THE RESEARCH OF VITIS SILVESTRIS GMEL. IN THE NOTHERN CAUCASUS
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionVitis vinifera subsp. silvestris Gmel. is the wild subspecies of Vitis vinifera L. and an important source of genetic resources for grapes breeding. Currently, this form is very rare in the world. In this paper, conducted the first study of wild grapes which was found in the North Caucasus with the use of two microsatellite markers. The study have shown a high level of genetic diversity: intrapopulation variability was 75,2%, the interpopulation variability accounts was 24,8%. All populations are characterized by certain unique genetic structure and may be as donor of resistance genes which have a long-term evolutionary selection

THE RESEARCH OF HAPLOTYPE DEVERSITY OF RUSSIA ABORIGINAL GRAPE VARIETIES
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionIn the article we have studied 55 aboriginal varieties, collected in the North Caucasus. We have described allelic diversity and identified four haplotypes. All the populations were closely related while being examined using a factor of Nei's genetic distance (Dn), with the exception of indigenous varieties of Armenia. Maximum differences have been found between the Uzbek population and Astrakhan, Turkmenian, Armenian populations. The most genetically rich were the population of Don area and Krasnodar region

RESEARCH OF VINE MATERIALS OF PROTOCLONES OF SAPERAVI GRAPES IN "POBEDA" JOINT-STOCK COMPANY
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionIn this article chemical and technical characteristics questions of vine materials, received from protoclones of grapes of Saperavi grade - one of the basic classical grades of grapes selected in "Pobeda" Joint-Stock Company are taken up. Samples of grapes have been used for preparation of red table wines by mash fermentation on septum in workshop of micro winemaking of The North Caucasian zone scientific research institute of gardening and wine growing. They have not given vine materials identical on physical and chemical and organoleptical features. Samples with low productivity essentially differed on organoleptical qualities from other samples and had the highest sampling estimations that allows to take measures on loading regulation on a grape bush and correct quality of wine in further by means of methods of agricultural technics. For making high-quality table red vine materials it is recommended to use apple-lactic fermentation by means of oxygen-eating bacteria

STUDY OF AROMATIC CONTENT OF DIFFERENT BRANDIES MADE IN ARMENIA
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionBrandy alcohols from the grades of Muscat Berkatu, Kakhet and mixes of white grades of grapes became objects of researches. The content of some aromatic components of wine alcohols was investigated using the device of a gas-liquid chromatography Clarus-400 (with the ardent and ionization detector, a capillary column, 60 m x 0,32 mm, Elite-WAX ETR, gas-carrier-helium). Muscat alcohol according to the general content of aromatic substances (919,35 mg / 100 ml a.a.) was different from the other studied samples at the expense of the high content of ethyl acetate and izoamyl alcohol. As a result of the organoleptic analysis of a blend samples it was allocated a brandy blend with the following ratios of alcohol and wine - a blend alcohol – 74,37 %, liqueur wine – 25,63 % with strong muscat aroma and shades of taste

STUDY OF INDIGENEOUS RUSSIAN GRAPE VARIETIES USING MICROSATELLITE MARKERS
06.00.00 Agricultural sciences
DescriptionThe analysis of genetic polymorphisms of 12 autochthonous grape varieties grown in the National ampelographic collection of Russia (Anapa district of the Krasnodar region) through the study of allelic diversity at six microsatellite loci: VRZAG79, VVMD5, VVMD7, VVMD27, VRZAG62, VVS2 has been done. We have found that all native varieties have a unique set of allele. The assessment of genetic relationships varieties has been performed using cluster analysis. Data for DNA certification of the investigated genotypes of the grapes has also been obtained in the article

THE STUDY OF THE RANGE OF TECHNICAL GRADES OF GRAPES IN THE ALUSHTA VALLEY
DescriptionThe analysis of varietal and age structure of vineyards occupied by 29 varieties and clones of the technical direction of use in the "Alushta" branch of FSUE "PJSC "Massandra". Taking into account the ecological and climatic conditions of the Alushta valley and the specialization of the economy, the largest share in the assortment of technical varieties is occupied by red grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon and clones of Cabernet Sauvignon R5, R8, VCR8, No. 169 including (26.68%), Bastardo Magarachsky and Bastardo clone VCR1 (12.06%), Saperavi (7.33%), Krasnostop zolotovsky (5.69%), Merlot and clone Merlot R3 (4.62 %). White varieties are in a smaller percentage: white Muscat and white Muscat clone R3 (8.47 %), white Kokur (7.1%), Aligote (3.82%), Semillon and clones Semillon № 173 and № 299 (3.68%), Gars level (2.99%). Plantings in the most productive age of 6-10 and 11-15 years are 57.5 % of the total area. At the same time, the share of introduced clones of varieties accounts for 26.65 %. In general, the age structure of the vineyards is favorable. The company produces high quality wine materials for production of traditional Federal state unitary enterprise "PJSC "Massandra" wines: white Port Alushta, Alushta red Port, pink Port Alushta, Alushta red Table, Pinot Gris, Massandra, Madera Crimean Alushta Tokay, white Muscat, Massandra Kokur, Semillon Alushta and sherry wine. In addition, there are new brands of semi-sweet white and red wines Pearl Massandra, as well as varietal wine materials Aligote, Cabernet, Sauvignon, Merlot, Saperavi, Chardonnay, Bastardo and Semillon. Analysis of the assortment shows that in the production plantings of "Alushta" branch of FSUE "PJSC "Massandra" there are varieties of medium and late ripening, which does not create peaks during harvesting and processing, ensuring uniform flow of raw materials for winemaking. It is necessary to expand the assortment of the economy due to a number of promising varieties of Syrah, Petit Verdot, Malbec, Sangiovese and others with a complex of economically valuable properties introduced from other regions
