ARTISTIC REPRESENTATION AS THE EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY FOR THE COURSE OF THE HISTORY OF AGRONOMY
DescriptionThe educational technology on the basis of the representation of artistic images has been discussed in the article. Fragments of the literature works may serve as an illustration to the formed students' perceptions of the phenomenon, are used as a research problem in the study of the course "History of agronomy." Excerpts from literary works of writers from different periods form the basis of artistic images of crops. The tasks with the description of certain plants taken from the literary work have been developed in the course "History of scientific agronomy" on the topic of the history of plants introduction into agricultural production. The examples of plants: nettles, clover, tobacco, wheat, and the future of the plant of the future were given in the paper. The following topics such as the history of the introduction of agricultural plants, the use of technology, technology of cultivation, the story spread have been considered in the paper. Due to the representation of works of literary art as an educational technology for course «The history of agronomy» in this area, main elements are: perception, reaction, learning, organization and the formation of values and orientation systems practice. Using the works of art allows us to develop the following functions of the educational process: developmental (facilitates search and analysis feature passages describing the history of the plants), motivational (encourages conduct an active search), teaches the basics of popularizing scientific agronomy through artistic expression, teaching observation, developing a productive search and cognitive activity of students

TO THE QUESTION ABOUT CONCEPTUAL BASES OF PATRIOTIC EDUCATION OF CADETS IN THE CITY-HERO
DescriptionUnder contemporary conditions in Russia, patriotism took again its rightful place in the treasury of the education of the younger generation. Having gone through many years of testing, attempts to oblivion, libel and slander, patriotism has been returned to pedagogical arsenal by efforts of the best Russian people. However, the atmosphere of decelerations and partization, nationalist sentiment increasing, immoral behavior of young people are persisting. Percentage of maritime university’s cadets has a declining interest in the patriotism subject. Thus, 78% of cadets reported that they did not read fiction on patriotic themes; 53% do not watch military-patriotic films; 29% are not interested in the history of his native city. The data indicates a lack of using educational potential and the special flavor of the hero cities, where they are located, their rich and glorious history, and established for ages tradition of serving the motherland. Now for this reason, the administration, the teaching staff of maritime universities have not only an intention of qualitive patriotic education, but also to search for new forms and methods, to use a regional and municipal component, to develop cadet’s attention, interest and desire to participate in patriotic events and patriotic activities. The working on cadet’s patriotic education of maritime university can become one of the most modern and innovative directions. This work shall consider conditions, historical and educational potential of the city, where an educational institution is located, studying of its glorious history, combat and labor traditions, as the cognitive basis for the patriotism formation of the highest school’s students

We consider the technology of application of numerical methods in the educational process in physics on the example of a study of the magnetic field induced by induction currents in a cylindrical conductor in a quasi-stationary magnetic field. Here is given the numerical calculation of the real and imaginary parts of the Bessel functions of complex argument. The listing of the program of drawing the graphs of the radial dependence of the amplitude and phase shift of the inductive currents field is cited. The graphs of the dependence of the parameters of the field on the radial coordinate for different values of the control parameter are drawn. The control parameter z is proportional to the frequency of the external magnetic field, the conductivity of the material and the square of the radius of the cylinder. When z is less than 1, the amplitude of the field of currents increases in proportion to z, and decreases quadratically with the increasing radial coordinate h. For a larger z the amplitude and the phase shift relative to the external field change nonlinearly with the increase of h. It is concluded that there exists a significant difference between the inductive currents field and the total field in the cylinder equal to the sum of the external field and the currents field. The nonlinear connection between these fields is explained. The use of this method in the educational process of pedagogical (physics) and technical institutes of higher education is recommended

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF ARTISTIC AND AESTHETIC NEEDS OF YOUNGER STUDENTS
DescriptionAt the beginning of the article, the author describes the current state of the problems of education of the younger generation. It emphasizes the importance of the formation higher needs, specifically artistic and aesthetic, in personal development. At the same time, theoretical analysis shows that the insufficiently developed methodology for the formation of artistic and aesthetic needs, which confirms the relevance of the chosen research topic. Further, the article is devoted to the experimental research on a concrete example. The author has created and tested a theoretical model of formation of artistic and aesthetic needs of junior schoolchildren at music lessons. The experimental work contained 3 stages: ascertaining (diagnostic), forming (basic) and control (final). The author singled in the structure of artistic and aesthetic needs out four components: motivational-value, emotional, cognitive-operational, and reflexive. The first stage had a diagnosis of according components. The second stage was devoted to experimental work, which contained developed and specially adapted methods that contribute to the formation of artistic and aesthetic needs in children of primary school age. At the third stage, repeated diagnostics and a comparative analysis of the results research were carried out, which confirmed the effectiveness of the developed model and methods for the formation of the artistic and aesthetic needs of younger students

STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE IDEA OF STATE PATRIOTISM AT MARINE TUTORIAL INSTITUTIONS OF RUSSIA
DescriptionThe development of political, military and economic strength of the Russian Federation is impossible without the development of patriotism in the public areas of educational activities and patriotic work aimed at enhancing patriotic education of youth, including sea cadets’ universities. In this regard, some positive experience of great-power patriotic education of students and midshipmen of the epoch of Peter the Great and the whole period of the Russian Empire and the Soviet Union is of great interest for modern educational theory and practice, education modern fleet of youth in the spirit of selfless love for the Fatherland, its history and traditions. The author of this article starts from considering of patriotism to the state as a high sense of citizens’ love to their country, as well as awareness of their civil, professional and military duty in front of the government and its people. In the article, relying on domestic research and scientific publication we analyze the process of formation of sea education in Russia, as well as the genesis of the idea of patriotism and the state system of public-patriotic education of students of maritime educational institutions. It has been established that the state patriotism and state-patriotic education as a pedagogical problem at all times have presupposed the formation of the students on the basis of the patriotic ideal state-patriotic consciousness, outlook, position, state-patriotic behavior based on high patriotic feelings and beliefs. This area has always occupied a special place in the spiritual life of society, in pedagogical science and practice. The analysis allowed us setting specific stages of the development of the idea of patriotism, state-patriotism education in the maritime training institutions of Russia, as well as showing the real system of educational influence for each stage
