FEATURES OF CULTIVATION OF BROILERS OF HUBBARD REDBRO CROSS IN FARMS FOR “ORGANIC” MEAT
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
Description
This article is devoted to studying the influence of conditions of keeping and feedings on broilers of Hubbard RedBro cross, and the quality of the received products in case of application of floor and cellular content in the conditions of a farm. It was found that when receiving a feed of its own production with the use of feed ingredients grown in farms without pesticides, recorded a statistically significant reduction in the potentially dangerous health animal substances. As compared with a factory forage therein reduced pesticide content by 14 times, mercury and arsenic is 24 times, 5 times cadmium, lead 10 times. Results of studying of economic indicators of cultivation of broilers of cross Hubbard RedBro and also chemical composition and quality of carcasses demonstrated that the essential difference between a floor and cellular condition of keeping is not established, however use of a diet on the basis of what forages promoted statistically reliable decrease in concentration of toxic metals in muscles of a bird of experienced groups. As a result it was found that use of the researched compound feed in diets of broilers raised indicators of biosafety and provided ecologically safe (“organic”) meat products of poultry farming

Description
The article reviews four variants of laying nurseries of primary branches of seed production of long-grained rice varieties of the Kuban breeding taking into account their biological features, plots area ranges from 0,7 m2 to 1,1 m2 , seeding rate for one family – from 100 pcs./m 2 to 170 pcs./m2 . We have studied traits of long-grained rice varieties of the Kuban breeding - Ivushka, Avstral, Kurazh, affecting the yield and quality of seeds: yield, multiplication factor and fractional composition of seeds depending on laying multiplication nursery of first year progeny. The differences between varieties by the type of tillering, vigor, germination of seeds depending on planting system are shown. Optimal way for laying seed nurseries is found: for long-grained varieties with medium tillering (Kurazh type) – row length – 3,3 m and seeding rate – 120 caryopses/m2 ; for those with intensive tillering (Ivushka type) – row length – 3,8 m and seeding rate - 120 caryopses/m2 . This will allow using mechanical method of sowing using selective cassette seeding-machine in the primary seed production, reducing cost of seed production and increasing efficiency of labor, increasing volume of seed production of long-grained rice varieties in short terms and accelerating their implementation in the Kuban region for import substitution

INTRODUCTION FEATURES OF RED OAK (QUÉRCUS RÚBRA) IN MARI EL REPUBLIC
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
Description
The research purpose was estimate of the red oak growing suitability in Mari El Republic. To achieve this goal we investigated experienced 44-year-old red oak plantation at the Botanical garden-Institute, determined acorns morphological characteristics of red and English oaks and seedlings grown from them. The evaluation of red oak plantings identified excess of average height and tree diameter in comparison with English oak, but the sanitary condition of both oaks forests was weakened due to the influence of the complex of unfavorable factors. Morphological acorns evaluation showed that the shape factor of acorns of English oak is equal to 1.64, while the red oak is 1.1. Biometrics parameters of red oak bareroote seedlings in the field were higher than English oak bareroote seedlings. In greenhouse biometric parameters of red oak container seedlings had not excess. According to this research, red oak is recommended for use in landscape construction in Mari El Republic

PECULIARITIES OF USING OF PLANT RESIDUES FOR OBTAINING COMPOSTS
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
Description
Using of organomineral composts to preserve fertility and restore ecological functions of chernozem soils in the Krasnodar territory is necessary. Their composition depends on the properties of chernozem soils and can include various wastes of industry and agriculture. The main component of compost can be organic wastes of livestock, and plant residues and mineral additives are additional compost components. Peculiarities of the interaction of the components of the organomineralic mixture, which including manure of cattle and phosphogypsum, are considered in the work. In the interaction of organic particles of cattle manure and phosphogypsum particles, structural formations are formed where the phosphogypsum particles are enveloped by particles of cattle manure. The experience of composting this organomineral mixture with various crop residues of crops was carried out. Plant residues according to the intensity of decomposition in composts can be represented in the next row, beginning with more decomposed ones: sugar beet> winter wheat> winter barley> corn> sunflower. The composts obtained were characterized by a well-aggregated structure with a predominance of particles 1-2 mm in diameter, good aeration, low density (1.01-1.10 g / cm3), and favorable humidity (22-25%). The structural factor of composts with different plant residues ranged from 3.1 to 4.3 units. The best physical properties were compost, including plant residues of sugar beet, the worst - sunflower. The combination of an organomineral mixture with various plant residues contributed to a decrease in alkalinity of the substrate, a slowing of the mineralization of organic matter, restraint of ammonification processes, and an increase in the content of total nitrogen and phosphorus

Description
The accumulation of heavy metals was studied in different component parts of a White squash (skin and flesh, flesh, seed skin, seed kernel, peduncle). It is known that the basic source of feed for agricultural crops are mobile water soluble organic and mineral soil combinations which are polluted by heavy metals in different degrees. In the process of their migration they are able to accumulate in different parts of plants or to disperse. The mechanism of quantitative estimation of migration of heavy metals in direction of removal of mobile water soluble soil combinations to various parts of a White squash is developed by the author. The ranks of mobility of heavy metals are made from the most mobile manganese to the most indifferent iron. The model of estimation of mobility of the rest spectrum of heavy metals is chosen, namely: lead, cadmium, zinc, copper, nickel, cobalt in relation to manganese and iron. Basing on the position of a separate element in a mobile rank and its concentration it is possible to define the source of entering to a squash fruit. It may be water soluble soil combinations, irrigation water and atmospheric aerosols
