GROWING DOMINANT SPECIES OF MICROALGAE IN NORTH EASTERN BLACK SEA
DescriptionIn this article we present data on the effect of addition of mineral nutrition elements in the structure of the phytoplankton community in the north-eastern part of the Black Sea in the different seasons. Experimental studies have shown that the increase in biomass of microalgae occurs at the simultaneous addition of nitrogen and phosphorus in the accumulative cultures. In the spring can get biomass Emiliania huxleyi, P.pseudodelicatissima, Chaetoceros curvisetus and Skeletonema costatum, in the summer – E. huxleyi, C. curvisetus, P.pseudodelicatissima, S.costatum, Thalassionema nitzschioides, Leptocylindrus danicus, Dactyliosolen fragilissimus, Proboscia alata, Pseudosolenia calcar-avis, in the autumn - C. curvisetus, S.costatum, Th. nitzschioides, L. danicus, D. fragilissimus

ALLELIC VARIANTS AND EXPRESSION CANDIDATE GENES FOR ABDOMINAL FATMASS IN CHICKENS
DescriptionThe expression of nine candidate genes for QTL abdominal fat weight and relative abdominal fat content was investigated by real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in the liver, adipose tissue, colon, muscle, pituitary gland and brain of broilers. The high mobility group AT hook1 (HMG1A) gene was up-regulated in liver with aratio of means of 2,90 (P≤0,01) in the «fatty» group (relative abdominal fat content 3,5±0.18%, abdominal fat weight 35,4±6,09 g) relative to the «lean» group (relative abdominal fat content 1,9±0,56%, abdominal fat weight 19,2±5,06 g). Expression of this gene was highly correlated with the relative abdominal fat content (0,70, P≤0,01) and abdominal fat weight (0,70, P≤0,01). The peroxisomeproliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPARG) gene was also up-regulated in the liver with a ratio of means of 3,34(P≤0,01) in the «fatty» group relative to the «lean» group. Correlation of its expression was significant with both the relative abdominal fat content (0,55, P≤0,05) and the abdominal fat weight (0,57, P≤0,01). These data obtained and the data of references will allow the statement that the HMG1A, PPARG and FABP2 genes were candidate genes for abdominal fat deposition in chickens. Searching of rSNPs in regulatory regions of thesegenes could provide a tool for gene-assisted selection

PLANTS AS AN ECOLOGICAL NICHE FOR HUMAN PATHOGENIC BACTERIA
DescriptionThe facts related to contamination of plants with pathogenic bacteria being a possible source of human foodborne intestinal diseases are discussed. Data bound up with influence of environment conditions with respect to attachment and penetration of bacteria in plant tissues are described. Exquisite results related to the rate of proliferation and the time of retaining enteropathogens in plant organisms are presented

Description
The main contribution to the soil biological properties change in the combined pollution with lead and an alternating magnetic field makes lead pollution. Contribution of the interaction of factors of 20-30%. The contribution of the alternating field was insignificant or unreliable. Black soil and brown forest soils are similar in degree of resistance to the combined pollution. Grey sands have less stability

FUNCTION FEED ADDITIVE OF CAROTE-NOID VEGETABLE RAW MATERIALS FOR POULTRY
DescriptionThe article is concerned with the use of functional feed additives from pumpkin fruits and alfalfa juice for the poultry industry. In the study of laying hen it has been found that the use of a feed additive in-creased pumpkin paste content in serum and egg yolk carotenoids is more than two times, and the concentration of vitamin A in these tissues increased slightly, not exceeding 20%. Livability and productivity of poultry increased and average expendable fodder per head per day decreased. Economic calculation showed that the use of pumpkin paste reduces the cost of production of eggs. The use of alfalfa juice coagulates in diets for broiler chickens resulted in an increase in the concentration of carotene in the liver by 22,7-46,8% relative to control. The juice addition also increased the content of vitamin A in the liver by 27.9%, increase the safety and efficiency of the bird. The authors draw certain conclusions from experiment results that the use of functional additives in poultry from the fruit of pumpkin and alfalfa juice is an alternative to synthetic vitamin preparations and produce a more environmentally friendly products

Description
The soil properties out of playing areas of golf courses (so-called roughs) have an influence on the lawn vegetation state. Heavy texture of the soil has the cause of deterioration of the water-air properties of soil which is accompanied by changes in the nature of addition grass lawn from solid to mosaic. Non-aggressive grass of the artificial lawn has one of the reasons for renewal of native flora and the formation of a new type of plant association, closer to the natural vegetation of the Don floodplain
