecture. According to the method of analysis we have identified strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. We have evaluated opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses. Calculated the resulting matrix of the SWOT analysis. The calculations were performed using the software product "extended SWOT matrix 1.0". Conclusions and recommendations for the use of the strengths of the organization to overcome the possible threats were given for the use of opportunities to strengthen the weaknesses of the organization, namely the organization needs to develop a strategy that allows you to use factors such as the availability of electronic patient card and the electronic schedule of the doctors at the center for threat neutralization "of the Deterioration of service quality". DescriptionThe problems of formation and realization of strategy of modernization of Russia in the new conditions of increased economic and socio-political turbulence were the focus of attention of participants of the XXXI International scientific-practical conference called "Economic and legal aspects of the implementation of the modernization strategy of Russia: the search for models of effective social and business development", which carried out its work in the period of 5-9 October 2016 in Sochi. ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF THE AGRARIAN SECTOR AT THE PRESENT STAGE OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
DescriptionThe article is devoted to solution of actual task of definition to the modern role of the agro-industrial complex of Russia in economic theory, in the globalized world economy. It deals with production in agriculture, as a developed competitive agricultural sector, which is the key to food security of the country's existence. In the work we present the analysis of factors affecting the development of agriculture, among which the most important are the low degree of monopolization of rural producers in comparison with other sectors of the economy; high level of capital intensity of agriculture and low profitability; disparity of prices in the agricultural sector; high level of competition imports. The article presents the main issues to be focused for timely consideration, such as: questions about the protectionist measures to help the farmers from Federal agencies; the role of insurance and leasing organizations in encouraging farmers in replacing agricultural equipment; the need for effective assistance of regional authorities in the promotion of the import substitution program; the identification and elimination of "bottlenecks" in the promotion of South Russian grain on the world market; development of measures to solve other problems constraining the sector's development.
