JUSTIFICATION OF SUNFLOWER SEED CLEANING SCHEME ON AIR-SIEVE GRAIN CLEANING MACHINES
DescriptionA set of actions aimed at preserving seed quality is the task of primary importance, which is expected to produce effective results. To implement this task it is necessary to prepare high-quality seeds by cleaning and sorting sunflower seeds on air-sieve grain cleaning machines. To determine the rational scheme of cleaning sunflower seed piles of the ‘Lakomka’ variety on the air-sieve grain cleaning machine ‘MVU-1500’ a qualitative analysis has been carried out. Cleaning sunflower seeds is carried out by an air stream by one or two sieves for separating large impurities and by two sieves, one of which separates milled seeds into the overseeding ,with the second dividing the whole seeds. In such a scheme of cleaning sunflower seeds, purity corresponds to the 3rd class of seed material and has some disadvantages. The disadvantages are as follows: the gathering seeds in sieve Ø5.0 have low individual weight and the sieves show low quality of work. To facilitate the work of the sowing sieves a grading sieve is installed, which will separate 50% of the seeds into the gathering. The size of the openings in the grading sieve is selected with the help of the correlation table. The sieve for sunflower seed variety ‘Lakomka ‘will be Ø 3.6, which will select the most valuable seeds with weight above 90 g from the purified material thus improving the productivity and performance of the sowing sieves. A promising scheme of cleaning sunflower seeds is the air flow rate equal to 4.43 m/s, with one grading sieve of Ø 3.6 and two sieves of Ø 7 and Ø 3.6 mm in grain cleaning machines that will allow you to get high quality seed material that meets the requirements of GOST(Russian national standard) for seed material

Description
The aim of the study was to improve evaluation of the uniformity of irrigation with a machine of continuous translational motion, according to the test results of the apparatus with radial methods. Research method – mathematical modeling of the running of four machines of circular actions on a device of continuous translational motion using the result of the tests of the device with a radial method. The algorithm of calculation, recommended by the standard ISO 7749-2-2004, has been improved to minimize manual calculations and measurements. The algorithm is implemented in a computer program. Program of CDU(B) implements an advanced algorhythm. The program calculates a matrix of irrigation doses on meter squares area of spray irrigation between the positions of the two devices. The progressive movement of the machine is modeled by summing the doses in column-major order with constant X. At vector doses after the passage of the machine, it calculates the coefficient of uniformity of irrigation by Christiansen. The calculation is performed at different steps of the installation of devices, and so it determines the optimal location of them. The improved algorithm of calculating the figures of sprinkling uniformity using the test results for devices using a radial method was implemented in the program of the CDU(A) [1]; it allows to choose the optimal step for installation of devices. The algorithm of calculating the uniformity in the step of installation of the apparatus on the pipeline which is greater than the radius of the irrigation apparatus simulates the operation of two devices. During the installation step of the apparatus of smaller radius than irrigation apparatus, we model the work of four adjacent devices. The optimal step of installation of i-Wob is 14.5 meters, which is 1.75 times greater than the radius of the irrigation system and 1.5 times greater than the pitch of stationary devices with the same tolerance on the uniformity. Two-nozzle devices, which assessment standard does not meet the requirements of the uniformity of irrigation at the drive of the translational motion ensures a better distribution in the pitch of less than 24 meters

ANALYSIS AND SELECTION OF WORKING MACHINES FOR PRE-TREATMENT OF THE SOIL UNDER GRAIN CROPS
DescriptionThe best predecessors for sowing grain are grains and legumes, tilled cultures and perennial grasses. The precursor also determines the choice of the tillage type. The imperfection of the working bodies of the machines for soil treatment is the main reason for the increase in the complexity of preparing soil for sowing. In recent years, domestic manufacturers have been producing combined working machines that perform several technological operations in one pass. To prepare soil for sowing grain there have been selected disk units and working machines which were tested on the Kuban State Zonal Machine-Station. They fit well with the existing technology. It is rational to conduct tillage of soil for tall crops and perennial grasses by the disc cutter BDM-4×4. The disc cutter efficiently prepares the soil for seed bed cultivation on tilled precursors in one pass or two passes. It is efficient to conduct tillage on grain precursors by the stubble cultivator KSP-6, by the disc combined unit AKD-3 or DCN - 3.3. After grain predecessors the disc guns prepare soil for seed bed cultivation in two passes, and after perennial grass in a single pass. According to the results of the trials on the Kuban State Zonal Machine-Station the stubble cultivator KSP-6 efficiently prepares soil for sowing in one pass of the unit. The block-module cultivator MSC provides high quality pre-sowing cultivation simultaneously with sowing. There was proposed the method of equipping the unit so that it would provide usage of the data and technical characteristics of the tractor and physico-mechanical properties of the soil for which the technological operation is to be done. The proposed method determines the transmission ratio for which the amount of slipping does not exceed the permissible values in agro requirements. The value of the theoretical speed is calculated for the given transmission. Operating speed is determined taking into account the slip values

THE STUDY OF LEARNING ALGORITHMS OF NEURO-FUZZY SYSTEMS CONTROL OF BIOTECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS
DescriptionThe subject of study of this work was learning algorithm of neuro-fuzzy systems with different membership functions. In the prior works there are no published studies of such studies, making it difficult synthesis of neuro-fuzzy control system with new objects in the application of biotechnology, including technological agribusiness entities. A comparative analysis of learning algorithms of neuro-fuzzy system with different membership functions using the method of error back propagation and а hybrid method. For this we used a training sample that contains data of temperature and concentration of dissolved gas in the culture liquid: oxygen (pO2), carbon dioxide (pCO2) of a biotechnological process. It is shown that the hybrid method carries out training of a neural network for the number of periods is 23 times smaller than the algorithm back-propagation errors. The studies found that the two-sided Gaussian membership function provides the smallest learning error of the network δ equal of 3,28•10–3, compared to the other, giving the largest error of training the neural network δ=0,138. Therefore, the task of running the fermentation process effective is the use a hybrid method of education and two-sided Gaussian membership functions. According to the research, we can conclude that for the adaptation of neuro-fuzzy network ANFIS and fuzzy inference system Sugeno zero order to solve biotechnological process control tasks microbiological production efficiency is to use a hybrid method of education and bilateral Gaussian membership functions

Description
The transportation process plays an important role in the delivery of agricultural products to the consumer. On how well the fruits are preserved, their grade will depend, and, consequently, the price of them. It is known, that the annual damage from losses of agricultural products in the agro-industrial complex amounts to 8 billion rubles, according to various estimates. A large number of different factors affect the safety of fruits during transportation: temperature, humidity, smoothness of the vehicle, type of container, etc. The more factors will have a negative impact on fruit and vegetable products, the more losses will ultimately be. The appearance of dents and abrasions on the fruits gives rise to the formation of foci of rot, leading to damage to the transported products, and, as a consequence, reducing the grade. In order to reduce the losses of fruit and vegetable products in the process of transportation, the USSR and the Russian Federation have been and are working on the creation of containers and ways of transporting pomegranates. All of them, according to the authors, are able to reduce the dynamic loads that arise during the transportation process and have a negative impact on the transported products. However, due to various circumstances in commercial gardening all these developments have not been extended

TO THE QUESTION OF THE MAIN PERFORMANCE CRITERIA CALCULATION FOR ELECTRIC POWER STATIC CONVERTERS
DescriptionWidespread in autonomous systems, including uninterrupted power supply systems, there are power static (electronic) convertors: rectifiers and inverters, used to match the parameters of the electric power source and the load; they also have a function of voltage stabilizers. Important question is the calculation of key performance criteria at the design stage: power losses, efficiency, reliability, weight and size (for electrical transport systems). The article discusses the methodology of the simplified calculation of the basic criteria of efficiency of inverters and rectifiers. There are schematic electrical diagrams of power rectifiers and inverters, and the basic analytical expression for a simplified calculation of the basic criteria of efficiency of the converters, including their output filters. Each year, we improve the technical characteristics of the probes using new element base, allowing reducing the level of electromagnetic interference generated by power electronic devices. We have also shown perspective directions of the development of power converter technology by using one-phase and threephase transformers with rotating magnetic field in their creation (therefore we increase reliability of operation and efficiency). A promising direction is the construction of converters and autonomous systems in a modular complex, where (in addition to increased system reliability) we simplify its operation, including service

DEVELOPMENT OF NEW DESIGNS OF MAGNETIC MECHANICAL INDUCTION MOTORS AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURING
DescriptionBased on the analysis of domestic and foreign scientific and patent literature, options for reducing the weight of electro technical steel in the magnetic circuits of electrical machines are explored. We have carried out a search for the best options of technology for the manufacture of magnetic cores of the stators of induction motors, aimed at increasing the utilization factor of electrical steel and improving the energy performance of electric machines. All options are described in detail and illustrated by drawings. We have listed the advantages and disadvantages of each method of manufacturing magneto-wires and the reasons why certain proposals of manufacturing technology cores have not been implemented in mass production. A variant of technology of manufacture of annular magnetic cores for mechanical induction electric motors is offered. The essence of mechanical design is to replace the laminated stator and rotor twisted from a strip of electrical steel, wound in the form of a ring with the simultaneous breaking-hell grooves with variable pitch under the stator windings and squirrel cage of the rotor coils. The effectiveness of the use of volute stator in mechanical electrical machines is confirmed in frequent controlled asynchronous torsion engine when tested pilot batch of the mechanical single-phase asynchronous motors for washing machines. This technology almost completely eliminates the problem of technological wastes of electro-technical steel regardless of the form of the stator bore (cylindrical, conical, flat end or flat line); it allows fully automate the manufacture of magnetic cores, greatly simplifies the stamps, makes them more durable
