Description
The urgency of the problem of improving the economic education of students is justified, there are considered features of its resolution in informatics training in the higher school. The relevance of research on improving the economic education of students is due to a number of factors: the need for the development of small and medium-sized businesses in Russia; The need to ensure the competitiveness of graduates; The need to prevent the numerous financial problems that arise in young people due to their economic illiteracy, etc. In the global plan, the work to improve the economic education of students is called upon to contribute to the formation of a national philosophy of "self-reliance". In many countries of the world such work in educational institutions is carried out both as independent subjects, and within the framework of existing subjects studied in educational institutions. It is asserted that the information education of high school students can and should make a definite contribution to the realization of each of the social functions of economic consciousness: enlightened, developing, educational, organizing, aesthetic and prognostic. It is substantiated that with information preparation it is most expedient to form one of such functions - prognostic. CULTUROLOGICAL APPROACH AS A METHODOLOGICAL BASIS OF PATRIOTIC EDUCATION OF CADETS
DescriptionThe history of the Fatherland is a clear confirmation of the fact that in all the hard times, the patriotism of the people was and is that powerful spiritual force that lifted the Russians to fight with a strong and insidious enemy and provided so, the full and irrevocable victory. The acquisition of the phenomenon of "patriotism" status "national idea" proclaimed by Vladimir Putin pushes patriotism to the role of a leading factor of cohesion of the Russian society, the consolidation of all progressive forces in the interests of further development of democracy in our country, strengthening the economic and defensive might of the state. In this respect, the most important direction of work in universities is Patriotic upbringing of the young generation who in the near future will have to take responsibility for the country and the fate of Russia. This circumstance requires a search for and application of scientific methodological basis of the study of the phenomenon of patriotism. In this regard, the authors propose to use the cultural approach. National culture has an enormous pedagogical potential, its ability to the Patriotic education of the not yet applied at full strength. At the same time, the cultural studies approach as a methodological basis allows to enrich and diversify the process of Patriotic activities, to concentrate on effective work with the person as a Central figure of the educational work. At the same time, the teacher acts as an active participant in educational activities, becoming a partner and mentor to educate. Collectivism is a sense of solidarity with a group, self-awareness a part of it, the willingness to act in favor of the group and society. Fostering collectivism in childhood and adolescence teams achieved in various ways and means: the organization of cooperation and mutual aid in study, work, social work; joint participation of children and adolescents in cultural and sporting events; bringing perspectives of the guys in front of prospects (performance targets) and joint participation in their implementation; the revitalization of children's and youth public organizations. Some of these ways and means may be combined under one name, socio-cultural animation. Socio-cultural animation is an effective teaching method in the education of the younger generation, its focus on individuality, free environment , discovery and development of personal qualities and skills, the formation of worldview can be traced in pedagogy. The article discusses the pedagogical aspect of the impact of socio-cultural animation, organized in conditions of free communication, encourages meaningful exchange of cultural wealth, forming esthetic attitude towards reality, mastering wide range of special knowledge, expertise and skills. These activities contribute to the emotional development of children and adolescents, causing a feeling of collective empathy, compassion, sharing feelings of emotional and moral atmosphere and its cocreation

PRAGMATIC ASPECT OF SEMIOTIC APPROACH TO FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHING AT HIGHER SCHOOL
DescriptionThe success of communication in the learning environment is provided by the organization of educational process in such a way, when it is most comfortable for students to demonstrate their knowledge and for teachers to control this knowledge. Semiotic approach allows taking into account the diversity of individual intelligence profiles within a particular educational system. Such an approach includes the selection of the content, the organization of students’ activities and the system of assessment. The development of cognitive competencies allows teachers to eliminate the difficulties which can be caused by the large amount of information, its comprehension and the ability of students to express their opinion by means of complex linguistic structures. The semiotic approach involves the use of variant and invariant tasks that can ensure the success of the situation for students with different levels of training. The assessment technology is based on the principle of semiotic result. It is realized through the use of score-rating system, which is applied within the current, intermediate and final control. This system enables the students to receive a total positive rating for a certain period of training. As a result, such a student avoids taking the exam. It creates a positive motivation for students to learn foreign languages without a stressful component of assessment, which results in a high efficiency of the educational process

The article presents an interdisciplinary approach to teaching of programming technology within the discipline "Theory and Programming Technology" based on the implementation of interdisciplinary connections with financial mathematics on the example of the development of financial computing calculators. The importance of interdisciplinary connections in pedagogic of higher education motivates the transition of Federal State Educational Standards (FSES) of a new generation to a competence model of graduate preparing. Acquisition of financial calculation methods with the aid of using software tools will contribute the formation of professional competences in the project-technological activity as the ability to apply the tools and programming technology in terms of professional training, providing system analysis and management problem solving (PC-8). The choice for the development of instrumental software for methods of financial calculations will be able not only to improve claimed in FSES of the higher education professional competences in the project-technological activities for solving the problems of system analysis and management decisions, but to develop teaching and interdisciplinary communications through enriching the content of the discipline / module with knowledge of another discipline

THE SYSTEM OF KNOWLEDGE ASSESSMENT AND RATING OF TESTING OF STUDENTS
DescriptionAn important question is increasing objectivity in evaluation of current and residual knowledge of students on the subjects. Based on these assessments, teachers will adjust the work program and calendarthematic plan on discipline, forms and methods of teaching in order to ensure a high level of knowledge, allowing making necessary competence and skills of future specialists. The article proposes the evaluation system of students ' knowledge and determines their rankings, taking into account the qualifications of the teachers who taught their classes. Knowledge assessment might be defined as just one discipline, or as all the across disciplines for a semester, academic year and study period. The knowledge of students on discipline is estimated on the results of the test tasks based on current estimates obtained in a semester, and examination grades. We have reviewed the quality assessment system of students ' knowledge and determined their rating; it will increase the credibility of the evaluation. In addition, it increases the effectiveness of the educational process, since the evaluation of students ' knowledge and skills of teachers, will help heads of departments and deans to make decisions about the professional development of teachers, showed poor results

"CORN ICONOGRAPHY" IN THE COURSE OF "HISTORY AND METHODOLOGY OF SCIENTIFIC AGRONOMY"
DescriptionIn this article, we consider images of corn plant on the example of painting, ceramics, postcards, Soviet propaganda poster, porcelain and post stamps. We have shown the technology of education process. The first is the creation of the of illustration images, the second are the analysis, comparison, interpretation and searching for new information. The method of sketches as the basis of education technology is used in this article. The analysis of corn plants depiction collected in the library of images, i.e. iconography, was provided to send the information about the history and speed of spread of corn plant in Europe and to select the species peculiarities, the cultivation technology and using in Russia. In addition, the anomalies of corn plant, development of their reflection in painting are noted. The history of genetic researches of this plant is demonstrated in this work. On the examples of great artists’ works, we have reflected species varieties of corn plant, as well as the phenomenon of xenia; we have also touched the questions of mobile genetic elements. In this works, we have pointed the features of cultivation of corn in Russia, demonstrated the popularization of this cereal. The main idea of the base images is receiving new knowledge about an object by means of collecting images, visual analysis, search for information and study material. The new approach is obtaining new knowledge, which is a motivated and fascinating method of gathering new scientific information

DescriptionA strategic task, which will accelerate the development of the economy is the reform of the education system, which has to be focused on improving the quality of training of graduates in secondary and higher educational institutions. The article describes the main causes of low quality of graduates of schools and universities in our country. The author proposes a complex of organizational and methodical actions, implementation of which will lead to a significant improvement of quality of preparation of graduates of secondary and higher educational institutions. Among these activities we might highlight: developing a strategic plan for the development of the education system, professional standards for employees of the administrative apparatus of education, the nomenclature of the main structural divisions of educational institutions of system of training personnel for universities, the system of training of specialists of the highest level of quality assessment of students ' knowledge and their labor potential, the system of training scientificpedagogical personnel and improving their qualifications, passports, graduates of secondary and higher educational institutions and certificates of qualification of teachers, teachers and employees of the administrative apparatus of the education sector, the system of Patriotic education of students of secondary and higher educational institutions, evaluation criteria, efficiency and the ability of educational institutions to give quality knowledge.
