NUTRITIONAL VALUE OF GRAPES OF TECHNICAL GRADES
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionWe have presented opportunities to improve the nutritional value of wine production: improvement of biogenetic soil, using organic fertilizers. The nutritional value is ensured by not only high-quality biochemical diversity of berries, but also the safety of products that do not contain toxic inclusions. Bio-fertilizer stimulates the biotransformation of toxic soil residues to replenish soil nutrients for the plant, providing grape raw material with biologically active substances and improves the nutritional value of wine products. Food safety of grapes is ensured by reducing it residues of hazardous chemicals migrating from the soil into the plant and the grapes. It has been established, that after 3 years of application of biofertilizers we significantly improved food safety and quality in the biochemical parameters, especially important for the classic wine grape varieties. The soil content of toxic residues in grape raw material is reduced to 50%, the amount of organic acids increases by: 4,22 mg/dm3(Gallic, coffee acid, chlorogenic; 0.7 g/cm3 amber; of 1.33 mg/dm3 ascorbic; 0.25 mg/dm3 nicotinic

SOIL FERTILITY IN DEPENDENCE ON CROP CULTIVATION
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionResults of researches carried out in stationary multi factorial experience, plotted in 1991, were generalized in the article. Different influence of cultivated crops in crop rotation on agro physical properties of active fertile layer of old irrigated leached chernozem was determined on the base of material generalization. Positive role of alfalfa for improvement of agro Physical soil properties were revealed. Quantity of agronomically valuable aggregates and water proof of soil structure are increased because of it.

INCREASING OF BIOLOGICAL POTENTIAL IN POULTRY DUE TO THE USE OF PROBIOTICS
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionTo improve the quality, safety and competitiveness of the domestic raw materials of animal origin the use of probiotics in the poultry industry is a priority and promising direction of the development of organic agriculture. One of the key problems of the production of probiotics is to provide actively stable preparations. Biocompatibility of the indigenous microflora with probiotics, medical form and individual range of antibacterial activity of probiotics have a significant impact on the introduction of probiotics in new habitat conditions and its effectiveness. Consideration of these factors can enhance the effectiveness of probiotics. Currently, the available literature has insufficient justification of certain doses of administration and methods of using different probiotic preparations. The materials present and summarize the results of the research concerning the use of probiotics in the poultry industry, based on the achievements of Russian and foreign scientists. In addition, based on the analysis of various sources of scientific literature, we suggest ways to solve the problem of probiotic therapy and give some recommendations on the organization of the technological process of selection and application of different probiotics in poultryfeeding. Raw meat from poultry reared with the use of probiotic preparations is safe, because metabolites of probiotic microorganisms are not accumulate in the body tissues. Researches of biosynthesis regularities of probiotics were made at the cellular level, including genetic aspects, features of regulation of secretion, dependence on the cultivation conditions, interaction with binding sites on the cell surface, participation in the vital activity of the population of individual cells. The use of probiotics contributes to normalization of the intestinal microflora, activation of protein metabolism, productivity increase, reduction of feed costs per unit of production and increasing of poultry industry economic efficiency as a whole

IMPROVING REPRODUCTIVE QUALITIES OF SOWS IN INDUSTRIAL PIG-BREEDING FARM
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionThe article presents results of the experiment to study the influence of vitamins and minerals preparation with folic acid Vitoligo M at the reproductive functions of sows. It is established that prilificacy of sows was more at 12,5-39,3%. The piglets of the experimental groups had the best quality of growth and livability. Blood chemistry parameters were better in sows experimental groups. The experiment with lots of animals confirmed the results of scientific experience. The sows of the experimental groups had better breeding efficiency
