OUT-OF-ROOT FEEDING AS THE WAY OF INCREASING OF ADAPTABILITY OF WINE PLANTS TO SANDY SOILS
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionResults of research of influence of foliar top dressings by Zitovit and Zircon preparations on development of plants of grape of Berlandieri × Riparia Kober 5ВВ grade on sandy soils are submitted. Processing of plants with Zitovit in conditions of their insufficient mineral nutrition through roots, improved their growth and development. Action of Zircon preparation for raising immunity promoted qualitative rearrangement of morphological parameters of development of plants

DescriptionBarley is one of the important fodder crops. In modern Russia barley is sown throughout the farming areas. The effectiveness of barley cultivation in some years is reduced due to the infestation with helminthosporiosis. Net blotch of barley Drechslera teres is a widespread and highly destructive disease in the world including Russia. In recent years the disease has been progressing in all grain-producing countries. Yield reduction due to the strong development of the blotch can reach up to 45%. Most cultivated barley varieties are susceptible to Drechslera teres. Нelminthosporiosis are characterized by greater variability and rapid adaptation to new varieties of host plants. In order to solve successfully the problem of barley immunity to net blotch it’s necessary to conduct genetics and population studies of the Hordeum vulgare - Drechslera teres pathosystem

DescriptionThe article presents results of the assessment of the efficiency of non-hormonal preparations which were not earlier applied in culture in vitro with high physiological activity (the preparations received by production of furfural, and also derivatives and compositions of organic acids) during regenerations of microshoots of plum, comparison of their influence with influence of growth regulators which are traditionally used in clonal micropropagation. These experimental preparations were received when processing waste of agricultural production. In this work we used: technology of clonal micropropagation of plants of in vitro, statistical data processing by method of the dispersive analysis. The objects of researches were microshoots of plum of a Stanley variety. We have established that on mediums with the preparations "Universal", sodium succinate, potassium succinate, amber acid, L-1 the large, intensively colored plum microshoots develop surpassing control (medium with BAP of 1 mg/l, IBA of 0,1 mg/l, gibberellic acid of 0,5 mg/l) in morphometric parameters. Thus, the preparations "Universal", sodium succinate, potassium succinate, amber acid, L-1 in concentration of 4,0 mg/l proved as the growth factors which are favorably influencing on plantlets’ regeneration and a qualitative condition of microshoots of plum

GROWING SUMMER POTATO WITH IRRIGATION ON FLOOD LANDS OF SOUTH RUSSIA
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionThe article is devoted to the study of growth peculiarities of summer potato on floodplain lands of Southern Russia. High and stable yields in big farms are possible using substantiated planting time of potato which depends on specific soil – climatic conditions of the area as well as potato cultivation technology elements improvement under irrigation. The latter will provide in turn water and power resources economy. The results of field research to determine planting time allow defining the most favorable conditions for potato cultivation in the given soil-climatic zone. The analysis of data obtained on differential irrigation regimes gives a possibility to determine common regularities of irrigation standards impact on potato growth efficiency. The regime proposed is in conformity with the concept of ecological land reclamation and takes into account a moderate anthropogenic impact on landscape processes under a permissible level of summer potato productivity decrease. Therefore proposed optimal time of summer planting and rational irrigation regime will increase industrial efficiency of potato production and provide environmental safety of irrigation on floodplain lands of South Russia while allowing to economize water and power resources

POSSIBILITIES OF USING GROWTH REGULATORS FOR FORMATION OF FRUIT PLANTS YIELD
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionThe researches were about availability of the appliance of some physiology active matters – aminoethoxyvinylglycine (AVG) and melafen for optimization of yield formation for orange and apple trees. Field researches were conducted in 2011-2012 in commercial orchards in the region of Gingin in the Western Australia (climate of the region – Mediterranean, the soil – sandy) and in 2015-2016 in apple orchards of the botanical garden of Kuban State Agrarian University (climate of the region - moderately continental), started in 2006. The article shows expediency of using inhibitor biosynthesis of ethylene of AVG at a concentration from 20 to 60 mg /l when the orange fruit size was 3.0 cm, and the growth regulator "Melaphen" (concentration 1˟10- 9 М) in the second half of the vegetation period of apple plants (for 45-50 days before harvest). The use of treatments in these terms reduces pre-harvest fruit drop and thus increase the economic productivity of fruit trees (apple in - up to 11%). It is noted that a variety of orange called Washington Navel is more responsive to the increased concentration of AVG, than the variety of Lane Late (optimal concentration of 60 and 20 mg / l, respectively). We have shown a wide spectrum of action of the treatment "Melaphen" on apple plants. Along with the retention of the fruit on the tree, it enhances the activity of plant growths in summer and some weakening concerning tabs flower buds as well as the displacement of their development. However, the use of melaphen in this period increases the efficiency of the formation of various parts of flowers and fertilization in the next season. With such results of the adjustment processes of vegetative growth and generative development of plants under the influence of physiologically active substances, it will ensure the formation of relatively high and regular yields of fruits

AGE-SPECIFIC STRUCTURE OF FOREST STANDS OF TAIGA ZONE OF THE WESTERN SIBERIA
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionAnalysis and research of age-specific structure of different forest stands of the taiga zone of the western part of Siberia are presented in the article. It was determined that it is very difficult to meet trees of the same year even in simple single- stage clean clear-coniferous forest stands, it is necessary to take into account the age-specific stage of a xyloid plant under transition to the level of a growing tree as well.
